Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

ment the Naive Bayes algorithm to support a more objective BLT recipient selection process. The method used is CRISP-DM, starting from understanding the problem, data preparation, to model implementation. The data analyzed included type of residence, KPS recipients, parents' income, KIP recipients, number of siblings, distance from home and reasons for eligibility for BLT used were data from students of SD Swasta IT ABI Husni in the odd semester of 2024/2025, with a total of 137 data. The results of the study showed that the Naive Bayes algorithm was able to achieve an accuracy level of 98% with precision and recall of up to 100%, proving the effectiveness of the model in minimizing classification errors. In conclusion, the use of the Naive Bayes algorithm can help make decisions that are more targeted, transparent, and fair in the distribution of BLT.

BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS. Despite their establishment, challenges persist in ensuring that services provided align with the stipulated standards. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Key informants included the head of the department, service-providing staff, and representatives of community service users. The findings indicate that MSS implementation at Merauke Disdukcapil has generally been underway, though its effectiveness varies across service types. Some MSS indicators, such as service waiting times and cost certainty, have been well-met. However, challenges are still present in aspects like the availability of adequate human resources, sub-optimal socialization of MSS to the community, and the need for improved supporting infrastructure. Limited access to information and public understanding of service rights also act as inhibiting factors. Thus, the effectiveness of MSS at Merauke Disdukcapil can be enhanced through strengthening human resource capacity, improving facilities and infrastructure, and intensifying socialization efforts. This study recommends the necessity of regular evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure excellent civil administration services for all communities in Merauke.

Innovation in various aspects of the value chain, such as productivity improvement through agricultural technology, processing efficiency, and product diversification based on palm oil, is a key factor in enhancing the industry's competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of innovation in the palm oil industry value chain in Merauke Regency by identifying the types of innovations applied and the factors that support or hinder their adoption. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that upstream sector innovations, such as the use of superior seedlings and digital plantation management, have improved productivity and efficiency. Meanwhile, downstream innovations in palm oil processing and value-added product diversification still face challenges, particularly in infrastructure and regulatory aspects. The study's implications suggest that optimizing innovation in the palm oil value chain requires more adaptive policies, increased investment in research and development, and capacity building for human resources. Thus, innovation can serve as a driving force in creating a more competitive, sustainable palm oil industry that contributes to local economic development in Merauke Regency.

The results of the research show that internal control at the Regional Revenue Agency of Merauke Regency in the procedures for receiving Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax is implemented well because there are several components that are optimal, namely in the control environment where the registration, data collection and functional human resources are there so that there are multiple tasks. , risk assessment where the Merauke Regency Bapenda is still carrying out passive data collection due to a lack of functional assessors, and a lack of monitoring of PBB P2 collection which has not fully carried out direct monitoring of taxpayers so that there are still many taxpayers who have not carried out their obligations in paying PBB P2. In other cases, officers have not implemented the SOP in implementing the PBB P2 collection system. It cannot be denied that this is very important for tax officers and taxpayers to follow in order to ensure that the PBB collection process runs smoothly and transparently in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

The method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection in the form of observation interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used is Jim Ife’s Role theory with 4 indicators, namely facilitative role, educational role, representative role, and techinal role. In this study, there were 12 informants. The results of study show that the role of Puskesmas Kuprik in declining stunting in the Semangga district has been carried out by running program such as providing additional food, holding classes for pregnant women and toddlers classes, conducting counseling on environmental health, collaborating with other institusions and using applications in recording and reporting nutrition results in the Semangga district area, the role carried out by Puskesmas Kuprik has not been optimized enough because there are still obstacles that occur in several indicators when measured using 4 indicators according to Jim Ife.

The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis consisting of three flows, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking is done by triangulation. Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.
