his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

This study aims to apply the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to support the decision-making process for selecting the best housing based on five main criteria: location, price, security, public facilities, and environment. Each criterion is analyzed quantitatively through the assignment of weights and scores to each housing alternative. The WASPAS method generates a final ranking, where the alternative with the highest score is considered the optimal choice. The results show that the WASPAS method is effective in simplifying the multi-criteria decision-making process and provides accurate and rational recommendations for selecting housing that best meets the needs of the community. This study is expected to serve as a reference for prospective buyers and property developers in planning and marketing strategies.

Abstrack: Pemilihan perumahan merupakan keputusan penting yang memerlukan pertimbangan berbagai kriteria secara objektif. Di Kota Kisaran, pertumbuhan pesat di sektor properti menghadirkan beragam pilihan perumahan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga calon pembeli sering kali kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang paling sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan perumahan terbaik berdasarkan lima kriteria utama, yaitu lokasi, harga, keamanan, fasilitas umum, dan lingkungan. Setiap kriteria dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemberian bobot dan penilaian terhadap masing-masing alternatif perumahan. Hasil dari metode WASPAS menghasilkan peringkat akhir dari alternatif perumahan yang dianalisis, di mana alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WASPAS efektif dalam menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dan memberikan hasil yang akurat dan rasional dalam memilih perumahan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi calon pembeli maupun pengembang dalam perencanaan dan strategi pemasaran properti.

ka Wijaya Pharmacy requires a clusterization of sales stock data. The method that can be used is the K-Means algorithm. This algorithm is based on a simple idea. K-Means is a distance-based clustering method that divides data into a number of clusters and this algorithm only works on numeric attributes. The data processed in this research is a sample taken from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy data in 2022. The Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy dataset consists of the attributes No, Drug Item, Type, Packaging, Initial Stock, Cost Price, Unit Conversion, Selling Price, Number of Transactions, Ending Stock, Shelf, Warehouse-Office Codes. With the K-Means Clustering method, it is possible to group drug sales data with stock that is not selling well as cluster 0, stock that is selling well as cluster 1, and stock that is selling very well as cluster 2. The sample data to be tested consists of 170 data from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy. Where the cluster results show that there are several results, namely cluster 0 totaling 102, cluster 1 totaling 34, and cluster 2 totaling 34 decisions, where the decisions include very in demand, in demand, not in demand.

Untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan stok, Apotek Jaka Wijaya membutuhkan suatu clusterisasi data stok penjualan. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu algoritma K-Means. Algoritma ini didasarkan pada ide sederhana. K-Means adalah metode Clustering berbasis jarak yang membagi data ke dalam sejumlah cluster dan algoritma ini hanya bekerja pada atribut numeric. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini merupakan sampel yang diambil dari data Apotek Jaka Wijaya pada tahun 2022. Dataset Apotek Jaka Wijaya terdiri dari atribut No, Item Obat, Jenis, Kemasan, Stok Awal, Harga Pokok, Konversi Satuan, Harga Jual, Jumlah Transaksi, Stok Akhir, Rak, Kode Gudang-Kantor. Dengan metode K-Means Clustering maka dapat mengelompokkan data penjualan obat dengan stok kurang laris sebagai cluster 0, stok laris sebagai cluster 1, dan stok sangat laris sebagai cluster 2. Data sampel yang akan diuji terdiri dari 170 data dari Apotek Jaka Wijaya. Yang dimana hasil cluster menunjukkan terdapat beberapa hasil yaitu cluster 0 berjumlah 102, cluster 1 berjumlah 34, dan cluster 2 berjumlah 34 keputusan yang dimana keputusan itu meliputi sangat laris, laris, kurang laris.

