g Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) implemented through the SmartPLS program. The population of interest comprises all employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch, with a sample consisting of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage. The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. These findings provide valuable insights for management in designing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation.
Abstract:This study analyzes the effect of population and investment on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and unemployment in East Kalimantan Province during the 2016–2025 period. The research employs a quantitative explanatory…
planatory design using secondary time-series data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Kalimantan. Path analysis was applied through two structural equations using SPSS 21, complemented by the Sobel test to examine the mediating role of GRDP. The results show that population and investment each have a positive and significant direct effect on GRDP, and jointly explain 97.4% of its variation. GRDP, in turn, has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, accounting for 76.3% of its variation. The Sobel test confirms that GRDP significantly mediates the indirect effects of both population (Z = 2.295) and investment (Z = 2.628) on unemployment. These findings indicate that economic growth, as reflected in GRDP, acts as a strategic transmission channel converting demographic potential and capital accumulation into employment opportunities, thereby reducing unemployment in the region.
Abstract:This study examines how employees perceive and trust Algorithmic Performance Appraisal (APA) in digital-native and technology-driven companies. Adopting Organizational Justice Theory, the Trust in Technology Framework, and…
nd Cognitive Appraisal Theory, the research explores both the direct and indirect effects of APA on employee trust, with Perceived Procedural Fairness (PPF) as a mediating variable. The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. Future research should investigate these relationships in longitudinal and multi-contextual settings to deepen the understanding of trust dynamics in evolving AI-mediated work environments.
Abstract:Public health organizations are required to maintain service quality through strong organizational culture and employee discipline. However, empirical studies that specifically examine both variables in local public health…
th institutions remain limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee discipline on employee performance at Puskesmas Curug Bitung, Bogor Regency. The study used a quantitative associative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of 32 employees, and 25 respondents were selected as the sample using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and structured interviews, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, Pearson Product Moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and partial t-test. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.777, R square of 0.630, and t-value of 5.910. Employee discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.808, R square of 0.653, and t-value of 6.583. The novelty of this study lies in its direct testing of organizational culture and discipline without mediating variables in a district-level public health service institution. Strengthening service-oriented culture and consistent discipline is therefore essential to improve employee performance.
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of commitment to mediate the influence of motivation on the performance of waste bank managers in Denpasar City. The research is causal in nature to provide an explanation…
n and understanding of the relationship between the motivation variable and the manager's commitment and performance variables. The research population is all managers of Denpasar City waste bank which are still active, totaling 94 managers. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample technique. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 94 respondents. Methods of data collection through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature, questionnaires. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that direct motivation significant positive effect on the commitment and performance of managers, and commitment plays a partial role in mediating the influence of motivation on the performance of managers. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.
