Penelitian ini merumuskan model social entrepreneurshipyang berlandaskan pada empat elemen utama, yaitu: social value, civil society, innovation, dan economic activity. Model ini menekankan pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat lokal, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor sebagai kunci sukses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model social entrepreneurship dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menekan angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja berbasis sosial. Selain itu, keterlibatan generasi muda sebagai pelaku kewirausahaan sosial dinilai mampu menjadi motor penggerak perubahan sosial yang inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan kajian social entrepreneurship di Indonesia serta menawarkan kerangka praktis untuk implementasi model pada wilayah-wilayah tertinggal.

The study highlights critical stages of leadership, including problem identification and diagnosis, the design of contextually relevant solution strategies, the implementation of adaptive actions, and reflection-based evaluation to ensure continuous improvement. The synthesis of the literature reveals that successful problem-solving is significantly influenced by leaders’ ability to integrate transformational, instructional, and adaptive leadership styles that foster collective participation, professional collaboration, and the establishment of a progressive learning culture. Effective leadership is characterized by reflective capacity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create a supportive work climate for innovation and change. Conversely, recurring challenges include limited resources, resistance to transformation, misaligned external policies, and administrative burdens that constrain managerial flexibility. Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. The use of IT in education enables the creation of more interactive, dynamic, and easily accessible learning experiences for people from various backgrounds. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the important role of Information Technology education in improving the quality of education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. On the other hand, the use of IT can enhance the quality of learning through various innovations such as e-learning, simulations, and interactive learning tools that support a deeper and more enjoyable understanding of the material. Therefore, IT has become one of the key elements in advancing the world of education towards a more advanced and inclusive digital era.

With social problems becoming more numerous and complicated, this research will relate them to existing social realities and will be linked to the values that exist in Javanese suluk. In this research, we will discuss the moral values of Suluk which are adopted from a literary sociology approach to analyze the moral values contained in Javanese Suluk poetry, especially in two poems entitled “Serate Siswa”, “Introspection” and “Ojo Dumeh” . The focus of this research is on religious, social moral values and human interaction with God as reflected in these literary works. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques to describe and explore information related to the moral values in the two poems. The results of research on the three titles of Syair Suluk Jawa show that the poem “Serate Disciple” emphasizes the importance of manners, simplicity, and respect for others, by describing the relationship between students and teachers as a reflection of the relationship between humans and God. On the other hand, the poems, “Introspection” and “Ojo Dumeh” highlight the wisdom in looking at age and death, reminding people to continue to worship selflessly, and live life humbly. In conclusion, Suluk Javanese poetry, through sociological analysis of literature, is able to convey a deep moral message regarding human relationships with God and others. This research contributes to the understanding of the moral values contained in Javanese literary works, as well as maintaining and introducing the uniqueness of Javanese culture to society.

Analisis data mengungkapkan perubahan positif dalam sikap, nilai, dan perilaku partisipan. Temuan ini didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif yang mencakup pengkodean tematik dan analisis naratif. Partisipan menilai positif pendekatan ini karena memberikan ruang bagi refleksi pribadi, pembangunan nilai moral, dan pengalaman spiritual yang mendalam. Kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis untuk pengembangan pendekatan pendidikan yang dapat membentuk karakter positif pada generasi muda, menghadirkan relevansi ajaran keagamaan dalam konteks modern, dan mendorong penerapan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam tindakan nyata.

ting patterns of communal interaction have posed challenges to the continuity and interpretation of this ritual, thereby necessitating scholarly inquiry capable of comprehensively elucidating its significance. This study addresses the question of how the symbolic meanings, social functions, and moral values embedded in the Naketi Rite shape mechanisms of reconciliation and social integration in Oemofa society. A cultural anthropology approach was employed to interpret the ritual practice through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that Naketi serves as an institutionalized medium for acknowledging wrongdoing, restoring fractured relationships, and reinforcing collective solidarity through mutually recognized symbolic mechanisms. The ritual cultivates values of honesty, responsibility, self-awareness, and commitment to social cohesion, which contribute to the prevention of prolonged conflict. The study concludes that Naketi is not merely a ceremonial expression but an effective cultural institution that mediates social tensions and reproduces the community’s moral order. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative analysis of the symbolic dimension and social function of the Naketi Rite as a locally grounded reconciliation model, offering relevance for contemporary cultural anthropology and discourse on tradition-based conflict resolution.

Employing a qualitative approach and contextual case study, the research focuses on the relationship between church governance structures and Papuan communal culture, which emphasizes deliberation, egalitarianism, and communal living. The findings indicate that, in principle, the Presbyterian-Synodal system possesses the potential to accommodate the collective character of Papuan society and to support congregational participation in ecclesiastical decision-making processes. However, implementation at the local level faces several challenges, including inconsistent understanding of ecclesiastical roles and responsibilities, limited human resource capacity, and misalignment between synodal policies and the contextual needs of congregations. These issues reveal a gap between the theological-structural design of the system and the pastoral realities on the ground. Therefore, this study recommends institutional renewal based on local contexts, the development of transformative church leadership models, and the strengthening of ecclesiological education rooted in Papuan cultural and social dynamics. Theoretically and practically, this research contributes to the development of contextual ecclesiology and church management in multicultural settings, emphasizing the importance of synthesizing Reformed theology with local values. As such, this study not only offers a constructive critique of current church governance practices but also opens space for reflection and innovation, enabling the church to become more relevant, just, and empowering in addressing contemporary challenges and contextual realities.
