THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PROMOTION MIX AND THE COMPANY'S BRAND IDENTITY WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT PT. INO WANGSA BINJAI

Abstract: This study aims to deepen the understanding of the contribution of promotion and branding to increasing customer satisfaction at PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai. The study used primary data with a population of 300 buyers, and 75&#8230; respondents were selected as samples through calculations using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques applied were quantitative, including validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and coefficients of determination (R²). Based on the analysis results, the promotional mix variable (E_Prmsi) obtained a t-count value of -1.824 with a significance level of 0.072 (> 0.05), while the t-table was 1.99346. Because the t-count is smaller than the t-table, it can be concluded that the promotional mix does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, a negative t-value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the promotional mix and customer satisfaction is not in line. Conversely, the partial test shows that the company's brand variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05). Therefore, the first hypothesis (H1) is declared accepted. From the results of the determination coefficient test, the R Square value is 0.495, which indicates that 49.5% of changes in customer satisfaction can be explained by the company's promotional mix and brand factors, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. As a recommendation, the management of PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai, especially the branch manager, is advised to implement a more cost-effective, efficient, and targeted promotional strategy, as well as utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and print media such as newspapers to convey promotional information more effectively.

Klasifikasi Penyakit Tanaman Tomat dan Cabai Menggunakan Transfer Learning MobileNetV2 dengan Visualisasi Grad-CAM

Abstract: Penyakit tanaman merupakan salah satu faktor utama penurunan hasil pertanian pada komoditas tomat dan cabai di Indonesia. Deteksi dini secara manual memerlukan keahlian khusus dan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini mengusulkan&#8230; kan sistem klasifikasi penyakit tanaman berbasis deep learning menggunakan arsitektur MobileNetV2 dengan pendekatan transfer learning. Dataset PlantVillage yang terdiri dari 20.638 gambar daun dengan 15 kelas digunakan sebagai data pelatihan. Model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Visualisasi Grad-CAM diterapkan untuk menginterpretasikan area fokus model dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 89,93% pada data uji dengan rata-rata weighted F1-score sebesar 0,90. Visualisasi Grad-CAM membuktikan model mengidentifikasi area terinfeksi secara akurat. Pengujian pada gambar nyata menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam kondisi dunia nyata.

Abstract: Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah  Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan hulum pidana di Indonesia terkait penyebaran hoaks berbasis kecerdasan buatan dalam UU ITE dan bagaimana dampak penyebaran hoaks berbasis kecerdasan&#8230; cerdasan buatan terhadap individu dan stabilitas negara dalam perspektif hukum pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengaturan hukum pidana di Indonesia terhadap penyebaran hoaks berbasis kecerdasan buatan masih bergantung pada ketentuan umum KUHP, KUHP Baru, dan UU ITE, khususnya Pasal 28 ayat (1) dan (2), namun belum mengatur secara tegas pertanggungjawaban pidana atas konten hoaks yang dihasilkan melalui teknologi seperti deepfake atau voice cloning, sehingga menimbulkan kekosongan hukum dalam penjatuhan sanksi. Hoaks berbasis AI berdampak luas terhadap individu, seperti gangguan psikologis dan kerusakan reputasi, serta terhadap negara melalui ancaman pada keamanan nasional dan kepercayaan publik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembaruan peraturan yang secara eksplisit mengatur unsur dan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana atas hoaks berbasis AI. Pemerintah juga perlu memperkuat upaya pencegahan dan perlindungan dengan meningkatkan literasi digital, pengawasan konten berbasis AI, serta memberikan pemulihan hukum bagi korban untuk menjaga stabilitas sosial dan keamanan nasional.

Community service to SMK Trisula Dolok Sanggul (PKM) aims to Educating students in the use of the internet, especially students of Trisula Dolok Sanggul Vocational School . The conclusions that can be drawn from the Community Service activities at Trisula Dolok Sanggul Vocational School are: 1. The students who attended the counseling responded warmly and expressed deep appreciation. in relation to the activity, 2. When delivering the material, participants understand how to sort the information provided. internet bars, maintaining internet security, one of which is from phishing crimes and tips for staying productive in working or studying, 3. Participants can answer the questions given well and respond positively is a sign that the extension material has been delivered, 4. Male and female students participating in PKM receive knowledge knowledge new and get certificate participation that is given by organizer activity.

