This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a focus on observation and interviews . The main goal of digitalization is to overcome these challenges by utilizing technology that can increase the effectiveness of employee performance and optimize various business processes, so that companies can operate more efficiently and accurately. The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh efektifitas implementasi digitalisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana implementasi digitalisasi ini didapat melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh pihak management. The limitation of this study lies in creating a prototype school website that can support the teaching and learning process in schools through digital-based teaching media. The results of this development research are a prototype of a school website that is ready to be tested. The prototype of the school website developed is expected to be a valuable medium for schools, students, and parents to support a more effective and efficient learning process. Thus, this research is expected to open the door to a more inclusive and quality education for all children in Parepare.

Pembelajaran berbasis digital menjadi kendala terbesar yang dihadapi oleh sekolah mitra. Hal ini berdampak pada aksesibilitas materi pembelajaran dan informasi yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah prototipe website untuk sekolah dasar sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan aksesibilitas pendidikan di sekolah mitra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan design based research, yang terdiri dari dua semester. Semester pertama digunakan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe website sekolah, sementara semester kedua difokuskan pada analisis dan pengujian efektivitasnya. Batasan kajian ini terletak pada pengembangkan prototipe website sekolah yang dapat memberikan dukungan terhadap proses belajar mengajar di sekolah melalui media ajar berbasis digital. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini berupa prototipe website sekolah yang siap untuk diujicobakan. Prototipe website sekolah yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat menjadi media yang bermanfaat bagi sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuka pintu menuju pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan berkualitas bagi semua anak di Kota Parepare.

This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

It is hoped that the literacy movement that has been implemented in schools can help students improve their literacy skills. However, on the contrary, this movement has not been carried out optimally so that literacy skills are still low. Students' literacy skills are low because students' interest in reading is also low. Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.

The research involved students as test subjects who were assessed through an evaluation questionnaire on various aspects of the characteristics of independent learning. The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

ents' creativity levels before and after implementing the Fun Book as well as evaluating how to stimulate students' creativity in both subjects. The target of the training is selected students, namely SD Negeri No. 010246 Banjar. The students selected were 16 Grade 2 students. The problem seen at this school is that students are still passive in learning, students are not yet creative and have difficulty answering questions asked by the teacher during each lesson in class, there are even 50% of students who are sleepy when taking part in class lessons. The impact of this training was that 13 students were able to use Fun Book media. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the training by distributing questionnaires to measure the participant's level of understanding. The questionnaire contains questions related to the respondent's identity; general questions related to mathematics and language learning and specific questions related to Fun Book media. The calculation of the questionnaire used the Guttman scale. The evaluation results showed that 89.84% had increased knowledge seen from the calculation of the questionnaire per individual and per question asked and the participation and enthusiasm of students during activities using the Fun Book.

r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.
