Toko Guntur Jaya is a shop that is engaged in selling various kinds of products, especially clothing such as clothes, currently product sales promotions and customer data processing are still manual recording and have not used an online sales system. The service provided by Guntur Jaya is not satisfactory because there is no member data and facilities for customers to submit criticism, suggestions and questions. Therefore, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method is needed to help customers get information about the latest products. The purpose of this built system is to facilitate more effective product promotion. With this system, Guntur Jaya Stores have media for promoting their products to customers with internet media, so that they have customers throughout Indonesia, retain existing customers, get optimal profits. , customers feel safe, comfortable and have computerized customer data storage.

Abstrak: Customer relationship management (CRM) merupakan satu dari sekian banyak strategi yang diterapkan oleh banyak perusahaan dan merupakan strategi untuk memperoleh, menganalisa data, untuk kemudian digunakan untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan yang akan tercipta suatu pandangan yang komprehensif dan hubungan yang lebih baik dengan pelanggan. Toko Guntur Jaya adalah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan berbagai macam produk khususnya busana seperti baju, saat ini promosi penjualan produk dan pengelohan data pelanggan yang dilakukan masih pencatatan manual dan belum menggunakan sistem penjualan secara online. Pelayanan yang diberikan Guntur Jaya belum memuaskan karena belum ada data member dan fasilitas bagi pelanggan untuk menyampaikan kritik, saran, dan pertanyaan. Oleh karena itu untuk dibutuhkan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) untuk membantu pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang produk yang terbaru. Tujuan dari sistem yang dibangun ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi promosi produk yang lebih efektif Dengan adanya sistem ini dibuat Toko Guntur Jaya memiliki media untuk promosi produknya kepada para pelanggan dengan media internet, sehingga memiliki pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia, mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada, mendapatkan keuntungan optimal, pelanggan merasa aman, nyaman dan memiliki penyimpanan data pelanggan secara terkomputerisasi.

Tbk Tanjung Raja Estate 2. The method applied is community education and training by introducing a web-based Islamic infor-mation system, namely the Al-Wa’ie portal. This portal provides comprehensive Islamic solutions and easy-to-understand interpretations of the Quran. The results of the activity showed that technical assistance successfully increased the digital skills of participants in accessing religious information independently (success reached 70% through interview techniques). In addition, the integration of spiritual guidance with technology training has strengthened the spiritual attitudes of the congregation. In conclusion, the use of web-based information systems has proven effective in bridging the gap between technology and spir-ituality, and encouraging the formation of a more knowledgeable and spiritually steadfast community.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses rujukan keislaman yang tepercaya pada anggota Perwiritan Ibu-ibu Pondok PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Tanjung Raja Es-tate 2. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan dengan mem-perkenalkan sistem informasi keislaman berbasis web, yaitu portal Al-Wa’ie. Portal ini menyediakan solusi islami yang komprehensif dan tafsir Al-Qur'an yang mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan teknis berhasil menambah kecakapan digital peserta dalam mengakses informasi keagamaan secara mandiri (keberhasilan men-capai 70% melalui teknik wawancara). Selain itu, integrasi bimbingan spiritual bersama pelatihan teknologi telah memperkuat sikap spiritual jamaah. Simpulannya, penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web terbukti efektif menjembatani celah antara teknologi dan spiritualitas, serta mendorong terbentuknya komunitas yang lebih berpengetahuan dan teguh secara spiritual.

This program provides a solution through a learning approach that combines theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and case studies aligned with industry demands. The activities include preparation of training materials, implementation of training across four main sessions, and a final evaluation through both theoretical and practical examinations. The expected outcomes of this program include improved student competencies, the development of training modules, certificates of participation, and comprehensive documentation for evaluation and publication purposes. Through this program, it is expected that TKJ vocational students will be better prepared to enter the workforce and possess skills that are relevant to current advancements in computer networking technology.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar jaringan komputer serta menguasai keterampilan instalasi dan konfigurasi jaringan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah keterbatasan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan berbasis praktik, dan minimnya akses terhadap perangkat jaringan yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia industri. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam empat sesi utama, serta evaluasi akhir melalui ujian teori dan praktik. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi siswa, pembuatan modul pelatihan, sertifikat serta dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan publikasi. plishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.

