ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

With social problems becoming more numerous and complicated, this research will relate them to existing social realities and will be linked to the values that exist in Javanese suluk. In this research, we will discuss the moral values of Suluk which are adopted from a literary sociology approach to analyze the moral values contained in Javanese Suluk poetry, especially in two poems entitled “Serate Siswa”, “Introspection” and “Ojo Dumeh” . The focus of this research is on religious, social moral values and human interaction with God as reflected in these literary works. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques to describe and explore information related to the moral values in the two poems. The results of research on the three titles of Syair Suluk Jawa show that the poem “Serate Disciple” emphasizes the importance of manners, simplicity, and respect for others, by describing the relationship between students and teachers as a reflection of the relationship between humans and God. On the other hand, the poems, “Introspection” and “Ojo Dumeh” highlight the wisdom in looking at age and death, reminding people to continue to worship selflessly, and live life humbly. In conclusion, Suluk Javanese poetry, through sociological analysis of literature, is able to convey a deep moral message regarding human relationships with God and others. This research contributes to the understanding of the moral values contained in Javanese literary works, as well as maintaining and introducing the uniqueness of Javanese culture to society.

Utilizing a reflective-critical hermeneutical method, this study argues that awareness of mortality should not lead to ontological despair, but rather serve as a starting point for forming a more authentic, relational, and ethical orientation to life. Death in this text functions as an epiphanic moment that unveils human limitations while reorienting existential focus toward God and social responsibility. The novelty of this research lies in its prophetic reading of a wisdom text that has often been interpreted pessimistically, highlighting its potential as a theological critique against modern nihilistic and anti-spiritual ideologies. . This condition highlights the importance of a strong theological foundation for cultivating Christ-centered spirituality. This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.

The results of the study showed that there are three groups of active FP participants based on their level of activity, namely the group with a low level of activity, the group with a medium level of activity, and the group with a high level of activity. The group with a low level of activity consists of 7 districts, namely B.P Mandoge, Pulau Rakyat, Tanjung Balai, Air Batu, Sei Dadap, Pulo Bandring, and Kisaran Barat. The impact of low active FP participants in a district is an increase in the number of unwanted births, an increase in the number of maternal and child deaths, and an increase in population density. The group with a medium level of activity consists of 15 districts, namely Bandar Pulau, Aek Songsongan, Rahuning, Aek Kuasan, Aek Ledong, S. Kepayang, S. Kepayang Barat, S. Kepayang Timur, Teluk Dalam, Buntu Pane, Tinggi Raja, Setia Janji, Meranti, R. Panca Arga, and Silau Laut. The group with a high level of activity consists of 3 districts, namely Simpang Empat, Air Joman, and Kisaran Timur. The impact of the high number of active FP participants in a district is an increase in maternal and child health, an increase in family economy, and an increase in family welfare. The results of this clustering analysis can be used by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Asahan Regency to improve public understanding of the importance of birth control. This can be done through socialization throughout the regency, especially in districts where the results of the analysis show that the number of active FP participants is quite large.

Abstrak: Peserta Keluarga Berencana (KB) aktif merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan program KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasterisasi tingkat keaktifan peserta KB aktif di Kabupaten Asahan menggunakan metode K-Means. Data yang digunakan adalah data peserta KB aktif di Kabupaten Asahan tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kelompok peserta KB aktif berdasarkan tingkat keaktifannya, yaitu kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan rendah, kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan sedang, dan kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan tinggi. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan rendah terdiri dari 7 Kecamatan, yaitu B.P Mandoge, Pulau Rakyat, Tanjung Balai, Air Batu, Sei Dadap, Pulo Bandring, dan Kisaran Barat. Dampak dari rendahnya peserta aktif KB di suatu Kecamatan yaitu meningkatnya angka kelahiran tidak diinginkan, meningkatnya angka kematian ibu dan bayi, dan meningkatnya kepadatan penduduk. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan sedang terdiri dari 15 Kecamatan, yaitu Bandar Pulau, Aek Songsongan, Rahuning, Aek Kuasan, Aek Ledong, S. Kepayang, S. Kepayang Barat, S. Kepayang Timur, Teluk Dalam, Buntu Pane, Tinggi Raja, Setia Janji, Meranti, R. Panca Arga, dan Silau Laut. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan tinggi terdiri dari 3 Kecamatan, yaitu Simpang Empat, Air Joman, dan Kisaran Timur. Dampak dari tingginya peserta aktif KB di suatu Kecamatan yaitu meningkatnya kesehatan ibu dan anak, meningkatnya ekonomi keluarga, dan meningkatnya kesejahteraan keluarga. Hasil analisis klasterisasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Kabupaten Asahan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengendalian kelahiran. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui sosialisasi di seluruh wilayah kabupaten, khususnya di kecamatan-kecamatan yang hasil analisisnya menunjukkan jumlah peserta KB aktif cukup banyak.

nd to mimic their parents' attitudes and behaviours. Positive attitudes, empathy and tolerance from parents can encourage children to adopt these values. Parents who are actively involved and open to effective communication help children develop empathy and feel supported, making them more likely to report or seek help in bullying situations. Parents need to understand the psychological and legal aspects of bullying and school violence prevention to protect their children's well-being. Psychological knowledge helps recognise early signs of trauma and provide emotional support, as well as establishing the values of empathy, tolerance and respect in children. Legal knowledge enables parents to take appropriate action if their child is victimised, liaise with schools and authorities, and ensure anti-bullying policies are implemented. This regulation creates a safe and supportive environment for children to grow. Strengthening parents' understanding and knowledge of bullying prevention and its psychological and legal impacts was done through counselling activities. This counselling presented material on the psychological impact of bullying on children and the legal consequences for perpetrators and omission of bullying activities for both children and schools and parents. The counselling sessions were attended by parents, teachers, and school committees. The counselling participants said that after attending the training, their knowledge about bullying, its impact, and preventive measures improved. The results of the questionnaire before and after attending the counselling showed increased participants' understanding.

Abstrak: Perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah berdampak parah pada perkembangan mental dan emosional anak serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Data FSGI, pada periode Januari-Juli 2023 terdapat 16 kasus perundungan dengan 43 korban. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 23 kasus pada periode Januari-September 2023, dengan tingkat perundungan tertinggi terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang mencapai 50%, bahkan 2 orang meninggal dunia selama periode tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah Kembaran juga menghadapi masalah ini. Untuk mencegah bullying dan kekerasan, diadakan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi guna memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta tentang dampak negatif bullying dan kekerasan serta pentingnya peran setiap orang dalam pencegahannya, yang terbukti dari hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan.

The aim of this outreach is to increase public awareness about the dangers of drug abuse for the young millennial generation. The material is presented through lecture and discussion methods with the help of power point slides and an LCD projector. The results of the outreach show that the generation of millennial youth in Teluk Kayu Putih Village is aware of the dangers and consequences of drug abuse.

Abstrak: Narkoba merupakan masalah kesehatan fisik dan mental yang berdampak terhadap gangguan kecemasan, gangguan prilaku sosial, depresi, menurunkan kesadaran, mengganggu kualitas hidup bahkan sampai menyebabkan kematian. Permasalah mitra yaitu kurangnya edukasi kepada generasi muda milenial di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pengabdian ini bertempat di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih, Kecamatan VII Koto, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba bagi generasi muda milenial. Materi disampaikan melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan bantuan slide power point dan proyektor LCD. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa generasi pemuda milenial Desa Teluk Kayu Putih menyadari bahaya dan konsekuensi penyalahgunaan narkoba.
