same time coordinating with other related parties to succeed the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. In the process of Cultural Heritage Governance in Lingga Regency, it can be said that there is less role in technology in the media social sector.

ted Moving Average method with a weighting of 1:2:3, based on historical data from January 2025 to June 2026. A quantitative approach with time series forecasting technique was applied. Accuracy was evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The results show that the forecasted rice stock requirement for July 2026 is 1,456.67 kg. The accuracy evaluation yielded a Mean Absolute Deviation of 78.22, Mean Squared Error of 9,288.15, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 5.71%, which is classified as highly accurate. In conclusion, the Weighted Moving Average method is suitable as a decision-support tool for rice stock management at Warung Grosir Giran.

on public popularity, personal image, and emotional proximity to gain electoral support. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals program in Sindangsari Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained in this research through observation, documentation and interviews with 11 informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD chairman, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes supervisor, and 5 community leaders. The results of the research show that two of the five role indicators according to Siagian have not worked optimally, including the role as a pioneer and as an implementer himself. So it can be concluded that the role of BUMDes Bhinekasari Mandiri in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has not gone well.

This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. On the other hand, the use of IT can enhance the quality of learning through various innovations such as e-learning, simulations, and interactive learning tools that support a deeper and more enjoyable understanding of the material. ethod, the study spanned three cycles, involving 35 students from the aforementioned class. Conducted from March to May 2024 at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta, data collection included observation, testing, and documentation. Results revealed a significant enhancement in student academic performance through the implementation of digital literacy in Social Studies instruction. Analysis across cycles demonstrated consistent improvement in learning mastery, with percentages escalating from 62.85% in the first cycle to 77.14% in the second, and ultimately reaching 85.71% in the third cycle. Beyond academic achievement, the integration of digital literacy fostered active student engagement in the learning process. Students participated more vigorously in discussions, shared information, and adeptly utilized technology to access learning resources. This underscores the dual role of digital literacy: not only as a means of information retrieval but also as a tool for fostering deeper student engagement. Consequently, these findings offer valuable insights for enhancing educational quality, particularly in leveraging digital technology to facilitate more effective and interactive learning experiences.
