contemporary organizational behavior theories, we explore the multifaceted nature of employee
commitment and its theoretical implications for organizational success. The study analyzes
various theoretical models of employee commitment, identifying key constructs and their
interrelationships. The analysis reveals that employee commitment is conceptualized through
multiple theoretical lenses, including social exchange theory, organizational support theory, and
the job demands-resources model. This paper contributes to the academic discourse by proposing
an integrated theoretical framework for understanding and developing employee commitment,
considering both individual psychological factors and organizational contextual elements.
This study examines the evolution of employee commitment concepts within the modern business
context, focusing on theoretical frameworks including Social Exchange Theory, Organizational
Support Theory, and the Job Demands-Resources Model. Employee commitment is regarded as a critical element for organizational success and stability, encompassing affective, continuance, and
normative dimensions. In addition to psychological factors, work environment, and job
satisfaction, the research highlights the need for a holistic approach in strategies to develop
employee loyalty. Through a literature analysis, this study aims to provide comprehensive insights
and strategic recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention within
organizations.

The implications of this training can be applied by teachers to process data, for example, student scores into tables or graphs, so errors are easier to detect. This information can be used to determine decisions, for example, whether a student passes a course or not.

Data were obtained through interviews with relevant personnel, direct observation, and analysis of finance-related documents. The results show that the implementation of AIS-PK positively affects the efficiency of financial management by improving accuracy and speed in recording transactions and monitoring cash. se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

Innovation in various aspects of the value chain, such as productivity improvement through agricultural technology, processing efficiency, and product diversification based on palm oil, is a key factor in enhancing the industry's competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of innovation in the palm oil industry value chain in Merauke Regency by identifying the types of innovations applied and the factors that support or hinder their adoption. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that upstream sector innovations, such as the use of superior seedlings and digital plantation management, have improved productivity and efficiency. Meanwhile, downstream innovations in palm oil processing and value-added product diversification still face challenges, particularly in infrastructure and regulatory aspects. The study's implications suggest that optimizing innovation in the palm oil value chain requires more adaptive policies, increased investment in research and development, and capacity building for human resources. Thus, innovation can serve as a driving force in creating a more competitive, sustainable palm oil industry that contributes to local economic development in Merauke Regency.

sistence of a textual-normative learning paradigm in Islamic-based teacher education institutions, which risks creating a dichotomy between the authority of sacred texts and the dynamics of contemporary issues. Specifically, this study analyzes the development of critical and reflective thinking competencies among students of the PGSD Program at the private higher education institution STKIP Al Islam Tunas Bangsa in interpreting and actualizing the messages of the Qur’an and Hadith in relation to contemporary social issues. The method employed is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation of contextual learning actions, participant observation, and critical reflection. Data were collected through structured observations of classroom discussion dynamics, in-depth analysis of students’ reflective journals, and evaluation of case analysis projects, which were subsequently processed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a significant transformation in students’ patterns of religious understanding, shifting from a literal approach toward analytical-contextual competence, as evidenced by their ability to relate religious textual messages to current issues such as digital media ethics, social justice, and environmental sustainability. The implications of this study underscore the urgent need to internalize a contextual approach within the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in private higher education institutions in order to build religious literacy that is applicable and adaptive to the changing times.

This study adopts a case study approach to explore the issue in depth using qualitative methods. The techniques employed include interviews, observations, and documentation. The main respondents in this study are the principal and teachers of Grade I and IV at SDK Pagal 1, Cibal District, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The planning of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDK Pagal 1, Cibal District, has not yet reached an optimal level. The main obstacle lies in the challenges of planning co-curricular activities, where a lack of teacher understanding and limited references are the primary issues. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in this school has also not reached its full potential, particularly in co-curricular activities. The evaluation of the Merdeka Curriculum’s implementation focuses more on the aspects of teaching methods, the use of learning media, the availability of adequate facilities, and challenges in executing co-curricular activities. Therefore, further implications are highly necessary to enhance and enrich the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the school.
