outh Sulawesi. Using a quantitative explanatory approach and survey method, data were collected from 120 respondents and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The study examines three leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and distributed—and their impact on teaching quality, institutional governance, student outcomes, and academic services. The findings reveal that all three leadership styles positively affect higher education quality, with transformational leadership having the most significant impact, followed by distributed and transactional styles. These results underscore the importance of visionary and participative leadership in improving institutional performance, particularly in regional universities facing resource and structural limitations. The study contributes theoretically by validating leadership models in a non-Western context and practically by offering insights for leadership development policies. It highlights the need for adaptive leadership strategies tailored to local academic cultures and institutional dynamics to enhance educational quality in Indonesian higher education.

Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

The absence of a common view on the problem of schistosomiasis has resulted in an asynchronous implementation of programs and activities related to the alleviation of schistosomiasis. This primary data collection technique also uses secondary data that comes from the Poso health office, the Bada schistosomiasis laboratory and the implementation of triangulation of actors, methods and data through focus group discussions which are expected to be able to map out the issues of involvement and the similarity of viewing problems in the management of schistosomiasis control in the context of the study This takes the area of Bada which is relatively successful although not yet complete. The implementation of the internal quality assurance system in research has been carried out by monitoring the grants received by lecturers by looking at the outputs or publications. Evaluation of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by means of an internal quality audit (AMI) which was held once a year to see the publications of each department. Control of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by administrative control including the collection of SKP, BKD and AMI audits. c focus on Theme–Rheme structure, the study analyses a BBC news report published in November 2023 on the Russian Supreme Court’s decision to designate the so-called “international LGBT movement” as an extremist organization. Using a qualitative textual approach, the text is segmented into clauses and analyzed to identify patterns of thematic choice and progression. The findings reveal a consistent foregrounding of institutional actors, such as state authorities and legal bodies, in Theme position when reporting legal actions and policy decisions, while members of the LGBT community and civil society figures are predominantly thematized in clauses expressing reactions, personal experiences, and anticipated consequences. This asymmetric thematic distribution constructs a discourse in which state authority is positioned as the primary agent of action, whereas affected social groups are framed as respondents to institutional power. The study demonstrates that ideological meanings in news discourse may be realized implicitly through grammatical organization rather than explicit evaluative language, and it highlights the value of Theme–Rheme analysis for examining power relations in contemporary international news reporting.
