Guru sebagai aktor yang bertanggung jawab melakukan transfer nilai dan pengetahuan ini perlu memiliki kompetensi dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan bermakna kepada peserta didik. Salah satu pendekatan yang cocok dengan konteks kebudayaan dan keberagaman Indonesia adalah pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Pendekatan ini sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum merdeka yang sudah di terapkan di SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila untuk materi keberagaman yang ada di Indonesia, guru menggunakan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dan memasukkan unsur literasi humanistik untuk menguatkan cara belajar peserta didik dalam memahami dan mengeksplore latar belakang budaya yang dimiliki peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan literasi humanistik pada pembelajaran setidaknya harus mewujudkan beberapa komponen yang ada yaitu berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, serta kematangan kebudayaan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh guru didukung oleh kegiatan literasi humanistik yang menambah daya kritis siswa untuk memahami dan menganalisa materi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

This article aims to examine the way of life of the Malay community in Riau as part of cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, as well as its relevance in the present time. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research explores various aspects of Malay Riau culture, such as customs, oral literature, traditional clothing, and how the Malay community preserves the environment. Amid the challenges of globalization and modernization, this article shows that the values within the Malay Riau way of life remain essential in creating a harmonious, cultured, and virtuous society. Efforts to preserve culture through education and cultural festivals are also crucial so that younger generations can continue to appreciate and maintain this cultural heritage.

The goal of the study is to identify these key competencies for successful global business interactions and to provide insight into which skills professionals should focus on developing. To achieve this, a systematic literature review is conducted, establishing a structured theoretical framework by drawing on findings from previous research. The study concludes that essential language competencies for global business success include verbal communication, writing skills, cross-cultural understanding, listening, and negotiation abilities. Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Effective verbal communication requires not only mastery of grammar but also the ability to use non-verbal cues, like intonation and body language, to reinforce and clarify messages. These competencies are emphasized as crucial for professionals who wish to excel in the global business landscape, where effective communication can significantly influence outcomes. The findings suggest that developing both language and cultural understanding equips professionals to engage more effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries, enhancing their ability to negotiate, collaborate, and succeed in diverse business environments.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. In the process of Cultural Heritage Governance in Lingga Regency, it can be said that there is less role in technology in the media social sector.

thcare facilities, inadequate public amenities, environmental conditions requiring improvement, low socio-cultural activities, and limited local MSME development. The students implemented six main programs: establishing a reading corner; collaborating with the integrated health post (Posyandu) through elderly exercise, nutrition education, and supplementary feeding; renovating and organizing the village maternity post (Polindes); conducting greening and community clean-up activities at schools and the village; organizing the 17th August 2025 Independence Day celebration; and developing MSMEs based on egg-laying ducks into salted eggs and salted egg crackers. Methods employed included participatory observation, socialization, mentoring, hands-on practice, and active participation in socio-cultural activities. Evaluation was conducted through discussions with partners, field notes, and visual documentation. The results showed an improvement in literacy, the establishment of healthy habits among children and the elderly, a greener environment, successful organization of the Independence Day celebration, and increased economic value of local MSMEs. The program also enhanced students’ soft skills and strengthened synergy among students, villagers, and village officials, thus providing a positive impact on the community capacity of Buatan I Village.

The findings reveal that religious freedom in Rantepao is negotiated through a balance of cultural assimilation and religious preservation. While formal rights are generally respected, subtle social boundaries exist, particularly regarding religious expression and ritual intersections with traditional Torajan customs (Aluk To Dolo). This study highlights the resilience of the Muslim minority and demonstrates how local cultural mechanisms facilitate daily coexistence, offering crucial insights into religious tolerance and minority-majority relations in contemporary Indonesia.

The findings reveal that the ritual embodies deep philosophical values, including cosmic balance, kinship solidarity, and cultural identity preservation. Furthermore, the Bau Lolon ritual functions as a social mechanism that strengthens communal bonds among the villagers. Despite modern societal shifts, the people of Kolilanang continuously preserve this ritual, demonstrating a resilient synthesis between ancestral traditions and contemporary community life.

Anthropological analysis reveals that Mangrara Banua is not merely a physical celebration of a new structure, but a cultural institution rich in symbolic meaning. First, the ritual serves as a collective expression of gratitude to God the Creator. Second, it functions to articulate and legitimize the family's social status (tana') within the community hierarchy. Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.
