in this area is the performance of parking attendants, which affects the effectiveness of parking management and traffic safety. Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor transportasi, seperti yang terlihat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengukur efektivitas, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memberikan apresiasi bagi juru parkir yang memiliki kinerja baik.

he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

This study aims to apply the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to support the decision-making process for selecting the best housing based on five main criteria: location, price, security, public facilities, and environment. Each criterion is analyzed quantitatively through the assignment of weights and scores to each housing alternative. The WASPAS method generates a final ranking, where the alternative with the highest score is considered the optimal choice. The results show that the WASPAS method is effective in simplifying the multi-criteria decision-making process and provides accurate and rational recommendations for selecting housing that best meets the needs of the community. This study is expected to serve as a reference for prospective buyers and property developers in planning and marketing strategies.

Abstrack: Pemilihan perumahan merupakan keputusan penting yang memerlukan pertimbangan berbagai kriteria secara objektif. Di Kota Kisaran, pertumbuhan pesat di sektor properti menghadirkan beragam pilihan perumahan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga calon pembeli sering kali kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang paling sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan perumahan terbaik berdasarkan lima kriteria utama, yaitu lokasi, harga, keamanan, fasilitas umum, dan lingkungan. Setiap kriteria dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemberian bobot dan penilaian terhadap masing-masing alternatif perumahan. Hasil dari metode WASPAS menghasilkan peringkat akhir dari alternatif perumahan yang dianalisis, di mana alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WASPAS efektif dalam menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dan memberikan hasil yang akurat dan rasional dalam memilih perumahan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi calon pembeli maupun pengembang dalam perencanaan dan strategi pemasaran properti.

This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.

always asks for quality medical services, but often these requests do not meet expectations, because the services provided to patients at Babunn Rizki Pratama Clinic are said to be less effective. The lack of staff at the Pratama Babun Rizki Clinic results in a long patient examination process, so that many patients receive less effective services and are at high risk of experiencing medical errors. These various problems can be overcome by using technology that carries the concept of service to patients using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. The method used in this research is qualitative, where this research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to find out how respondents respond to the services provided. The results of service calculations using the Servqual method at Babun Rizki Pratama Clinic showed that 80% of respondents felt "Not Satisfied" and 20% felt "Very Satisfied". Of the total assessment, there were 20 data indicating "Not Satisfied" and 5 data indicating "Very Satisfied". From the results of this percentage, it can be seen that only 5 data stated "Very Satisfied".

Abstrak: Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kesehatan. Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki beralamat di desa Haessa Air Genting Dusun IV Kecamatan Air Batu Kabupaten Asahan. Masyarakat selalu meminta pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, namun seringkali permintaan tersebut tidak sesuai harapan, karena pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien di Klinik Pratama Babunn Rizki dikatakan kurang efektif. Kurangnya pegawai yang ada di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki mengakibatkan lamanya proses pemeriksaan kepada pasien, sehingga banyak pasien yang mendapatkan layanan kurang efektif dan beresiko tinggi mengalami kesalahan medis. Berbagai permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang mengusung konsep pelayanan kepada pasien dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil perhitungan pelayanan menggunakan metode Servqual di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki menunjukkan bahwa 80% responden merasa "Tidak Puas" dan 20% merasa "Sangat Puas". Dari total penilaian, terdapat 20 data yang menunjukkan "Tidak Puas" dan 5 data yang menyatakan "Sangat Puas". Dari hasil persentasi tersebut dapat dilihat hanya 5 data yang menyatakan “Sangat Puasâ€.

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Inspekta Application in fostering an OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Utilizing a combined approach of literature review, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis, the study collected and analyzed relevant data.The research findings reveal that the implementation of the Inspekta Application has had a positive impact on elevating the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Improved employee awareness regarding OHS aspects and more efficient incident reporting stand out as significant outcomes. Statistical analysis also indicates a positive correlation between the utilization of the Inspekta Application and the enhancement of the OHS culture. Based on the research insights, it can be concluded that the Inspekta Application is effective in enhancing the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. The integration of information technology through such applications holds the potential to mitigate workplace accident risks and foster a safer and healthier working environment.

