APLIKASI PENJUALAN ONLINE KERAJINAN LOKAL KHAS MASYARAKAT NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract: Abstract: East Nusa Tenggara, especially Oemasi village has rich natural potential so that the people of Oemasi village can produce various kinds of high-quality local crafts and have high selling points. The craft that… is produced is usually in the form of woven cloth, scarf, ukulele, and others. The problem experienced by the Oemasi village community in selling crafts is the limited promotional media with conventional methods and the method of selling local crafts via social media also has shortcomings that are stock items that still have to be updated manually and sales history that is still recorded manually. This research aims to engineer the application of local craft sales in East Nusa Tenggara based on android which can be used as an alternative to assist the people of Oemasi village in selling local crafts in East Nusa Tenggara so that sales problems with conventional methods or through social media can be resolved. Permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam menjual kerajinan adalah terbatasnya media promosi dengan metode konvensional dan metode penjualan kerajinan lokal via media sosial juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu stok barang yang masih harus diupdate secara manual dan history penjualan yang masih dicatat secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa aplikasi penjualan kerajinan masyarakat NTT berbasis android yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk membantu masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam melakukan penjualan kerajinan lokal masyarakat NTT sehingga permasalahan penjualan dengan metode konvensional atau melalui media sosial dapat diatasi. SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTORY P.O.S (POINT OF SALES) BERBASIS WEB PADA COUNTER CELLULAR

Abstract: Abstract: Data from the National Socio-Economic Survey of the National Central Bureau of Statistic (Susenas, BPS) 2016 shows that the average amount of national top up the balance spending per month in 2016 reaches Rp 22,182… ,182 per capita. It is becoming a business opportunity for top up the balance of retail entrepreneurs. However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.           Keywords: Point of Sales, Retail, UML     Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.   Kata kunci: Point of Sales, Retail, UML

SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMAAN PEGAWAI DI STMIK ROYAL METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

In the selection usually the campus will provide several series of tests to determine the ability and personal of the prospective employee. Data test results will… be stored in an archive or computer in the form of tables that create data and value of each test participant. Based on the current employee recruitment system HR has difficulty in selecting and evaluating the competent employees. To overcome this made a decision support system of new employee acceptance especially part of laboratory assistant. For determine employees who will be accepted, then built a computerized decision-making system that is able to facilitate the process of receiving new employees. the determination and identification of labor by using SAW method (Simple additive weighting) is a method that can find a best alternative from various alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK ROYAL.   Keywords: assessment criteria, SAW method, decision support system.   Abstrak: Penerimaan Karyawan baru pada kampus STMIK ROYAL. Dalam penyeleksian biasanya pihak kampus akan memberikan beberapa rangkaian tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan serta pribadi dari calon pegawai tersebut. Data hasil tes tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam suatu arsip ataupun komputer yang berupa tabel yang membuat data dan nilai masing-masing peserta tes. Berdasarkan system penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK ROYAL.   Kata Kunci     : kriteria penilaian, metode SAW, sistem pendukung keputusan.

PENENTUAN PRIORITAS KPI UNTUK PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT PEMELIHARAAN PLTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCY PROCESS (AHP)

Abstract: Abstract : Currently hydropower is a power plant that has a high potential to be developed in Indonesia because it has an adequate water source. Evaluation of plant maintenance performance becomes one important factor because… cause it is one of the company's strategy to achieve its goals. For that we need a method to determine the priority of KPI where the company prioritized that can provide a balanced point of view of the overall system performance one of them is by implementing Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Based on the AHP method of 16 KPIs consisting of 6 KPIs for Corporate Level, 6 KPIs for Strategic Level and 4 KPIs for Functional Level. From the results of the assessment of respondents involved KPI is the most prioritized PLTA LubukGadang Power Plant, South Solok Regency is known that the most priority factor companies at corporate level that is the number of kWh produced with a weight of 0.420. For strategic level that is capacity factor with weight 0,478 while for functional level that is rework maintenance with weight equal to 0,540. KeyWord :Decision Support System, KPI, AHP,CompanyStrategy, Weighting Abstrak :Saat ini PLTA merupakan pembangkit listrik yang memiliki potensi yang tinggi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia karena memiliki sumber air yang memadai.Evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan pembangkit menjadi salah satu faktor yang penting karena merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya.Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode untuk menentukan prioritas KPI mana yang diprioritaskan perusahaan yang dapat memberikan sudut pandang yang seimbang terhadap keseluruhan system kinerja salah satu diantaranya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan metode AHP dari 16 KPI yang terdiri dari 6 KPI untuk Corporate Level, 6 KPI untuk Strategic Level dan 4 KPI untuk Functional Level. Dari hasil penilaian responden yang terlibat didapatkan KPI  yang paling diprioritaskan PLTA Unit Pembangkit Listrik Lubuk Gadang, Kabupaten Solok Selatan  diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling diprioritaskan perusahaan pada corporate level yaitu banyaknya kWh yang diproduksi dengan bobot 0,420. Untuk strategic level yaitu capacity factor dengan bobot 0,478 sedangkan untuk functional level yaitu maintenance rework dengan bobot sebesar 0,540. The Effect of Using Wordwall Application on 11th Graders' Speaking Skill at SMAN 1 Ciruas

