Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Furthermore, the MEA Capability Results highlight discrepancies between the current scores and expected standards, indicating the necessity for comprehensive alignment with COBIT 5 guidelines to optimize website functionality and better meet user expectations.Top of Form

Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. rs do not necessarily have to meet sellers in person. Tokopedia is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms used in Indonesia. Security issues arose when in 2020 Tokopedia experienced a breach, with data from around 91 million accounts being compromised by hackers. Consequently, Tokopedia needed to establish a Data Protection and Privacy Office (DPPO) to protect and safeguard user data privacy.This research addresses how perceptions of security and privacy can influence users' trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study evaluates the relationship between perceptions of data security and privacy with trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Based on the calculations of the multiple linear regression model using previously collected respondent data, it was found that perceptions of data security do not directly affect trust in transactions. However, perceptions of privacy are considered to have a significant influence and can increase trust in transactions among students in Pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah sukses mencapai berbagai kebutuhan masayarakat salah satunya kegiatan jual beli, perkembangan ini membawa manusia untuk dapat melakukan jual beli secara online dimana tidak mengharuskan pembeli bertemu penjual secara langsung. Tokopedia menjadi salah satu platform e-commerce yang sangat popular digunkanan diindonesia. Masalah keamaan terjadi dimana pada tahun 2020 tokopedia mengalami peretasan dengan sekitar 91 juta akun berhasil diperoleh datanya oleh peretas, sehingga Tokopedia perlu membentuk data protection and privacy office (DPPO) guna melindungi dan menjaga privasi data pengguna Tokopedia.terkait hal tersebut penelitian ini mengangkat bagaimana persepsi keamanan dan privasi dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pengguna dalam bertransaksi ditokopedia. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, evaluasi dilakukan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara persepi keamanan data dan privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi ditokopedia. Berdasarkan perhitungan model regresi linear berganda menggunakan data responden yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya didapat persepsi keamanan data terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung. Namun pada persepsi privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi dinilai sangat berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan bertransaksi di kalangan mahasiswa di pekanbaru.

utrition Status Survey (SSGI), there are 4 nutritional problems for children in Indonesia, namely stunting, wasting, underweight and everweight. In this research, how to predict signs of symptoms of a decline in a child's nutritional status using a machine learning algorithm, a prediction model was designed using logistic regression in Python IDE to predict whether a child is indicated by a decline in nutrition or not. Dataset from Bengkayang Community Health Center data consisting of 657 pediatric patient data. The dataset is divided into 7 features (independent variables) and 1 predictor (dependent variable). Test results show perfect performance with precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy values of 100%. Then the visualization results on the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve to depict the TP (True Positive) value on the Y axis against the FP (false Positive) value on the become overfit. It is recommended that in preparing the training dataset, measure the training data and reduce the features, after carrying out feature selection to increase the accuracy of the model.

Abstract: Masalah Gizi anak menjadi perhatian penting bagi orangtua untuk memperhatikan tumbuh kembang, terutama kesehatan dan kejahteraan. Menurut hasil survei status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) Kemenkes memperlihatkan 4 permasalahan gizi anak di Indonesia yaitu stunting, wasting, underweight, dan everweight. Dalam penelitian ini, bagaimana memprediksi tanda gejala penurunan status gizi anak menggunakan algoritma machine learning dirancang model prediksi menggunakan logistic regression pada Python IDE dengan memprediksi anak terindikasi penurunan gizi atau tidak. Dataset dari data Puskesmas Bengkayang yang terdiri 657 data pasien anak. Dataset dibagi menjadi 7 feature (variabel independen) dan 1 predictor (variabel dependen). Hasil Pengujian memperlihatkan kinerja yang sempurna dengan nilai presisi, recall, F1-score, akurasi, sebesar 100%. Kemudian hasil Visualisasi pada kurva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) untuk menggambarkan nilai TP (True Positif) di sumbu Y terhadap nilai FP (false Positif) di sumbu X juga menunjukkan nilai yang sangat tinggi dan sudah mendekati angka 1 ini pertanda bahwa model ini menjadi overfit. Sebaiknya dalam persiapan training dataset diukur dengan data training dan mengurangi feature, setelah melakukan feature Selection untuk meningkatkan akurasi model.

The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. examine and describe how the use of healthy food suppliers contributes to improving public health by making healthy food accessible to obtain and deliver it quickly. The development of mobile applications with the aim of providing healthy food and ingredients for the community is the subject of this research. The aim of this app is to provide original responses to issues related to raising awareness of quality of life and the value of nutritious food in everyday life. The User Centered Design (UCD) method needs to be applied to categorize various user information needs and package them into a mobile application design model. The results of the application design showed that the interface design for the pioneer food and health food raw material application was successfully created using the implementation of the UCD method with a number of revisions that have been updated since the evaluation as one of the feature developments in the application. The food recording feature and personalized recommendations implemented in this mobile application provide users with awareness and guidance in adopting healthier eating patterns.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Pemasok Makanan Sehat yang memperkenalkan inovasi terobosan untuk meningkatkan akses publik ke dan pengiriman makanan sehat, telah muncul sebagai fenomena baru di sektor makanan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan pemasok makanan sehat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat dengan membuat makanan sehat dapat diakses untuk mendapatkan dan mengantarkannya dengan cepat. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile dengan tujuan menyediakan makanan dan bahan makanan sehat bagi masyarakat menjadi pokok bahasan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memberikan tanggapan orisinal terhadap masalah yang terkait dengan peningkatan kesadaran kualitas hidup dan nilai makanan bergizi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) perlu diterapkan untuk mengkategorikan berbagai kebutuhan informasi pengguna dan mengemasnya ke dalam model desain aplikasi mobile. Hasil perancangan aplikasi didapatkan bahwa desain antarmuka aplikasi pelopor makanan dan bahan baku makanan kesehatan berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan implementasi metode UCD dengan sejumlah revisi yang sudah diperbarui sejak evaluasi sebagai salah satu pengembangan fitur pada aplikasi. Fitur pencatatan makanan dan rekomendasi personal yang diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile ini memberikan pengguna kesadaran dan panduan dalam mengadopsi pola makan yang lebih sehat.

The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.

Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. legal basis for JC rights, the consistency of judicial decisions in granting those rights, and the necessity for legal reform. Using a normative juridical approach supported by document analysis and expert interviews, the study examines Law No. 31/2014, SEMA No. 4/2011, and recent judicial decisions, including the high-profile cases of Richard Eliezer and Abdul Khoir. Findings reveal that while legal provisions exist, the absence of detailed indicators, formal mechanisms for status determination, and binding multi-institutional coordination leads to implementation gaps. Judicial discretion remains unchecked, resulting in unequal treatment of justice collaborators with similar contributions. The study concludes that a lex specialis law is urgently needed to standardize definitions, evaluation mechanisms, and inter-agency protection schemes. Recommendations include harmonization of technical norms, incorporation of JC recognition in verdicts, and alignment with UNCAC and UNTOC standards. This would strengthen legal certainty, uphold the principle of nulla poena sine lege, and enhance the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in addressing serious crimes through systemic cooperation.

ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research. Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and SDGs provide the potential for sustainable development and is in line with the goals of sharia, namely maqashid sharia for the benefit of the ummah, this encourages sustainable development (SDGs) through Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic finance.