Abstract: Study This aims to find out and deepen Improvement Growth Results Sweet Corn Plants ( Zea Mays) With Utilization Blotong and POC Seprint. This research was conducted on the land of the Department of Environmental Protection&#8230; ion Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Department of Medan City, Jl. Keramat Indah No. 4, Medan Southeast, Medan Denai District, North Sumatra. The experimental design that The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3x3 factorial pattern with 3 replications with total treatment combinations as many as 9 treatments. Treatment factor of Blotong dose with symbol B consisting of 3 level that is : (B1) 0.50 kg/plot (B2) 1.00 kg/plot (B3) 1.50 kg/plot. Factor POC Seprint concentration with the symbol S which consists of 3 levels, namely: (S1) 4 ml/1 L water (S2) 8 ml/1 L water and (S3) 12 ml/1 L water. Observation data was carried out analysis of variance with F test at 5% level, if the difference is significant then the test followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. 1). The effect of the Blotong dose has an effect very real on plant height, number of leaves, flag leaf length, leaf width flag, weight of cob, diameter of cob, length of cob, but it has an effect real on production per plot And amount line per cob, whereas had no significant effect on the stem diameter of sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ). 2). Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the treatment POC Seprint does not have a very significant impact on all parameters Which observed. Addition fertilizer Seprint with concentration 12 ml/1 L water show results Which best compared to treatment other. 3). Interaction between treatment influences Blotong and POC Seprint no real effect on all observation parameters observed on sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ).

Analisis Etos Patos Dan Logos Dalam Ceramah Ustaz Abdul Somad Tentang Pentingnya Menjaga Akhlak

Abstract: This study aims to describe, identify, and analyze in depth the manifestation of ethos, pathos, and logos in Ustaz Abdul Somad's lecture on the importance of maintaining morals. The research method applied is a qualitative&#8230; ve approach with a descriptive type to systematically outline linguistic facts and communication strategies. The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

Peran Machine Learning dalam Sistem Manufaktur Otomatis: Literature Review

Abstract: Perkembangan revolusi Industry 4.0 mendorong transformasi besar dalam sistem manufaktur melalui integrasi teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan. Machine Learning (ML) menjadi salah satu elemen kunci dalam otomasi industri&#8230; tri karena kemampuannya memproses data secara adaptif untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan otonom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis penerapan Machine Learning dalam sistem manufaktur otomatis dengan menyoroti tren, tantangan, serta arah penelitian masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning banyak diterapkan pada empat domain utama: predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality control, serta intelligent automation. Algoritma yang dominan digunakan meliputi supervised learning dan deep reinforcement learning, yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35%. Namun demikian, isu terkait interpretabilitas model, keterbatasan data industri, serta integrasi manusia–AI masih menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual AI–Driven Manufacturing Framework sebagai panduan pengembangan sistem manufaktur cerdas yang adaptif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan menuju era Industry 5.0.

Abstract: This study examines the frenemy relationship between Emily and Stephanie in A Simple Favor. Their friendship is complex, blending admiration, competition, and manipulation. Stephanie looks up to Emily but also struggles&#8230; with insecurity, while Emily enjoys maintaining control over Stephanie. Using a qualitative method, this research identifies key factors contributing to their frenemy dynamic, including social comparison, insecurity, past betrayals, and cultural expectations. The findings reveal that their relationship is shaped by both emotional dependence and hidden rivalry, leading to an unstable and toxic bond. Finally, the study highlights how friendships can mask deeper conflicts, where trust and betrayal coexist.

Pemanfaatan Atap Bangunan Untuk Budidaya Kangkung Hidroponik Sebagai Solusi Keterbatasan Lahan Pertanian Di Perkotaan

Abstract: Budidaya hidroponik dengan metode Deep Flow Technique (DFT) merupakan salah satu pendekatan inovatif untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan pertanian di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan atap bangunan sebagai&#8230; bagai lokasi budidaya kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica) menggunakan sistem hidroponik DFT. Metode ini melibatkan penggunaan aliran nutrisi dalam lapisan air dangkal yang mendukung pertumbuhan akar tanaman secara optimal. Penelitian mencakup desain sistem DFT, pengukuran parameter pertumbuhan tanaman serta efisiensi penggunaan air. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem DFT pada atap bangunan mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan kangkung  yang optimal dengan hasil panen yang memadai. Selain itu, teknik ini lebih hemat air dibandingkan metode konvensional, sehingga mendukung prinsip pertanian berkelanjutan. Pemanfaatan atap bangunan dengan sistem hidroponik DFT dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di kawasan perkotaan.

Analisis Ithnab Dalam Surah Maryam Ayat 10 Pengakuan Nabi Zakaria AS Tentang Dirinya

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the use of ithnab (extension) in Surah Maryam verse 10. The method used is literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected from various sources, such as tafsir books, journal&#8230; articles, and related findings. Analysis is carried out by examining the meaning of ithnab, the context of the verse, and its implications in the interpretation of the verse. The research results show that the ithnab in this verse aims to emphasize the message, emphasize the meaning, and describe the greatness of Allah SWT. The use of ithnab in this verse also has stylistic and rhetorical dimensions that enrich the interpretation and provide a deep understanding of the verse. .