Bintang Ternak has a sample of 90 Australian chicken eggs. The sample used is Australian chicken egg shell, in determining the quality of Australian chicken eggs can be seen from the condition of the egg shells. Planning in solving these problems will use the C4.5 algorithm method. With the application of the C4.5 algorithm method contained in the rapidminer5 application, there are several advantages to be gained, namely in making a simpler decision, shortening employee work, more flexibility in selecting class attributes, accuracy in predicting more effectively and efficiently and easy to understand with there are conclusions generated by the rapidminer5 application that can be seen from the decision tree or rules obtained using 90 samples of test data resulting in an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract: Telur Ayam Autralia merupakan salah satu bahan makanan hewani yang dikonsumsi selain daging, ikan dan susu. Namun, telur ayam australia mudah mengalami kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas akibat masuknya bakteri kedalam telur. CV. Bintang Ternak pemilihan telur yang berkualitas masih dilakukan secara manual oleh karyawan, sehigga perlu adanya metode terbaru dalam penentuan telur yang berkualitas. Cv. Bintang Ternak memiliki sampel telur ayam australia 90 butir. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kulit telur ayam australia, dalam menentukan kualitas telur ayam australia dapat dilihat dari kondisi kulit telurnya. Perencanaan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut akan menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5. Dengan adanya penerapan metode algoritma C4.5 yang terdapat pada aplikasi rapidminer5 maka ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapat diperoleh yaitu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan lebih sederhana, mempersingkat pekerja karyawan, lebih fleksibel dalam pemilihan atribut kelas, keakuratan dalam memprediksi lebih efektif dan efisien dan mudah dipahami dengan adanya kesimpulan yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi rapidminer5 yang dapat dilihat dari pohon keputusan atau rule yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan 90 sampel data uji memghasilkan akurasi sebesar 90%.

ATM Raskin yang dirancang menggunakan Radio Frekuensi Identifikasi (RFID) dan Internet of things (IOT). ATM beras yang nantinya ditempatkan di kantor kelurahan atau kantor balai desa. ing through product diversification into catfish nuggets and the application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a supporting tool for digital marketing. The activities included socialization, production and packaging training, implementation of social media–based E-CRM, and Break Even Point (BEP) analysis to assess business feasibility. The results showed an improvement in partners’ skills in processing and marketing catfish products. With a monthly production capacity of 30 kg, where 1 kg yields 40 pieces or 10 packs of nuggets priced at IDR 5,000 per pack, partners achieved a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 1,500,000. The BEP analysis indicated an equilibrium point at 100 kg or around three months of operation with fixed costs of IDR 1,500,000. The E-CRM system served as a supporting medium to promote products and expand market visibility, while the main factors driving sales growth were product diversification and improved quality. This activity has implications for enhancing competitiveness and economic independence among small-scale fish farming groups.

Abstrak: Pokdakan Tani Makmur di Kabupaten Asahan menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya penjualan lele segar akibat tingginya persaingan harga di pasar lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil budidaya melalui diversifikasi produk olahan menjadi nugget lele serta penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, penerapan E-CRM berbasis media sosial, serta analisis Break Even Point (BEP) untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan. Dengan kapasitas produksi 30 kg per bulan, di mana 1 kg menghasilkan 40 potong atau 10 bungkus nugget dengan harga Rp5.000 per bungkus, mitra memperoleh omzet sekitar Rp1.500.000 per bulan. Analisis BEP menunjukkan titik impas pada 100 kg produksi atau sekitar tiga bulan operasional dengan biaya tetap Rp1.500.000. Penerapan E-CRM berperan mendukung promosi dan memperluas informasi produk, sementara faktor utama peningkatan penjualan berasal dari diversifikasi dan kualitas produk olahan. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok pembudidaya ikan di daerah.

Belum lagi penerapan teknologi digital dalam memasarkan sebuah usaha sangatlah jarang diterapkan. Banyak pegiat UMKM khususnya dikota kisaran belum menerapkan teknologi website ataupun aplikasi dalam mempromosikan usahanya. Sehingga usaha mereka kurang populer dan tak menutup kemungkinan sepi pembeli. Usaha kuliner warung wawa merupakan pegiat UMKM dikota kisaran khususnya usaha catering kuliner yang sudah cukup banyak merasakan pengalaman dalam menjalankan usahanya. Permasalahan mitra diantaranya kurangnya penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usahanya merupakan salah satu dampak sepinya peminat usaha catering warung wawa. Metode yang diterapkan diantaranya mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada mitra kemudian memberikan solusi dalam penerapan website. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system.
