tor. In the North Coast region of East Java, MSMEs face unique challenges, including limited access to entrepreneurship education and insufficient government support. This study examines strategies for collaboration between the government and MSMEs, integrating entrepreneurship education to support sustainable development, aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of entrepreneurship education within public-private partnerships to enhance MSME sustainability while addressing local socio-economic issues. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study involves in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME entrepreneurs, government officials, and educators in the region. The findings indicate that effective collaboration among stakeholders fosters innovation, strengthens MSME resilience, and promotes environmentally-friendly business practices. However, challenges remain in policy implementation and resource distribution. The implications of this research highlight the importance of institutionalizing entrepreneurship education within government programs and strengthening public-private collaboration. These steps can serve as a model for other regions to simultaneously drive economic growth and sustainability, contributing to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030

The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

The discussion emphasizes that direct experience in nature is not a hindrance but a catalyst for formal academic achievements. In conclusion, effective integration requires teachers capable of mapping nature activities into national curriculum indicators. The results indicate that the implementation of SPMI at SMK Negeri 10 Luwu has been systematically implemented through the PPEPP cycle (Mapping, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Standard Setting). Quality mapping is conducted periodically to identify achievements and needs for quality improvement. Program implementation is carried out through improving the quality of learning and collaborating with industry. Evaluations are conducted routinely to assess standard achievement, followed by control measures for improvement, and the establishment of new standards as a form of continuous quality improvement. This implementation contributes to graduates' work-readiness, characterized by competency in expertise, technical skills, practical abilities, and soft skills. However, obstacles encountered include limited infrastructure and uneven absorption of graduates into the workforce.

The results show that transformational leadership is crucial in accelerating vision, innovation, and organizational culture change oriented towards quality (itqan). On the other hand, servant leadership provides a foundation for strengthening teamwork through a service-oriented approach (khidmah) and empathy, which is aligned with prophetic values. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Human Resource Development Strategy of the Indonesian Army through the Human Capital Approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. ach with research subjects being PAI teachers, madrasah principals, and sixth-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that PAI teachers' strategies in increasing student learning interest were carried out through the use of varied learning methods such as discussions, questions and answers, demonstrations, direct practice, educational games, and storytelling methods. Teachers also used learning media such as videos, images, posters, and presentation slides to attract students' attention. These strategies were proven to be able to increase student interest, activeness, and motivation in learning. In addition, PAI learning strategies also improved student learning achievement in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Students became more understanding of the material, demonstrated better behavior, and were able to practice worship correctly. Supporting factors for the research include a religious school environment, support for learning facilities, and parental cooperation, while the obstacles faced include differences in student abilities, lack of learning motivation, and limited learning media.

implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management at SMPIT Manbaul Ulum in improving student discipline and independence. The research approach used is a qualitative case study. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management is carried out through the integration of religious values in all school activities, consistent regulation of discipline, habituation of congregational worship, and strengthening student personal responsibility through independence programs. Student discipline is increased through structured supervision and positive behavioral habits, while independence grows through assignments that encourage self-management and independent decision-making. These findings prove that the Islamic boarding school-based educational management model is effective in shaping students' disciplined and independent character. The implications of this study indicate that the Islamic boarding school-based approach can be an alternative educational management strategy that focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on character development.
