South Lampung District, KKN is intervened through Entrepreneurship Training for Management and Members of Karang Taruna. The training will motivate Karang Taruna members to continue to innovate and adapt to market conditions, dare to try new products, maximize services and expand markets to face competition and create new, more creative markets. Karang Taruna as a youth organization has a strategic role in developing villages. Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.

Sesuai potensi Desa Bumi Asih Kecamatan Palas Lampung Selatan, KKN diintervensikan melalui Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi Pengurus dan Anggota Karang Taruna. Pelatihan akan memotivasi anggota Karang Taruna untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan penyesuaian dengan kondisi pasar, berani mencoba produk baru, memaksimalkan layanan dan memperluas pasar guna menghadapi persaingan serta menciptakan pasar baru yang lebih kreatif. Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi kepemudaan memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun Desa. Karang Taruna Desa Bumi Asih berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemuda melalui pelatihan Kewirausahaan guna membekali berbagai keterampilan dan pengetahuan guna memacu kreatifitas yang inovatif dan inspiratif. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) dengan tahapan; Discovery, Dreams, Design, dan Destiny. Dengan pola ABCD, karang taruna diarahkan agar mampu menemukenali serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan sosial yang terjadi, memahami, merumuskan dan mengimplementasikan teknik penyelesaiannya secara tepat. adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices. Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang.

The methods and techniques used in this service are training and mentoring at each madrasah targeted for service. The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results that can be seen in this service are the improvement of madrasah quality as seen from the quality achievement performance score which increased by an average of 11% between 2021 and 2022.

Through drone training, it is hoped that village communities can be more independent and actively participate in development planning, as well as opening up new opportunities in the field of technology that can improve their welfare and quality of life. Meanwhile, the method used in community service is in accordance with POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. From all the activities and evaluations that have been carried out, the results and conclusions obtained are that training and outreach on the use of drones through community service is considered effective and useful in developing community capabilities and increasing insight into the Pemali sub-district.

Abstrak: Kurangnya kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan teknologi pemetaan canggih seperti drone membuat Keterbatasan Masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Pemali ini menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi dan kontribusi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah desa. Padahal, partisipasi aktif masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap program pembangunan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi local untuk mencapai perencanaan pembangunan kawasan seperti yang tertera pada RPJMN 2020-2024. Untuk itu perlu peran penggunaan teknologi drone dapat memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan data spasial yang cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat desa dalam pemetaan dan pengelolaan wilayah. Melalui pelatihan drone, masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan pembangunan, serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Adapun, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini sendiri sesuai dengan POAC atau Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan serta sosialisasi penggunaan drone melalui pengabdian masayarakat ini diniai efektif dan bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dan menambah wawasan pada kecamatan pemali.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

The process of cultivating character must be adapted to the stages of student development and the times, so that integrating it into interactive teaching materials will be preferred by students, students can more easily understand the material and have skills that are balanced between science and technology and IMTAQ. To realize this, teachers are required to be able to integrate it into PBM such as teaching materials. However, the facts on the ground show that teachers in partner schools do not really understand the context of character building and apply it to teaching materials. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher knowledge and skills in designing and integrating character education in digital teaching materials. This service activity is carried out through lecture methods, outreach, training, and discussions involving approximately 17 elementary school teachers. The results of the activity show that in general the teacher already knows the concept of character education, examples of assistive applications in making teaching materials and teachers have been able to design and integrate character education into teaching materials in accordance with the subjects being taught which are then ready to be made into digital teaching materials

Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu upaya revolusi mental yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan karakter pada siswa. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menghasilkan generasi yang berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia, tidak terkecuali guru SD. Penanaman karakter sejak usia dini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pondasi dalam membangun bangsa. Proses penanaman karakter harus disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan siswa dan perkembangan zaman, sehingga mengintegrasikannya ke dalam bahan ajar interaktif akan lebih disukai siswa, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan yang seimbang antara IPTEK dan IMTAQ. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini guru dituntut mampu mengintergasikannya ke dalam PBM seperti bahan ajar. Namun, fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah mitra belum terlalu memahami konteks pendidikan karakter serta menerapkannya ke dalam bahan ajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam bahan ajar digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan diskusi dengan melibatkan lebih kurang 17 orang guru SD. Adapun hasil kegiatan menunjukkan secara garis besar guru sudah mengetahui konsep pendidikan karakter, contoh aplikasi bantu dalam membuat bahan ajar dan guru telah mampu mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam bahan ajar sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu yang kemudian siap untuk dibuat ke dalam bahan ajar digital.

Abstrak:UMKM merupakan usaha produktif yang dimiliki seseorang atau badan usaha yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro, usaha kecil dan usaha menengah. Yang menjadi dasar penentuan jenis usaha dilihat dari rata-rata pendapatan usaha tersebut dalam setahun serta berdasarkan kekayaan bersih usaha tersebut. Dalam menjalankan usaha keuangan merupakan hal terpenting bagi pengusaha, namun masih banyak UMKM belum memahami pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Kurang fahamnya dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan mengakibatkan permasalahan tidak terkontrolnya modal yang digunakan serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Sering kali keuangan pribadi bercampurbaur dengan keuangan usaha, tentu hal ini akan menjadi fatal apabila pengusaha tidak dapat mengetahui berapabesar dana yang sudah dikeluarkan dan yang digunakan serta berapa besar sebenarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha tersebut. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan Metode Pendidikan Masyarakat yaitu melakukan kegiatan persentase tentang bagaimana mengelola manajemen keuangan yang baik. Dari kegiatantersebut Mitra dapat memahami bagaiman mengelola keuangan usaha yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan terkhusus standar SAK EMKM (Standar Akuntasi Keuangan dan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah).
