r kredit UMKM Bank Papua yang hanya mencapai 4,63% dari total kredit, meskipun potensi sektor UMKM di Merauke cukup besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup pelaku UMKM dan pegawai Bank Papua dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden. Variabel penelitian terdiri atas faktor internal dan eksternal yang dianalisis menggunakan alat IFAS dan EFAS dalam kerangka SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama Bank Papua terletak pada pemahaman lokal dan dukungan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan kelemahan mencakup keterbatasan inovasi produk, infrastruktur, dan promosi. Peluang berasal dari pertumbuhan UMKM dan kebijakan pemerintah, sementara ancaman berasal dari persaingan bank nasional. Implikasi manajerial menekankan perlunya digitalisasi layanan, inovasi produk kredit, peningkatan literasi keuangan, dan kolaborasi strategis dengan pemerintah daerah untuk memperluas pangsa pasar kredit UMKM.

Penerapan sistem absensi berbasis digital dalam hal ini aplikasi E-NTAGO di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Bagian Sekretariatan Kabupaten Merauke terbukti meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai, khususnya dalam hal ketepatan waktu hadir dan pulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan dagang sektor grosir yang memiliki kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 perusahaan dan 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yakni (1) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. ncient Israelite tradition represents a prototype of leadership legitimized by divine wisdom, making it critically relevant for scholarly examination. This study addresses the problem of how the construction of Solomon’s character and the praxis of his wisdom in Old Testament texts can be transformed into a conceptual paradigm for modern leadership without falling into historical romanticism. The objective of this research is to formulate a theoretical leadership model grounded in biblical wisdom through an analysis of Solomon’s character, theological orientation, and decision-making patterns. The method employed is a theological hermeneutical approach integrated with interdisciplinary literature studies, including leadership theory, public ethics, and Old Testament theology. The analysis focuses on key narratives that portray the judicial, administrative, and spiritual dimensions of Solomon’s leadership. The findings indicate that Solomon’s wisdom is theocentric, deliberative, and oriented toward distributive justice, thereby shaping an integrative and visionary model of leadership. The relevance of these findings lies in their capacity to offer a normative framework for leadership formation rooted in transcendent morality while remaining adaptive to modern social complexity. The novelty of this study resides in the formulation of a hermeneutical reconstruction model of Solomonic wisdom as a normative-strategic paradigm for the development of contemporary leadership theory based on sacred texts.

mpetition among driver-partners, which directly affects fluctuations in their income. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of competition level, working hours duration, and fare policies on the income of GoRide partners in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the population consisting of all active GoRide driver-partners in the area. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% significance level, resulting in 67 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the effect of each independent variable on income as the dependent variable. The results show that the competition variable has a significant negative effect on partner income, indicating that the higher the level of competition, the lower the income earned. Conversely, working hours have a positive and significant effect, indicating that increased working duration directly contributes to higher income. Meanwhile, fare policy shows a positive but insignificant effect, meaning that although there is a statistically positive relationship, the effect is not strong enough to significantly impact income. These findings highlight the importance of efficient management of working hours and strategic adaptation to competition levels as efforts to maintain the economic sustainability of driver-partners. In addition, platform providers are advised to periodically review fare policies to ensure they remain aligned with market dynamics and partner needs, in order to maintain a sustainable income balance.

Corporate value is often gauged by the stock price in the capital market, making it crucial for companies to plan sound financial strategies. This research focuses on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, evaluating the influence of investment policy, dividend policy, and profitability on corporate value. The study employs a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from the companies’ financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to assess the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that investment policy and profitability have a positive but not significant effect on corporate value, while dividend policy has a significant positive impact. Corporate value is also affected by stock price fluctuations, which are often inconsistent. These findings affirm that dividend policy is a crucial factor in enhancing corporate value, while investment policy and profitability, although important, do not have a significant impact within the study period. Overall, these independent variables collectively have a significant influence on corporate value in the banking sector on the IDX. This research provides insights for company management in formulating effective strategies to increase corporate value.
