there are still some groups of people who do not understand the importance of digital trends, because competition for marketplaces or online shopping sites in Indonesia is currently getting tighter, the competition that is happening is not only from domestic shopping sites but also foreign ones that have entered the domestic market. This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

The findings indicate that the understanding of the church involves spiritual and organizational dimensions, necessitating effective leadership management. Leadership centered on biblical values, resource management, and the empowerment of congregation members becomes crucial in attaining church goals. The differences and uniqueness of the church demand leaders to implement suitable leadership styles, such as democracy, to support the potential of each member. From this research, it can be observed that effective leadership management in the church plays a crucial role in achieving spiritual and organizational objectives. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

hese relics is still scattered and difficult to access in an integrated manner. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents an interactive map containing the locations, descriptions, and photos of the heritage sites, along with a regional filter feature to facilitate navigation. The development process began with data collection from the Tourism Office and field observations, followed by map processing in ArcMap, publication to ArcGIS Online, and the creation of an Android application using ArcGIS Maps SDK and Jetpack Compose. Integration with a MySQL database allows the automatic display of location points on the map. The implementation results show that the application can display 33 heritage site points in three districts of Padang City, complete with descriptions, photos, district filters, and Web Map integration. Testing demonstrated that the application runs smoothly, is informative and interactive, and can support cultural preservation efforts while encouraging interest in historical tourism in Padang City.

Abstrak: Kota Padang menyimpan berbagai peninggalan bersejarah dari masa kolonial Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan deskripsi peninggalan tersebut masih tersebar dan sulit diakses secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang menyajikan peta interaktif berisi lokasi, deskripsi, foto peninggalan, serta dilengkapi fitur filter wilayah untuk memudahkan penelusuran. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan observasi lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan peta di ArcMap, publikasi ke ArcGIS Online, serta pembuatan aplikasi Android menggunakan ArcGIS Maps SDK dan Jetpack Compose. Integrasi dengan basis data MySQL memungkinkan penampilan titik lokasi secara otomatis pada peta. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan 33 titik peninggalan di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang, lengkap dengan deskripsi, foto, filter kecamatan, dan integrasi Web Map. Hasil pengujian membuktikan aplikasi berjalan lancar, informatif, dan interaktif sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pelestarian budaya, dan mendorong peningkatan minat wisata sejarah di Kota Padang.

Budi Bookstore faces various challenges in promoting products, manual data management, and a lack of interactive platforms for customers. Therefore, this research aims to implement a web-based CRM strategy at Budi Bookstore. The method used in this research is the CRM method, which is a method for increasing customer loyalty towards company products by using integrated software applications based on e-commerce business strategies. This research is also supported by qualitative methods which aim to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of a problem that is being or will be studied. The research results show that the implementation of web-based CRM at Budi Bookstore has succeeded in making it easier to access product information, designing an online sales system, and improving relationships with customers. Thus, this project has the potential to increase sales, attract customers, and provide customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi memiliki dampak signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam dunia bisnis. Penggunaan internet dan teknologi informasi mendukung konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan pelanggan melalui situs web. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dan strategi CRM merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Toko Buku Budi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempromosikan produk, pengelolaan data manual, dan kurangnya wadah interaktif untuk pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode CRM yang merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak terintegrasi berdasarkan strategi bisnis e-commerce. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara luas dan mendalam terhadap suatu permasalahan yang sedang atau yang akan dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi berhasil mempermudah akses informasi produk, merancang sistem penjualan online, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, proyek ini berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, menarik pelanggan, dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan.

Abstrak: Puskesmas menjadi layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang difasilitasi oleh pemerintah. permasalahan yang terjadi pada Puskesmas Sidodadi dalam pengolahan ata rekam medis yang dilakukan dengan cara manual, karena data masih berbentuk media cetak. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang aplikasi yang dapat mengetahui proses pengelolaan rekam medis pasien, untuk merancang sistem informasi rekam medis yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk memudahkan admin dalam menginputkan data-data pasien. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan metode dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berikut penerapan system rekam medis ini untuk melakukan pemeriksaan pada pasien berbasis website sehingga lebih mudah dan akurat. Dapat disimpulkan system rekam medis yang diterapkan berbasis Website dapat mengelola data rekam medis lebih cepat karena pada proses pengelolaannya tidak lagi ditulis tangan yang mengakibatkan antrian sangat panjang sehingga banyak pasien harus menunggu dalam pemeriksaan rekam medis.

This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is part of knowledge based on computer software that is utilized to present information in digital form and analyze the earth's geography to form spatial information. This study aims to apply web-based geographic information in providing information on crime-prone locations in Kisaran City and later to assist the public in obtaining information on crime-prone sites in Kisaran City. The results of this web-based GIS can help and facilitate the community and users in knowing crime-prone locations in the City of Kisaran in knowing crime-prone places or locations at the Asahan Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstrak: Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat membahayakan dan tidak bisa diterima disebut dengan kriminalitas yang berhubungan dengan moral masyarakat, merugikan masyarakat, dan melanggar hukum. Adapun tindak kejahatan yang sering terjadi berupa kasus pencurian yang dapat dibagi dalam 3 bentuk yaitu pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor), Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat), dan Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Curas). Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas, sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Hasil dari SIG berbasis web ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat dan user dalam mengetahui titik lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dalam mengetahui tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas pada Satreskrim Polres Asahan.
