age of the Poor Population, where Papua occupies the last rank. One of the causes found here is the processing of MSMEs that have not been optimal. MSME data collection services are still done manually with Microsoft Excel. This impacts making strategic policies for SMEs that are not optimal because their data are not updated. This study aims to develop a web-based MSME data collection application to facilitate the SME field admin and MSME actors for the data collection process. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method, where the development of this application is done sequentially. The final result of this study resulted in an easy application for collecting data on SMEs and updating data. In addition, it is also in the form of data collection reports for MSMEs and mapping of beneficiaries each year.

Abstrak: UMKM merupakan sektor yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah. Selama ini Provinsi Papua berusaha meningkatkan perekonomian, namun terkesan belum optimal, dapat dilihat dari Indeks pembangunan Manusia serta Persentasi penduduk Miskin, dimana Papua menempati Posisi terakhir di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab yang di temukan disini adalah pengolahan UMKM yang belum optimal. Pelayanan pendataan UMKM masih dilakukan secara manual dengan Microsoft Excel. Hal tersebut berdampak dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis UMKM yang tidak optimal, karena data yang dimiliki tidak up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan tunk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan UMKM berbasis web untuk mempermudah admin bidang UKM maupun pelaku UMKM untuk proses pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall, dimana pengembangan aplikasi ini lakukan secara berurutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah untuk untuk pendataan UMKM serta updating data. Selain itu juga berupa laporan pendataan UMKM dan juga pemetaan penerima bantuan setiap tahunnya.

h method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.

ion. Utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, data was collected from MSMEs to evaluate the relationships among technology adoption, market innovation, and business performance. The findings reveal that technology adoption has a significant positive effect on MSME performance, contributing to operational efficiency and improved customer engagement. However, contrary to expectations, market innovation does not significantly moderate this relationship. This suggests that the immediate benefits of technology adoption are sufficient to drive performance improvements without the need for market innovation to enhance these effects. The research highlights the importance for MSMEs to prioritize technology adoption as a strategy for resilience and growth in the wake of the pandemic, while market innovation can be pursued as a complementary initiative for long-term competitiveness. Based on the results of the F test, the F count value was 14.405 which was greater than the F table of 3.285, with a significance of 0.000 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means that job satisfaction and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee morale. From the results of the t test, it is known that the t count value for job satisfaction is 3.181, greater than the t table of 1.692, with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, which indicates a significant effect on work morale. Meanwhile, the work climate variable also showed a significant influence, with a calculated t value of 4.363 > t table 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.441 indicates that 44.1% of the variation in work morale can be explained by the job satisfaction and work climate variables. The remaining 55.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

The design of an IoT-based batch mixer is expected to help TA Rezeki SMEs to automate the base soap stirring process so that it is more efficient and consistent. With the implementation of IoT, it is expected to reduce operational costs, increase production capacity, and produce soap products with better and uniform quality. Based on the satisfaction survey conducted, the results showed that the digitalization of soap stirring tools carried out in this activity provided benefits to SMEs by providing convenience with equipment automation and more consistent stirring so that the resulting products are also of better quality.
