with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 40 hypertensive patients selected using accidental sampling. Stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), while sugar and sodium intake were assessed using three non-consecutive 24-hour food recalls. Blood pressure was measured using a tensimeter. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, with Fisher's Exact Test applied to examine the relationships between stress level and sugar intake and between stress level and sodium intake at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that 72.5% of respondents had moderate stress, 82.5% had adequate sugar intake, and 65.0% had excessive sodium intake. Fisher's Exact Test showed a significant relationship between stress level and sugar intake (p = 0.026), whereas no significant relationship was found between stress level and sodium intake (p = 0.759). These findings indicate that stress level was associated with sugar intake, but not with sodium intake, among hypertensive patients at Bontomarannu Health Center.

Daya II in East Jakarta. As PLWHA often face stigma, rejection, and psychological distress, self-esteem becomes a crucial component for mental resilience and social reintegration. This quasi-experimental research employed a pre-test and post-test control group design, involving five selected participants diagnosed with HIV/AIDS aged 18 and above. The intervention consisted of ten group counseling sessions focusing on helping participants identify their goals, assess current behaviors, and plan realistic strategies for change. Self-esteem levels were measured using the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Pre-test results indicated low levels of self-esteem, with an average score of 31. Following the intervention, the post-test average rose to 48, signifying a 54% improvement and placing participants in the high self-esteem category. Qualitative observations during therapy sessions revealed significant behavioral transformations, including increased emotional regulation, social interaction, self-acceptance, responsibility, and future orientation. The findings demonstrate that Reality Therapy with WDEP is an effective, culturally adaptable approach to psychological rehabilitation in institutional settings. It not only enhances self-esteem but also empowers PLWHA to rebuild their sense of self-worth, establish supportive relationships, and envision a hopeful future. The study contributes to expanding evidence-based psychosocial interventions for marginalized populations in Indonesia.

The instruments used include the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) for measuring problematic social media use, the Attention-Seeking Scale for assessing attention-seeking behavior, and the UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3 for evaluating loneliness. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that attention-seeking behavior and loneliness have a significant impact on problematic social media use, with an R² of 0.661, indicating a 66.1% contribution. The data analysis showed that attention-seeking behavior (p-value < 0.001, t = 8.185) and loneliness (p-value < 0.001, t = 6.086) both significantly influence problematic social media use. In conclusion, both attention-seeking behavior and loneliness significantly contribute to problematic social media use among early adults in Jabodetabek.

cular Economy," "Waste Management," and "Waste Reduction." Data analysis shows that "Waste Recycling" consistently has the highest and most stable search volume, especially in regions such as South Sulawesi, North Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi, indicating successful local campaigns. In contrast, "Circular Economy" has significantly lower search volumes, even in metropolitan areas, suggesting that this concept is relatively new. Interest in "Waste Management" varies, with higher volumes in South East Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, and Central Sulawesi, highlighting the importance of waste management but also the need for better policy and infrastructure support. "Waste Reduction" has the lowest search volume, indicating the need for intensive educational efforts. Geographical analysis shows significant regional differences, with high-interest areas serving as education centers and low-interest areas needing targeted interventions. This study underscores the necessity for robust educational campaigns, supportive policies, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the adoption of circular economy practices. These insights inform policy development and the design of effective educational campaigns for environmental sustainability in Indonesia

Utilizing a qualitative methodology with a field study approach, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and content analysis from the Official Agak Laen social media, as well as secondary sources such as reports and relevant literature. The study's findings reveal: First, the "Social Media Marketing Model of the Film Agak Laen" demonstrates that the integration of daily vlogs into the marketing strategy allows for deeper and more personal interactions with the audience, enhancing engagement and supporting the viral spread of content. Second, "Critique of Marketing Communication for Daily Vlog Film 'Agak Laen'" discusses the challenges faced, including the risk of over-saturation and audience skepticism towards aggressively promoted content. The study identifies that although daily vlogs are an effective tool for increasing visibility and engagement, this approach requires high authenticity and strategic management to avoid potential negative effects such as content fatigue among the audience. The recommendations include enhancing content personalization, utilizing audience analytics for better targeting, and balancing between promotion and providing added value to viewers.