Abstract: This research was undertaken to analyze the influence of the Wordwall application on the speaking skills of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Ciruas. Consequently, Wordwalluantitative methodology and a quasi-experimental&#8230; design involving 82 participants, organized into two equally sized groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted through speaking assessments administered prior to and following the treatment. The findings showed that students who received the treatment achieved better improvement in speaking skills than those in the control group. The average score achieved by the experimental group increased from 63.90 to 83.12, whereas the control group’s mean score rose from 66.15 to 74.34. The hypothesis test results revealed a significance value below 0.05 (p < 0.001), providing evidence of a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results point to the fact that the Wordwall application was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skills.. Consequently, Wordwall can be considered an effective technology-based learning tool for promoting speaking skill development in English language learning.

Implementation of Brain-Based Learning to Reduce Mathematics Anxiety in the Teaching of Fractions at Primary School

Abstract: This research examines the application of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model to reduce math anxiety in teaching fractions at the elementary school level. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest–posttest&#8230; t quasi-experimental control group design involving two fifth-grade classes: one experimental class that received fraction instruction through BBL and one control class that was taught using conventional methods, with 40 students in each group. Mathematics anxiety related to fractions was measured using a modified mathematics anxiety scale for elementary school students, while fraction achievement was evaluated through a valid written test. The results showed that both groups had relatively equivalent initial abilities, supported by normal and homogeneous pretest data and no significant differences in pretest scores. After the intervention, the experimental class showed consistently lower levels of anxiety related to fractions in all dimensions (tests/assessments, classroom learning situations, fraction tasks, and fraction avoidance) and significantly higher post-test scores than the control class, with an average difference of about seven points. The findings show that BBL, which aligns the learning process with the way the brain naturally learns by fostering positive emotions, multisensory experiences, and meaningful social interaction, is effective in improving students' understanding of fractions while simultaneously reducing their math anxiety. This study offers a unique perspective by conducting an experimental trial of BBL as a targeted intervention for math anxiety related to fractions in Indonesian elementary schools and highlighting its potential as a neuroeducation-based pedagogical strategy to foster numeracy and emotional well-being in math learning.

Application Of Neuroplasticity Principles In Primary School Learning : Analysis Of Instruments And Interviews With Teachers At Dharma Putra Primary School

Abstract: This study aims to examine in depth the application of neuroplasticity principles in learning at elementary schools, focusing on the teaching practices of five teachers at SDS Dharma Putra. Neuroplasticity, as a core concept&#8230; cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Guna Meminimalkan Biaya Persediaan Pada UMKM Bubur Kacang Mirasa

Abstract: UMKM Bubur Kacang Mirasa menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan yang berimbas pada biaya operasional. Penggunaan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan&#8230; mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan. Melalui analisis, ditemukan bahwa penerapan metode tersebut dapat mengurangi total biaya persediaan secara signifikan, serta memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku yang cukup untuk mendukung kelancaran proses produksi.Kesimpulan dari studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pengendalian persediaan yang efektif untuk meminimalkan biaya dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya UMKM untuk menerapkan sistem pengendalian persediaan yang lebih terstruktur dan berbasis data guna mencapai keberlanjutan usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar.
