From some information gathered from people queuing, services using a manual queuing system are less effective and efficient. So, to meet the needs of good community service, District Office Agencies need to innovate a DIGITAL queuing system. Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. In the process of Cultural Heritage Governance in Lingga Regency, it can be said that there is less role in technology in the media social sector.

Budaya lokal menjadi pondasi utama dalam pengembangan karakter siswa, dengan pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, rasa tanggung jawab, kerjasama, dan rasa peduli terhadap lingkungan.
Implementasi pembelajaran berkarakter berbasis budaya lokal memerlukan kolaborasi erat antara sekolah, komunitas lokal, dan orang tua siswa. Kurikulum dirancang untuk mencerminkan nilai-nilai budaya setempat dan memasukkan tradisi serta kearifan lokal ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari pembelajaran berkarakter berbasis budaya lokal diharapkan tidak hanya mampu membentuk pribadi yang berkarakter kuat, tetapi juga siswa yang memiliki rasa bangga terhadap budaya dan identitas lokal mereka. Anthropological analysis reveals that while ecotourism provides alternative livelihoods and fosters local pride, it also introduces challenges regarding cultural commodification, shifts in communal values, and spatial contestation. The findings indicate that the local community exercises significant agency by integrating their ancestral kinship networks (siri’ na pacce) into modern tourism management. The Pollution and Environmental Damage Control Division (PPKL) of the Jambi City Environmental Agency still manages daily activity reports manually, resulting in inefficiencies and increasing the risk of delays and data errors. This study aimed to design a web-based Daily Activity Reporting Information System to improve the effectiveness of report management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system was developed using the Waterfall method. The results show that the proposed system facilitates report management, activity monitoring, and data processing in a faster, more accurate, and structured manner.

The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.

nstitutional and structural challenges in developing an effective and integrated fire control system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of forest and land fire control policies and identify factors influencing their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The study applies Edward III’s policy implementation framework focusing on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings indicate that although the regulatory framework is adequate, implementation remains constrained by limited resources, suboptimal inter-agency coordination, and low public awareness. Compared to provinces such as Riau and Central Kalimantan, South Papua is still in the institutional strengthening phase. This study proposes a collaborative and community-based preventive approach rooted in local wisdom as a long-term strategy for sustainable fire management.

Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap anggota komunitas P3, guru pembina, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KOMPAS berperan sebagai edukator, fasilitator, konselor teman sebaya, dan penggerak kegiatan kampanye kesehatan. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan sekolah dan mitra kesehatan, sedangkan hambatannya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan lanjutan, dan stigma terkait HIV/AIDS. Secara keseluruhan, keberadaan KOMPAS mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan sikap positif siswa terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS.

Meskipun inisiatif pemerintah kampung cukup tinggi, partisipasi masyarakat masih rendah akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan akses informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dan dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam penguatan kelembagaan ekonomi kampung. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemerintah kampung sebagai agen pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mencapai kemandirian ekonomi berbasis koperasi lokal.
