THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PROMOTION MIX AND THE COMPANY'S BRAND IDENTITY WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT PT. INO WANGSA BINJAI

Abstract: This study aims to deepen the understanding of the contribution of promotion and branding to increasing customer satisfaction at PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai. The study used primary data with a population of 300 buyers, and 75&#8230; respondents were selected as samples through calculations using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques applied were quantitative, including validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and coefficients of determination (R²). Based on the analysis results, the promotional mix variable (E_Prmsi) obtained a t-count value of -1.824 with a significance level of 0.072 (> 0.05), while the t-table was 1.99346. Because the t-count is smaller than the t-table, it can be concluded that the promotional mix does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, a negative t-value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the promotional mix and customer satisfaction is not in line. Conversely, the partial test shows that the company's brand variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05). Therefore, the first hypothesis (H1) is declared accepted. From the results of the determination coefficient test, the R Square value is 0.495, which indicates that 49.5% of changes in customer satisfaction can be explained by the company's promotional mix and brand factors, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. As a recommendation, the management of PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai, especially the branch manager, is advised to implement a more cost-effective, efficient, and targeted promotional strategy, as well as utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and print media such as newspapers to convey promotional information more effectively.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT WITH EMPLOYEE WORK SPIRIT AT THE JAKARTA COOPERATIVE AND UMKM SERVICE

Abstract: This study was conducted to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work climate on employee morale at the Jakarta City Cooperatives and SMEs Office. The method used in this study was a sampling method, with 35 respondents&#8230; pondents taken from the relevant population. Based on the results of the F test, the F count value was 14.405 which was greater than the F table of 3.285, with a significance of 0.000 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means that job satisfaction and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee morale. From the results of the t test, it is known that the t count value for job satisfaction is 3.181, greater than the t table of 1.692, with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, which indicates a significant effect on work morale. Meanwhile, the work climate variable also showed a significant influence, with a calculated t value of 4.363 > t table 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.441 indicates that 44.1% of the variation in work morale can be explained by the job satisfaction and work climate variables. The remaining 55.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

LEGAL PROTECTION FOR DEBTORS ON THE GUARANTEE OF MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERSHIP BOOK (BPKB) IN COOPERATIVE CREDIT LOANS

Abstract: The legal position between the debtor and the debtor in the bond agreement, where the borrower has the right to return proof of ownership of the collateral after the loan payment, while the borrower has the right to a higher&#8230; gher bond amount, and the billing period in accordance with the guarantor who is entitled to payment plus principal (interest) with the borrower's monthly installments including compensation in the event of late payment. Settlement of disputes related to credit agreements, where the person concerned can arbitrate the agreement in question. Legal observations made by the judge in the decision of Case No. 70 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN.Mdn, where the judge is of the opinion that the plaintiff has won legally there is no action taken by the Defendant on behalf of Mas Arif Fauzan and verstek. The issuance of this decision is binding on both parties because it has permanent legal force ( incracht ) and has become a new law for the parties. The judge made the decision based on previous legal opinions and the judge's belief that presenting a legitimate and persuasive action is a breach of contract.

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST WITHDRAWALWAKAF PROPERTY IN MEDAN

Abstract: Withdrawal of Waqf Assets based on Decision No. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN because the objects which are waqf assets belonging to the Bireueen Islamic Education Society have been misused by the Bireueen Ministry of Religion&#8230; in a dysfunctional manner, namely the waqf objects are recorded as Public Property. In order for the irregularity of the waqf assets to be in accordance with the waqf pledge made, the owner of the waqf rights takes over the waqf assets. The validity of Nazir as the owner of the waqf rights in the event of misappropriation of waqf assets based on Resolution no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN is reviewed from the provisions of Article 42 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf which explains: "It is the duty of nazhir to manage and dispose of waqf assets for their intended use, according to their function and designation." So that the waqf assets that were originally borrowed by the owner of the waqf rights can be disposed of if there is misuse of waqf assets. The Judge's reason for permitting the takeover of misused waqf assets in Decision no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN, based on the findings of the facts by the Judge, is of the opinion that legally there is no legal justification for the Defendant/Applicant to hold objects that are unlawfully and unlawfully owned and managed as YPI Bireuen's claim items.

PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS XII DI SMK 7 MEDAN

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK 7 Medan dengan melibatkan&#8230; 30 siswa kelas XII sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen satu kelompok pretest-posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa, terutama pada aspek penalaran, pemodelan, dan logika matematika. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PBL dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa.

Abstract: The limitations of conventional distillation technology hinder micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from producing herbal products with consistent quality. This study aims to develop an Arduino-based distillation&#8230; system equipped with automatic temperature control to improve the production capacity and quality of herbal liquid smoke at CV Moga Permata Perkasa. The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

Abstract: Implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and microcontrollers as an automatic temperature control system on tools for proofing bread dough at the Oei Oei Pizza and Patisserie Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise&#8230; ise (MSMEs). The primary issue faced by partners was temperature instability during the dough fermentation process, leading to inconsistent product quality. The implementation method included problem identification, tool design and construction, implementation at partner locations, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the tool can help IoT-based systems maintain stable fermentation temperatures, improve dough quality consistency, and increase production efficiency. This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.

PERANCANGAN BATCH MIXER UNTUK PENGADUKAN BASE SOAP BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT) DI IKM TA REZEKI, KOTA MEDAN

Abstract: Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) play an important role in the regional and national economy, especially in providing employment and increasing the added value of local products. T.A Rezeki is one of the SMEs that produces&#8230; uces its products by purchasing raw materials from products at chemical stores, then marketing them to surrounding areas, several restaurants, mosques and laundries directly. The design of an IoT-based batch mixer is expected to help TA Rezeki SMEs to automate the base soap stirring process so that it is more efficient and consistent. With the implementation of IoT, it is expected to reduce operational costs, increase production capacity, and produce soap products with better and uniform quality. Based on the satisfaction survey conducted, the results showed that the digitalization of soap stirring tools carried out in this activity provided benefits to SMEs by providing convenience with equipment automation and more consistent stirring so that the resulting products are also of better quality.

Community Empowerment in the Landscaping of Gardens around Karo Traditional Houses to Support Cultural Ecotourism in Lingga Village

Abstract: Lingga Village in Karo Regency, North Sumatra, is a cultural village that preserves the traditional architecture of the Karo people, particularly the Siwaluh Jabu traditional house, which reflects the community’s life philosophy,&#8230; philosophy, social order, and spirituality. The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

PEANUT SHELLING MACHINE USING A PETROL ENGINE

Abstract: This study discusses a peanut shelling machine driven by a gasoline-engineered motor . In Indonesia, many processed peanut products require peanuts as a component, such as salted peanuts, peanut oil, peanut paste, peanut&#8230; tofu, and others. Manual peanut shelling is usually inefficient and time-consuming. Therefore, with this machine, which can automatically peel peanuts, it will greatly help save time and increase production capacity. Based on planning calculations for the planned components, the following data was obtained: Gasoline engine used = 5.5 Hp , Pad = 6005 , Belt length to peeler = 65 inches , Belt length to blower = 25 inches , Diameter pulley blower = 4 inches , Pulley diameter peeler = 11 inches , Diameter pulley driver = 2 inches . After analyzing the production/manufacturing costs of this machine, the price for manufacturing 1 peanut peeling machine was Rp4,019,372.24 .
