caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5%.

en Takalar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa kelas V, terdiri atas 8 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model PBL. Rata- rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 59,00 pada siklus I menjadi 85,00 pada siklus II, dengan ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari kategori rendah (40%) menjadi tinggi (85%). Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 40,00% pada siklus I menjadi 71,11% pada siklus II. The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021

The development and implementation of open-source Google site-based learning media increases learning efficiency compared to the direct presentation of material through online presentations. The accessibility and features provided by the Google site add value to the UI and UX evaluation for users.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara pemangku kepentingan, dan analisis dokumen, dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, serta evaluasi sistem. Sistem WebGIS dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan Leaflet.js untuk mendukung visualisasi data spasial secara interaktif. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui black box testing dan penilaian pengguna.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem WebGIS yang dikembangkan mampu mengintegrasikan data spasial dan atribut bidang tanah dalam satu platform berbasis web. Sistem menyediakan visualisasi peta bidang tanah, pengelolaan data pertanahan yang terstruktur, serta pencarian informasi yang lebih efisien. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan peningkatan aksesibilitas data, efisiensi proses pelayanan, dan transparansi informasi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional.
Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model implementasi WebGIS untuk pemetaan tanah masyarakat di tingkat daerah yang mendukung transformasi digital layanan pertanahan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan sistem informasi pertanahan berbasis web pada instansi pemerintah daerah lainnya.

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan model Project-Based Learning pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tingkat sekolah dasar. Solusi yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan penyusunan modul PjBL, pendampingan penyusunan perangkat ajar, praktik pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil sementara PKM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep PjBL sebesar 85%, peningkatan kemampuan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 80%, serta peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran mencapai 78%. Program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris secara berkelanjutan di SDN 15 Padang Genting.

Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus pada satu pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pengaturan diet berbasis prinsip 3J (jumlah, jenis, dan jadwal makan) serta aktivitas fisik rutin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kadar gula darah dari 245 mg/dL menjadi 165 mg/dL dalam waktu 4 minggu. Penurunan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang diberikan efektif dalam membantu pengendalian kadar gula darah serta meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pola hidup sehat.
Hypertension is one of the most common noninfectious diseases that affects the elderly. Hypertension is also a leading cause of serious complications such as stroke, heart failure, and kidney disease. Non-pharmacological approaches such as the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method have been proven effective in lowering blood pressure by reducing stress and increasing self-awareness. This study aims to determine the effect of relaxation therapy with the MBSR method on reducing blood pressure among elderly patients with hypertension. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The design used was a pre-test post-test design. The sample consisted of 30 elderly selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study was conducted from April 14th to June 3rd, 2025. The intervention given was an MBSR treatment program for two months, eight sessions, including mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the intervention. The data were analyzed using the paired t-test. The results showed a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure of P< 0.000 and diastolic blood pressure with P < 0.011 after intervention. The average reduction in systolic blood pressure was 5.13 mmHg, and in diastolic blood pressure was 4.63 mmHg. These findings indicate that the MBSR therapy is effective in helping elderly individuals manage hypertension through stress reduction and enhanced self-awareness
