management, often leading to stock surpluses or shortages. These issues can impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. To address this problem, this study the implementation of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) as a solution to optimize supply chain management. E-SCM enables the integration of technology-based systems for real-time stock monitoring, procurement, and distribution. Using a case study method and a qualitative approach, this research evaluates the effectiveness of E-SCM in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing excess stock, and accelerating the distribution process at Gasti Jaya Store. The findings indicate that E-SCM implementation improves data transparency, speeds up decision-making, and enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, the system helps reduce operational costs by optimizing inventory management and minimizing the risk of stock imbalances. In conclusion, the adoption of E-SCM can serve as an effective strategy for mid-sized retail businesses to improve their competitiveness and supply chain efficiency.

Abstrak: Dalam industri ritel, manajemen rantai pasok yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Toko Gasti Jaya sebagai salah satu toko sepatu yang berkembang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola persediaan secara optimal, yang sering kali menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Permasalahan ini dapat berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) sebagai solusi dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok. E-SCM memungkinkan integrasi sistem berbasis teknologi dalam proses pemantauan stok, pengadaan barang, hingga distribusi secara real-time. Dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas E-SCM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kelebihan stok, serta mempercepat proses distribusi di Toko Gasti Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-SCM mampu meningkatkan transparansi data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, sistem ini membantu mengurangi biaya operasional dengan mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan dan meminimalkan risiko ketidakseimbangan stok. Kesimpulannya, penerapan E-SCM dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif bagi bisnis ritel skala menengah untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi rantai pasok mereka.

ns and reviews play a crucial role in enhancing service quality. Sentiment analysis was conducted using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to assess user perceptions and satisfaction based on reviews obtained from the Google Play Store platform. The analysis process included data collection, text preprocessing, data transformation using TF-IDF, and training an SVM model to predict sentiment. The model achieved its highest accuracy of 88.32% in the first scenario. However, accuracy slightly decreased in the second and third scenarios, reaching 86.25% and 86.94%, respectively. The analysis results indicated that the model performed best in the first scenario, with the lowest number of prediction errors. Additionally, the model was more accurate in classifying negative and positive sentiments than neutral ones.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Halodoc, sebagai platform layanan kesehatan digital, telah banyak digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan medis seperti konsultasi dokter, pembelian obat, dan layanan laboratorium. Interaksi pengguna dan ulasan mereka memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan ulasan yang diperoleh dari Platform Google Play Store. Proses analisis mencakup pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan teks, transformasi data menggunakan TF-IDF, dan pelatihan model SVM untuk memprediksi sentimen. Hasil pelatihan model dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 88,32% pada skenario pertama. Akurasi sedikit menurun pada skenario kedua dan ketiga, masing-masing sebesar 86,25% dan 86,94%, Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki performa terbaik pada skenario pertama dengan jumlah kesalahan prediksi terkecil. This study aims to improve students' pronunciation fluency and develop a learning medium based on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology. The method employed involves the development of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) integrated with ASR technology from the app.lumi.education platform, supported by manual labeling for pronunciation validation. The research was conducted at LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Tanjungbalai City. The results demonstrate that ASR-based media significantly enhances students' pronunciation accuracy and confidence. Thus, the integration of ASR technology into PWA effectively supports innovative and efficient pronunciation learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pengucapan siswa dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang terintegrasi dengan ASR dari aplikasi app.lumi.education, didukung oleh pelabelan manual untuk validasi pengucapan. Penelitian dilakukan di LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis ASR secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengucapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. effectiveness of four machine learning algorithms—Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN)—in predicting heart disease, with a focus on enhancing model performance using Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) for feature reduction. Among the models, SVM achieved the highest accuracy at 84.24%, followed by Logistic Regression at 83.70%. Although Random Forest and KNN showed lower accuracies, all models benefited from LDA's dimensionality reduction. This study suggests that SVM, combined with LDA, offers an optimal solution for early and accurate heart disease prediction in the healthcare industry.

Abstrak: Penyakit jantung merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, sehingga deteksi dini dan diagnosis yang akurat sangat penting untuk menurunkan angka kematian dan meningkatkan hasil pengobatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas empat algoritma pembelajaran mesin—Regresi Logistik, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN)—dalam memprediksi penyakit jantung, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kinerja model menggunakan Analisis Diskriminan Linear (LDA) untuk reduksi fitur. Di antara model yang diuji, SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 84,24%, diikuti oleh Regresi Logistik dengan 83,70%. Meskipun Random Forest dan KNN menunjukkan akurasi yang lebih rendah, semua model memperoleh manfaat dari reduksi dimensi yang diberikan oleh LDA. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa SVM yang dikombinasikan dengan LDA merupakan solusi optimal untuk prediksi penyakit jantung secara dini dan akurat dalam industri kesehatan.

