o its vulnerability to wave-induced beach damage. To simulate wave conditions, a wave generator was designed using a 12-volt DC motor integrated into an acrylic wave bath. This research analyses the effectiveness of three types of coastal safety structures: reflectors, sea walls and sloping sea walls. Laboratory experiments measured the wave overflow volume for each type of structure under controlled conditions. The results showed that reflector-type structures achieved the highest efficiency in mitigating wave overtopping, with an average minimum overtopping value of 0.006 m³/ms. The findings emphasise the importance of selecting and designing appropriate coastal protection measures to minimise coastal erosion, protect coastal infrastructure and reduce risks to surrounding settlements. This study contributes valuable insights into the role of engineered structures in enhancing coastal resilience, especially for areas vulnerable to high wave energy.

atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

This research discusses matters related to the implementation of fisheries business services using technology and obstacles in application services. The aim of this research is to find out how application-based fisheries business services are at the Fisheries Business Services UPT, Kundur District, Karimun Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with informants consisting of elements from the Fisheries Service, UPT and the community and using data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The overall research results of this application have been said to meet expectations based on the following 4 indicators: a) input: human resources, finances, adequate facilities and infrastructure. b). Process: easy procedure, more time and cost efficient. c). Output: service levels increase, such as Kube, fuel recommendations, benefits received by fisheries business actors increase. d). Outcome: fisheries business services are more effective and efficient. This research discusses matters related to the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card program services at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT. The aim of this research is to find out the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card at the Kundur Fisheries Business Services UPT. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the KUSUKA card program for the community at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT is as expected. The implementation of this program meets expectations based on the following 6 indicators: a). effectiveness: the results achieved have met expectations. b) Efficiency: time and costs are efficient. c). Adequacy: Human resources and facilities/infrastructure are adequate. d). Alignment: program benefits are adequate. e). Responsiveness: service is adequate. f). Accuracy: the program results are useful. However, the effectiveness indicators and efficient indicators still cannot be said to meet expectations, this is because there are problems or obstacles such as the lack of clarity on the time for printing KUSUKA cards which only adjusts the bank's ability to print cards, the functions and benefits of the program have not been fully felt and there is no real change in the lives of the community or fisheries business actors in the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT.

This study aims to compare the Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing algorithms in forecasting room reservations at Raz Hotel and Convention Medan using historical data from January 2025 to May 2026. The research method consisted of data collection, forecasting using both algorithms, and accuracy evaluation through Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm achieved a Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 15.24%, which is lower than the 15.63% obtained by the Weighted Moving Average algorithm. Furthermore, the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm predicted 835.90 room reservations for June 2026. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Single Exponential Smoothing algorithm provides better forecasting accuracy and is more suitable for predicting room reservations at Raz Hotel and Convention Medan.

ted Moving Average method with a weighting of 1:2:3, based on historical data from January 2025 to June 2026. A quantitative approach with time series forecasting technique was applied. Accuracy was evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The results show that the forecasted rice stock requirement for July 2026 is 1,456.67 kg. The accuracy evaluation yielded a Mean Absolute Deviation of 78.22, Mean Squared Error of 9,288.15, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 5.71%, which is classified as highly accurate. In conclusion, the Weighted Moving Average method is suitable as a decision-support tool for rice stock management at Warung Grosir Giran.
