The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented.

Abstrak: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan memiliki sudah modul yang bagus. Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Abstrak: Pelatihan pengolahan data administrasi perkantoran menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel pada perangkat Balai Desa Pinanggripan, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan merupakan kegiatan yang memberikan pengetahuan serta cara menggunakan tools, tabel, rumus-rumus, dan lain-lainnya pada aplikasi Microsoft Excel secara detail dan mendalam pada perangkat Balai Desa Pinanggripan. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah dengan praktek langsung pada laptop dan mengangkat kasus-kasus umum yang biasa di kerjakan oleh staf administrasi pada perkantoran. Output dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merancang laporan dengan menggunakan tabel-tabel, penyajian informasi perkantoran menggunakan diagram, memproses data-data dengan efektif dan efesien.

Abstrak: Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Kabupaten Asahan, karena memandang masih banyaknya anak sekolah dan penduduk disekitar desa tersebut yang masih sangat minim pengetahuan tentang teknologi komputer beserta aplikasinya dimana disekitar desa tersebut belum ada tempat kursus komputer yang terdekat. Materi pelatihan yang diajarkan di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Mandiri Computer yaitu administrasi perkantoran dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Microsoft Office 2010 khususnya Word, Excel, Power Point dan Internet. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara praktek langsung disertai dengan presentasi dan diskusi dan menggunakan komputer untuk memberikan pemahaman langsung kepada siswa LKP.

They do not have enough information about the journal to be addressed, do not yet understand what must be stated in a scientific article, systematics of writing, and how to make a bibliography. The online process is also one of the things they find difficult. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of teachers to write scientific articles. Partners in this activity were 12 elementary and junior high school teachers in Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang. The implementation time is 4 months consisting of 3 training sessions and following assistance. The material presented during the training included (1) scientific articles in the ranks of teachers, (2) reference managers, and (3) article submissions. The results of the training showed that all participants increasingly understood how to use scientific articles for promotion. In addition, 58% of participants are more aware and able to use the reference manager in Ms Office Word. In the third material, 67% of participants understood and were able to register and submit articles in the Paedagogie Journal.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang pada bulan Juli 2018, jumlah terbanyak guru berada pada golongan IV/a. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah keengganan mereka dalam membuat publikasi ilmiah untuk kenaikan pangkat. Mereka tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup mengenai jurnal yang akan dituju, belum memahami apa yang harus dituangkan dalam sebuah artikel ilmiah, sistematika penulisan, serta cara membuat daftar pustaka. Proses online juga menjadi salah satu hal yang mereka anggap sulit. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 12 orang guru SD dan SMP di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan di Kota Magelang. Waktu pelaksanaan yakni 4 bulan terdiri dari 3 kali pelatihan dan ikuti pendampingan. Materi yang disampaikan pada saat pelatihan antara lain (1) artikel ilmiah dalam kepangkatan guru, (2) reference manager, dan (3) article submission. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta semakin memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan artikel ilmiah bagi pengajuan kenaikan pangkat. Selain itu, 58% peserta semakin paham dan mampu cara menggunakan reference manager pada Ms Office Word. Pada materi ke-3, sebanyak 67% peserta memahami dan mampu untuk registrasi dan submit artikel pada Jurnal Paedagogie.

Asahan which amounted to approximately 18 people. This devotional activity is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is the stages of recognizing the tools that exist in the Microsoft Office software and know each function, while the practice method to practice the use of the application directly. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of this activity is expected to accelerate and facilitate the teachers in delivering learning materials to the students.

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi guru-guru dalam menggunakan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu cara dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswi khususnya di SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru-guru SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software Microsoft Office dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para guru dalam meyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswinya.

Abstrak: Teknologi Komputer semakin banyak berperan dalam manajemen perkantoran saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya birokrasi tata persuratan, semakin mudahnya akses informasi dari satu titik ke titik lainnya. Tentu saja, teknologi komputer tidak akan sedemikian besar kontribusinya bagi perkembangan manajemen pemerintahan jika peran sumber daya manusia tidak dioptimalkan. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan. Padahal, pengaplikasian TI dalam manajemen pemerintahan khususnya manajemen perkantoran dapat menjadi motivasi bagi pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.

e Department of Manpower of Asahan Regency is still carried out manually, which can lead to subjectivity and inefficiency in determining the most eligible candidates. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist the selection process objectively and systematically. The study applies four evaluation criteria, namely education level, age, work experience, and interview, with a dataset consisting of 31 training candidates. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The TOPSIS method is applied through decision matrix normalization, weighting, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, and preference value calculation to produce a ranking of candidates. The results show that the proposed system can provide objective recommendations for selecting training participants, improve the efficiency of the selection process, and support decision makers in producing more accurate and reliable decisions.

Abstrak: Pelatihan tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Proses pemilihan calon peserta pelatihan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Asahan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efektif dalam menentukan peserta yang paling layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu proses seleksi peserta pelatihan secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria penilaian yaitu pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan wawancara dengan jumlah data sebanyak 31 calon peserta pelatihan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan, pembobotan, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk menghasilkan perankingan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan rekomendasi peserta pelatihan secara objektif, meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi, serta membantu pihak dinas dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

The urgency in examining the scan results of Corona patient data is a very pressing public health issue, because the long-term impact is very significant for patients. Thus, a scientific discipline is needed that can support the decision-making process, namely the Decision Support System using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. PSI is a simple and easy calculation method, based on statistical concepts without having to determine attribute weights. The results of this method are clear and firm values based on the level of strength of the rules applied. The results of the research conducted on the PSI process can be concluded that valid Covid 19 patient data is Recap File I with a value of 0.2042 which is declared valid and accepted.

an Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.

Abstrak: Penerapan sistem informasi geografis dalam organisasi menjadi hal utama untuk menyelesaikan suatu aktivitas pekerjaan pada era sekarang ini. Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.
