This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with case study and literature study methods. The study results show that the implementation of digitalization in the CU Sehati Cooperative is in the innovation stage, with cooperative members as adopters who support the organization's sustainability. The study identifies the key factors influencing technology adoption. It also recommends training cooperative members and strengthening digital infrastructure to accelerate technology adoption so that cooperatives can increasingly contribute to the community's economy.

This study aims to identify gaps in human resource readiness, technological utilization, and environmental awareness and to propose economic development strategies for the industry 5.0 era that address these challenges. The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing various academic papers, reports, and secondary data from scientific journals, government reports, and industry-related articles. The findings show that technology serves as a primary driver of innovation, but human-technology collaboration is crucial for creating sustainable value. wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

The service was conducted in Bukit Permata Sumbari II Housing located in Pekanbaru. The partners are housewives who live in the housing with a total of 15 people. Activity methods include awareness raising, counseling, demonstration and evaluation. The knowledge and understanding of housewives in Bukit Permata Sumbari II Housing towards processing household waste into compost increased by 23.70%. Participants had basic knowledge about the utilization of household waste into compost by 69.63%, while after counseling it increased to 93.33%. Housewives have the skills and are able to make compost, although the results are not optimal because the organic waste is still large, so the composting process takes a long time.

The Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program requires a quality assurance system capable of supporting the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality assurance system in SMKs within the MPLB program, examine efforts to strengthen twenty-first-century skills, and identify challenges encountered in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in four public vocational high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the quality assurance system is implemented through the evaluation of educational report cards, program monitoring, curriculum alignment with business and industrial partners (DUDIKA), and the strengthening of a school quality culture. The development of twenty-first-century skills is promoted through active and industry-based learning approaches, including Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, and student-centered learning. However, implementation continues to face challenges, including suboptimal coordination, limited teacher competencies, inadequate technological facilities, and insufficient industrial and financial support. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the quality assurance system with the development of twenty-first-century skills specifically within the MPLB program, positioning educational quality not merely toward compliance with standards but also toward the formation of adaptive and work-ready graduates.

The background of the study indicates persistent issues in teacher performance, including suboptimal lesson planning, less innovative teaching methods, and limited integration of educational technology. The research problem is formulated as how principals manage academic supervision to enhance teacher performance through planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up processes. This study employs a qualitative case study approach involving eleven public elementary schools. The findings reveal that academic supervision is conducted systematically, collaboratively, and continuously through classroom observations, reflective discussions, workshops, and On-the-Job Training supported by the Academic Learning System. The results indicate a 15 percent improvement in teacher performance, increasing from 75 to 95, as well as an 80 percent improvement in school learning achievement. The study concludes that integrated, collaborative, and technology-based academic supervision management significantly enhances teacher professionalism. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a digital-collaborative supervision model that integrates teacher participation, continuous professional development, and real-time digital monitoring systems to ensure more effective, efficient, and measurable teacher performance management. Supporting factors include principal commitment, teacher openness, collaborative school culture, and technological support. In contrast, the main obstacles include time constraints, administrative workload, and variations in teacher competence. The findings imply that academic supervision should be managed as adaptive, participatory, and sustainable professional development oriented toward continuous improvement of learning quality in Indonesian elementary schools, serving as a reference for developing a more effective, systematic, and sustainable digital-collaborative supervision model.

principals play a strategic role in developing an adaptive, collaborative, and character-oriented organizational culture that supports students’ holistic development. This study focuses on publication trends, thematic cluster structures, and the tendencies of leadership style implementation in strengthening Islamic school culture based on bibliometric analysis. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis of 397 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2019-2025. Data collection was conducted using Publish or Perish, while data visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer through keyword co-occurrence techniques. The findings reveal that school culture and distributed leadership emerged as the most dominant themes and occupied central positions within the bibliometric network. The shift in research paradigms indicates a transition from structural approaches toward participatory, collaborative, and contextual approaches in modern educational leadership. Another finding demonstrates that the concepts of Islamic school and Islamic leadership have not yet appeared prominently in international research networks, thereby indicating a significant research gap regarding the integration of Islamic values into school culture and educational leadership practices. This study concludes that the strengthening of school culture is influenced not only by the administrative capabilities of school principals, but also by their ability to foster collaboration, social relations, innovation, and the continuous internalization of moral values. The novelty of this research lies in the use of bibliometric analysis to systematically map the relationship between leadership styles and Islamic school culture, while also offering a perspective on integrating the values of amanah, shura, and exemplary conduct into modern collaborative leadership models.