This research aims to enhance the performance of AI assistants in automated labeling processes by employing the Feature Selection algorithm, specifically Forward Selection. The methodology involves utilizing the Naïve Bayes and K-NN algorithms, and subsequently improving accuracy through the Feature Selection algorithm. The evaluation is conducted using K-Fold Cross Validation. Research findings indicate an improvement in the accuracy of the best model, which is ChatGPT, when using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and Shuffled Sampling technique. The initial accuracy of 79.09% increased to 87.18% after Feature Selection was applied. This demonstrates the effectiveness of Feature Selection, particularly Forward Selection, in enhancing the accuracy performance of the model.

Abstrak: Pekembangan Asisten AI seperti Gemini dan Chat GPT dapat membantu pekerjaan manusia sehari-hari. Dalam bidang Analisis Sentimen, Asisten AI dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pelabelan otomatis untuk memberikan sentimen positif, negatif atau netral dalam suatu dataset. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa yang dihasilkan oleh Asisten AI dalam proses pelabelan otomatis menggunakan Algortima Feature Selection yaitu Forward Selection. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan K-NN kemudian hasil akurasi akan ditingkatkan menggunkan Algoritma Feature Selection. Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah K-Fold Cross Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi model terbaik berada pada Chat GPT dengan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Teknik Shuffled Sampling, dari nilai akurasi awal sebesar 79.09%, setelah ditingkatkan menggunakan Feature Selection, maka nilai akurasinya meningkat menjadi 87.18%. Hal ini membuktikan peran Feature Selection, dimana yang digunakan adalah Forward Selection dalam meningkatkan akurasi ternyata memang efektif dalam meningkatkan performa akurasi model.

The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.

Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. In addition, the application of Agile methods in the application development process can provide the flexibility and adaptability needed to deal with frequent changes in requirements. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Therefore, the use of AngularJS with an Agile approach should be carefully considered by organizations wishing to develop successful web-based acceptance system applications.

Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. design involving 82 participants, organized into two equally sized groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted through speaking assessments administered prior to and following the treatment. The findings showed that students who received the treatment achieved better improvement in speaking skills than those in the control group. The average score achieved by the experimental group increased from 63.90 to 83.12, whereas the control group’s mean score rose from 66.15 to 74.34. The hypothesis test results revealed a significance value below 0.05 (p < 0.001), providing evidence of a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results point to the fact that the Wordwall application was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skills.. Consequently, Wordwall can be considered an effective technology-based learning tool for promoting speaking skill development in English language learning.

This study addresses the problem of how legal frameworks provide protection for teachers and whether existing regulations adequately ensure their rights and security. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for teachers under the Criminal Code, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Ministerial Regulations concerning teacher protection. The study employs a normative juridical method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, relying on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed through qualitative interpretation and juridical argumentation. The results indicate that although legal instruments exist, their implementation remains weak due to the absence of technical regulations, limited institutional coordination, and insufficient support systems for teachers at the school level. The study concludes that derivative regulations and integrated mechanisms are essential for ensuring effective protection. It recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, establishing school-level protection units, and enhancing teachers’ legal literacy.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for investor protection against stock fraud, analyse its practical implementation, and recommend measures to strengthen both preventive and repressive mechanisms. Employing a normative legal research design with a qualitative approach, the study integrates statute, conceptual, and case approaches, focusing on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, OJK regulations, the Criminal Code, and notable cases such as PT Hanson International Tbk. The findings reveal that while the legal framework normatively aligns with the Legal Protection Theory, Justice Theory, and Legal Effectiveness Theory, substantial gaps remain between regulation and enforcement. Weak supervisory coordination, delayed intervention, lengthy judicial processes, and low investor legal literacy reduce effectiveness. Recommended reforms include adopting regtech and suptech, enhancing cross-agency data integration, implementing AI-based surveillance, establishing a specialised capital market court, and strengthening investor education. The study concludes that combining regulatory improvements, adaptive enforcement, and public legal empowerment is essential to safeguard investors, maintain market integrity, and promote sustainable economic growth.
