al healthcare services received in a hospital setting. Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

litative, with textual analysis of mawaris verses in the Qur'an, Hadith, and the study of the theory of maqaṣid shari'ah. Case studies in several Muslim countries were also conducted to assess the implementation of modified mawaris laws within the national legal framework. The results of the study show that mawaris law, although textual in the Qur'an, provides space for reinterpretation through the maqaṣid shari'ah approach. This approach emphasizes aspects of justice, benefit, and equality that are in line with Islamic values. The study also found that the reconstruction of mawaris law can support the strengthening of women's position in the family and society without eliminating the principle of justice that is the core of sharia. This study concludes that mawaris law can be adapted to the modern context through reinterpretation based on maqaṣid shari'ah. Thus, this reconstruction not only answers the challenges of the modern era but also maintains the relevance of Islamic law as a universal guideline.

Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemberian air rebusan daun sirih merah dan salep VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) terhadap penyembuhan luka Diabetes Mellitus. Metode : pada karya tulis ini menggunakan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil : hasil studi kasus didapatkan hasil setelah diberikan air rebusan daun sirih merah dan salep VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) pada pasien luka Diabetes Mellitus selama 8 kali pertemuan dalam jangka waktu 15 hari (2 hari sekali). Mengalami perubahan menunjukan keefektifan perawatan luka yang awalnya Jumlah skor 46 menjadi 34, dibuktikan dengan data penunjang skor Bates Jansen Wound Assessment Tool berada dijumlah skor 34. Kesimpulan : menunjukan bahwa pemberian air rebusan daun sirih merah dan salep VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) efektif untuk membantu proses penyembuhan luka.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

s business faces the challenge of unpredictable monthly fluctuations in consumer demand, which often lead to supply imbalances, overproduction, or lost profit opportunities due to stockouts. This study aims to implement and analyze the accuracy of the Single Moving Average (SMA) quantitative forecasting method in predicting Sate Padang Hapis sales volumes for June 2026. Model performance was evaluated by assessing mathematical accuracy across two time-interval variations: 3-month and 5-month moving averages. Projection error rates were rigorously measured using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) parameters. The analysis reveals that the Single Moving Average model with a 5-month interval yields projections closest to actual data, achieving the lowest error rates (MAD: 28.00; MSE: 1,304.00; MAPE: 2.28%). Implementing this forecasting model provides management with an objective basis for decision-making, enabling the effective and efficient optimization of raw material logistics and supply management.
