dalam literatur terdahulu yang menjelaskan faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mensukseskan proses pengklasifikasian kelulusan mahasiswa. Pemilihan penggunaan algoritma Naive Bayes, dan pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada beberapa alasan, yaitu: Selain ketiga algoritma tersebut sama-sama mudah diimplementasikan dan sama-sama dapat memberikan hasil yang baik dalam kasus klasifikasi, ketiga algoritma tersebut juga mempunyai beberapa keunggulan masing-masing. Implementasi data training sebanyak 51 data dengan algoritma Naive Bayes berhasil memprediksi besarnya kelulusan mahasiswa dengan persentase keakuratan sebesar 74,67%, Sebanyak 184 mahasiswa sebagai data uji yang dihasilkan penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa yang akan lulus tepat waktu sebanyak 42 mahasiswa atau sekitar 22,8% dari jumlah data testing dengan keakuratan sebesar 74,67%, Bagi Prang Studi Teknik Informatika berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak jurusan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bahwa dari jumlah data testing sebanyak 184 mahasiswa yang diperdiksi lulus tepat waktu sekitar 22,8% dan jumlah tidak tepat waktu 77,2%.

The system development adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UML-based system design (Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams), implementation using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, as well as functional testing through the black-box method. The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. Overall, the system enables a more organized, accountable administrative process and supports the campus digitalization program.

The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.

While the Naive Bayes method is used because it has a high accuracy of results. This research was conducted based on data from students of SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Kisaran which contained questions about feelings of wrong majors, interests, and determinants of other majors. Data is divided into 2 labels, namely free labels (y) and bound labels (x). Followed by dividing the dataset into training data and testing data with a ratio of 70:30 in both methods to get the level of accuracy. From the results given, it can be seen that the C45 algorithm has an accuracy of 85% and the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 26%. This shows that the C45 algorithm is more effective in classifying the available datasets compared to the Naive Bayes.

The dataset used in this study includes graduation data for SDN 016528 BP Mandoge students for the 2019/2020 academic year, comprising 171 students, with 120 students used for training data and 51 students for testing data, achieving a model accuracy of 98%.

The method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection in the form of observation interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used is Jim Ife’s Role theory with 4 indicators, namely facilitative role, educational role, representative role, and techinal role. In this study, there were 12 informants. The results of study show that the role of Puskesmas Kuprik in declining stunting in the Semangga district has been carried out by running program such as providing additional food, holding classes for pregnant women and toddlers classes, conducting counseling on environmental health, collaborating with other institusions and using applications in recording and reporting nutrition results in the Semangga district area, the role carried out by Puskesmas Kuprik has not been optimized enough because there are still obstacles that occur in several indicators when measured using 4 indicators according to Jim Ife.

es, advances in educational technology, and the demands of 21st-century learning require teachers to possess adaptive, reflective, and collaborative professional competencies. The research problem focused on the influence of reflective practice and best practice on the professional competence of teachers at A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design involving 105 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using EViews 12. The results revealed that reflective practice had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with a t-value of 4.697 and a significance value of 0.000. Best practice also demonstrated a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 5.065 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous testing indicated that reflective practice and best practice jointly had a significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with an F-value of 43.72 and a coefficient of determination of 52.2%. The findings confirm that reflective and collaborative cultures are capable of improving teachers’ professional quality continuously through learning evaluation, sharing teaching experiences, and developing innovative instructional strategies. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of reflective practice and best practice through a quantitative approach within the context of A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The findings also demonstrate that best practice exerts a greater influence than reflective practice on the professional competence of elementary school teachers.

luding principal leadership and teacher workload, both of which are directly related to the implementation of instructional duties and school administration. This study focuses on the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of teacher workload on teacher performance, and the simultaneous influence of both variables on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Puloampel. The study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive survey approach involving 55 teachers selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale and were subsequently analyzed using the t-test and F-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0. The findings revealed that principal leadership did not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, whereas teacher workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneous testing further indicated that principal leadership and teacher workload collectively did not exert a significant effect on teacher performance. These findings demonstrate that teacher performance is more strongly influenced by internal factors such as professional competence, work motivation, teaching experience, and task management abilities. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that a proportionally organized teacher workload is capable of enhancing teachers’ discipline, responsibility, and work effectiveness, while principal leadership has not yet demonstrated a significant influence on teacher performance within the vocational school environment. This study contributes to the development of vocational education management through the strengthening of teacher professionalism and balanced workload management.

cates that science learning is still frequently teacher-centered, resulting in students’ conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills not being optimally developed. This study aimed to determine the relationship between conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills among eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri Karoaipi on the topic of the human respiratory system. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 25 students selected through a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected using descriptive tests of conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills, while data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, normality testing, and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The findings revealed that students’ conceptual understanding was categorized as good, with a mean score of 77.36, while critical thinking skills were also categorized as good, with a mean score of 78.76. Regression analysis demonstrated a correlation coefficient of 0.045 and an R Square value of 0.002, indicating that the relationship between conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills was classified as very low. These findings suggest that critical thinking skills are influenced not only by conceptual mastery but also by learning strategies, problem-solving experiences, analytical activities, and student engagement during science learning. The novelty of this study lies in the empirical finding that strong conceptual mastery does not necessarily correspond to high critical thinking skills among junior high school students in rural schools, particularly on the topic of the human respiratory system.