Abstrak: Peningkatan budaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan industri, terutama di sektor energi seperti PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Inspekta, sebuah aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi, telah muncul sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap budaya K3 di PT. PLN (Persero). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Aplikasi Inspekta dalam meningkatkan budaya K3 di PLN ULP Kisaran. Dengan pendekatan kombinasi studi literatur, survei kuesioner, dan analisis statistik, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan. Hasil penelitian baik dari kajian literature, observasi dan wawancara partisipatif menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Inspekta mendapat tanggapan positif yang signifikan dengan rata-rata indikator tanggapan diatas 50%, sehingga berdampak dalam memperkuat pemahaman budaya K3 di lingkungan kerja PLN. Penerapan Aplikasi Inspekta juga terbukti membantu dalam mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya K3, mendorong pelaporan bahaya, serta memungkinkan tindakan cepat setelah pelaporan melalui integrasi teknologi informasi guna mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan sehat.

Customer Service Unit (ULP) currently uses various applications to support various information activities, one of which is the Online Warehouse Application (AGO). This AGO information system is used for material management such as requesting, using, receiving and returning materials. However, the effectiveness of using the material is still unknown. This research aims to see the effectiveness of AGO in supporting material supplies using qualitative methods, through literature review, observation and participatory interviews of AGO users. This aims to find out the extent of AGO users' understanding and perception of the application. From the questionnaire results, it can be seen that 85.7% answered that AGO was effective in meeting material requests.

Abstrak: PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang ketenagalistrikan yang dituntut agar menyesuaikan zaman, dimana salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Kisaran saat ini banyak menggunakan berbagai aplikasi untuk menunjang berbagai aktivitas informasi, dimana salah satunya adalah Aplikasi Gudang Online (AGO). Sistem yang informasi AGO ini digunakan untuk pengelolaan material seperti permintaan, pemakaian, penerimaan, dan pengembalian material. Namun keefektifan penggunaan material masih belum dapat diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektfvitas AGO dalam menunjang persediaan material dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui kajian literature, observasi dan wawancara partipatif pengguna AGO. Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu sejauh mana pemahaman dan presepsi pengguna AGO tentang aplikasi. Hasil kuesioner dapat dilihat bahwa 85,7% menjawab bahwa AGO sudah efektif dalam memenuhi permintaan material.

The Central Statistics Agency of Asahan Regency implements the Cinta Statistik Village Sectoral Statistics Development Program or the so-called Beautiful Village and the 2021 Cinta Statistics Village SDGs Entry Program. The Cinta Statistics Village Development Program (Desa Cantik) focuses on increasing literacy, awareness and the active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing activities. Manual data management is still not effective and efficient to work quickly, precisely and accurately. With the development of technology, it is necessary to design a web-based SDGs Cinta Statistics application using the codeigniter framework by developing an agile method where this method is a software development method that is needed when the system has undergone repair or renewal. This application will help BPS Asahan employees work more effectively and efficiently so that the stored data is safe, fast, precise and accurate.

Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai salah satu Negara yang telah menyepakati penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) / Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) berkomitmen untuk menyukseskan pelaksanaan SDGs melalui berbagai kegiatan dan menunjukkan komitmen dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Asahan melaksanakan Program Pembinaan Statistik Sektoral Desa Cinta Statistik atau yang disebut Desa Cantik dan Program Entry SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik Tahun 2021. Program Pembinaan Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) berfokus pada meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran dan peran aktif perangkat desa/kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Pengelolaan data secara manual tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efesien untuk bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka perlulah dirancang sebuah aplikasi SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan mengembangkan metode agile dimana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan software yang dibutuhkan ketika sistem telah mengalami perbaikan atau pembaharuan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai BPS Asahan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data yang tersimpan aman, cepat, tepat dan akurat.

The Department of Cooperatives and Trade of Asahan Regency has provided information on SMEs but it is still static in archive form and has not been computerized. The community, business actors, and parties who need information about these SMEs must visit the Cooperatives and Trade Office of Asahan Regency directly, which takes a long time and is less effective. The geographic information system used is web-based and uses the Google Maps API for mapping locations by determining coordinates. The use of WebGIS can make it easier for people to find information and the location of SMEs that are displayed in the form of regional mapping accurately and quickly. In addition, it also makes it easier for the Asahan Regency Cooperative and Trade Office to view information on the spread and growth of SMEs.

Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan telah menyediakan informasi mengenai UKM tetapi masih bersifat statis dalam bentuk arsip dan belum terkomputerisasi. Masyarakat, pelaku usaha, dan pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai UKM tersebut harus mengunjungi Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan secara langsung, dimana hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Sistem informasi geografis yang digunakan berbasis web dan menggunakan Google Maps API untuk pemetaan lokasi dengan menentukan titik koordinat. Pemanfaatan WebGIS dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan lokasi UKM yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk pemetaan wilayah secara tepat dan cepat. Selain itu juga mempermudah Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan dalam melihat informasi penyebaran dan pertumbuhan UKM.
