Selain itu, Desa Hessa Perlompongan adalah wilayah perdesaan dengan tipologi masyarakat desa pertanian dan desa industri. Karena besarnya potensi Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) Hessa Perlompongan, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kemampuan Literacy SMART People di era modern dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dalam menghadapi industri 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif atau metode penelitian yang lebih menekankan analisis atau deskriptif. Masalah pendidikan di Desa Hessa Perlompongan sangat rendah karena masyarakat lebih cenderung memilih bekerja dan menikah dini daripada melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pelaksana PPKO HMPS Pend. Matematika UNA 2024 adalah membuat konsep program Literacy SMART People (LSP). Dalam pembahasan ini dapat disimpulkan Tujuan dari Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Hessa Perlompongan adalah untuk Mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Pendidikan Desa Berkualitas melalui Program LSP dari PPKO HMPS Pend. In services program, the introduction of solar drying technology was carried out through outreach and assistance to Village residents, especially youth organizations and micro small medium enterprises (UMKM), regarding the application of technology used for the drying process of lotus seeds, so that the dried lotus seeds could be stored longer for further used, then the next activity continued with the processing of diversified flour products and their derivatives. The success of this activity has shown that the Indralaya Raya residents were enthusiastic about this service activity as shown by the activity achievement indicators. Socialization and assistance activities on the use of solar-powered dryers and the manufacture of flour products and their derivatives have had a positive impact on the Indralaya Raya village community in empowering the activities of youth organizations and UMKMs.

Hal ini disebabkan karena padatnya aktivitas orang tua sehari penuh dan setiba di rumah sudah kelelahan membuat kurangnya perhatian terhadap anaknya sehingga terkadang meminta anaknya untuk bekerja bersama mencari penghasilan tambahan keluarga. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, Tim pengabdi PPK Ormawa UNA menyediakan layanan pengetahuan serta informasi pada pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat berbentuk buku ataupun non- buku yang ada di pojok- pojok literasi, yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat teknologi informasi, menyediakan layanan informasi dari sumber akses informasi kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan 6 literasi dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah melakukan survei awal, mengidentifikasi potensi daerah dan masalah, menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat, pembentukan program bersama masyarakat, menetapkan khalayak sasaran, merumuskan indikator keberhasilan program, melaksanakan program, mensosialisasikan dan mempublikasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan bahan pustaka dan pojok literasi dan mengadakan perlengkapan fasilitas layanan pendidikan non-formal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan 9 pojok literasi di Desa Air Genting yang mengembangkan pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat serta beroperasinya pojok-pojok literasi dengan program dan kepengurusan yang berbeda-beda.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Another result is the increase in partners' skills in sorting inorganic waste so that it has economic value which in the end is able to provide additional family income and PKK cash sourced from selling the results of inorganic waste sorting.

Abstrak: Sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan polusi. Polusi plastik dapat mencemari tanah, saluran air dan lautan. Kondisi ini juga menjadi permasalahan di salah satu kampung Pulosari yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ma-syarakat akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah.