One area where many people have benefited from advances in information and communication technology is education. To overcome the problems raised, the general approach that will be used in this activity is to teach computer-based media creation to teachers in elementary schools. The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. Teachers need to convey and minimize the results of this lesson to other teachers.

the Ambalan Scout Organization of Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Although participation is mandatory, the number of those who remain in this organization is decreasing. The scouting movement is considered less popular than others. Based on this, the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas collaborated with the Communication Studies Program at University of Amikom Purwokerto to optimize the management of their information media (website, social media and wall magazines) through comprehensive training with the group achievement method. A mentoring method that emphasizes efforts to build group productivity by referring to input from group members and the achievement of output targets that were prepared jointly between the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas and the Communication Studies Program at the University of Amikom Purwokerto. The training, which was held on February 5, 2022, was a success with more than 39 participants. The final result of this activity shows that the participants' cognitive needs regarding media management have begun to be fulfilled, the ability of participants to develop media content and distribute it appropriately, and the formation of members' commitment to maintaining the continuity of media management has begun. However, to achieve even better results, this activity requires continuous training, particularly related to aspects of media technology and media visibility strategies.

Abstrak: Gerakan pramuka merupakan salah satu organisasi besar di Indonesia. Namun kebesaran tersebut berpotensi pudar jika anak muda mulai tidak mengenal gerakan pramuka. Kondisi inilah yang dialami Organisasi Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Meski keikutsertaannya bersifat wajib namun diisinyalir jumlah yang bertahan di organisasi ini semakin menurun. Gerakan pramuka dinilai kalah populer dibandingkan lainnya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan media informasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh MAN 2 Banyumas menggandeng Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto untuk melakukan optimalisasi pengelolaan media inofrmasinya (website, media sosial dan mading) melalui pelatihan komprehensif dengan metode group achievement. Sebuah metode pendampingan yang menekankan upaya membangun produktivitas kelompok dengan mengacu pada input dari anggota kelompok dan pencapaian target output yang disusun bersama antara mitra dan anggota kelompok. Pelatihan yang diadakan tanggal 5 Februari 2022 ini berjalan sukses dengan diikuti oleh lebih dari 39 peserta. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini memperlihatkan mulai terpenuhinya kebutuhan kognisi peserta mengenai pengelolaan media, terbentuknya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun konten media serta mendistribusikannya dengan tepat, dan terbentuknya komitmen anggota untuk menjaga kontinuitas pengelolaan medianya.

Community Service Activities regarding the culture of healthy living during this pandemic were carried out by a teaching team from the Faculty of Humanities Sciences, Padjadjaran University. The activity method used is education with techniques of extension, consultation, and diffusion of knowledge which are all held virtually. To obtain comprehensive data, the implementation team distributed a questionnaire about the culture of healthy living to the primary target public, namely students of the Faculty, and the secondary target public, namely student families. Activities were carried out in July 2020 in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the activity showed that PPM activities regarding healthy cultural behavior to the public of students and their families were well organized and following the protocol for preventing the transmission of Covid-19. Also, it is known that the biggest impact of a pandemic is economic.

Abstrak: Perilaku hidup sehat adalah kebiasaan masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi aspek-aspek kesehatan, seperti pengelolaan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, menjaga kebugaran fisik dan psikis, serta pemberian asupan nutrisi yang cukup sehingga tercapai standar kesehatan yang baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat tentang budaya hidup sehat di masa pandemi ini dilakukan oleh tim pengajar dari Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Padjadjaran. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pendidikan dengan teknik penyuluhan, konsultasi, dan difusi ilmu pengetahuan yang seluruhnya diselenggarakan secara virtual. Untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif, tim pelaksana mendistribusikan angket mengenai budaya hidup sehat pada publik sasaran primer, yaitu mahasiswa, dan publik sasaran sekunder, yaitu keluarga mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2020 dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PPM mengenai perilaku budaya sehat kepada publik mahasiswa dan keluarganya telah terselenggara dengan baik dan sesuai dengan protokol pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Selain itu diketahui bahwa dampak terbesar dari pandemi adalah ekonomi.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

ed SIAKAD since 2018 to facilitate administrative ativities in line with its motto of a high technology campus. This study aims to measure the sucess of SIAKAD usage from the aspects of acceptance, satisfaction, suitability, and perceived benefits. The integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), DeLone & McLean, and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models was carried out to obain a more comprehensive overview in assessing the success of SIAKAD. UTAUT explains the factors influencing the intention to use, DeLone & McLean emphasizes the relationship between system quality and both user satisfaction and net benefits, while TTF evaluates the fit between technology and user tasks. By combining these three models, the study addresses the limitations of each model and produces a more holistic approach in measuring acceptance, success, and the appropriateness of system use. The testing was conducted using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through AMOS.
