rry out the assessment process seems long and slow. To overcome these problems, a solution method with accuracy and speed in making the best district assessment decisions is needed. The Decision Support System was made using the Laravel framework and the MariaDB database and the method used was TOPSIS. The results of the best sub-district assessment using a Decision Support System with the TOPSIS method are needed to assist the assessment team in carrying out a faster assessment process so that the results obtained are much better. Analysis and implementation of a decision support system using the TOPSIS method to classify the best sub-districts in Tanjungbalai City facilitates the decision-making process to be faster and better for the Tanjungbalai City Regional Secretariat, especially in the Government section in choosing the best District based on existing criteria. The results of processing the system are 100% the same as the results of manual processing. Therefore this system is very helpful in speeding up work.

Abstrak: Pemerintah Kota Tanjungbalai setiap tahunnya mengadakan penilaian Kecamatan terbaik dengan menggunakan indikator-indikator yang ada. Selama ini penilaian yang dilakukan hanya menggunakan perhitungan Microsoft Excel sehingga waktu yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses penilaian terkesan lama dan lambat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukanlah metode penyelesaian dengan ketepatan dan kecepatan pada pengambilan keputusan penilaian kecamatan terbaik. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MariaDB serta metode yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS. Hasil dari Penilaian kecamatan terbaik menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu tim penilai dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian yang lebih cepat agar hasil yang akan didapatkan jauh lebih baik. Analisis dan implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS mengklasifikasi kecamatan terbaik di Kota Tanjungbalai memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih cepat dan lebih bagus kepada Sekretaraiat Daerah Kota Tanjungabalai khususnya dibagian Pemerintahan dalam memilih Kecamatan terbaik berdasarkan kriteria/indikator yang ada. Hasil pengolahan sistem 100 % sama dengan hasil pengolahan secara manual. Maka dari itu sistem ini sangat membantu dalam mempercepat pekerjaan.

Various types of sales can be made by the community, especially in the culinary field. Warung Agdi is a wet cracker culinary, this culinary is a typical culinary of Kapuas Hulu but is in demand by almost all districts, one of which is Bengkayang Regency. However, problems were found in the culinary business of Agdi's stall. Where customers have to wait for their orders to be made because for processing wet crackers at Agdi's stall, they must first steam the wet crackers before serving, so it takes time for customers to wait for their orders to be ready. Buying and selling activities at Agdi stalls are also still carried out conventionally, so not many people know about the wet cracker culinary owned by Agdi's stall owners. Based on these existing problems, a solution is needed so that Agdi stalls can take advantage of technology by making online ordering applications which can later be used by Agdi stall owners to sell and can also be used as a means of promotion.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi di zaman modern ini membuat setiap orang atau individu harus tanggap beradaptasi dengan teknologi agar tetap dapat berkembang dan produktif dalam sosial, ekonomi, dan lain-lain. Teknologi dapat memudahkan aktifitas sehari-hari dalam transaksi jual beli, kegiatan membeli atau menjual barang dapat dengan mudah dilakukan di mana saja. Berbagai jenis penjualan dapat dilakukan masyarakat, khususnya dibidang kuliner. Warung Agdi merupakan kuliner kerupuk basah, kuliner ini merupakan kuliner khas Kapuas Hulu namun diminati hampir seluruh Kabupaten, salah satunya Kabupaten Bengkayang. Namun, ditemukan permasalahan pada usaha kuliner warung Agdi. Diman pelanggan harus menunggu pesanan mereka dibuat karena untuk pengolahan kerupuk basah pada warung Agdi harus mengkukus kerupuk basah terlebih dahulu sebelum dihidangkan, sehingga perlu waktu bagi pelanggan untuk menunggu pesanannya siap. Kegiatan jual beli pada warung Agdi juga masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga tak banyak yang mengetahui kuliner kerupuk basah yang dimiliki pemilik warung Agdi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada tersebut, diperlukan solusi untuk agar warung Agdi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan pembuatan aplikasi pemesanan online yang nantinya dapat digunakan pemilik warung Agdi ini untuk menjual dan dapat pula digunakan sebagai sarana promosi.

Abstrak: Salah satu Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang yang terdapat masalah Diabetes Mellitus yaitu Kecamatan Sawangan khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskemas Sawangan II yaitu Dusun Kalangan desa Gondowangi. Sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus di lakukan berbagai upaya Deteksi Dini dalam mengatasi masalah Diabetes Mellitus. Salah satu dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut di lakukan sosialisasi sebagai bagian deteksi dini Diabetes Mellitus dan pemanfaatan tanaman herbal Diabetes Melitus. Dengan di adakannya sosialisasi dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) tentang Diabetes Melitus di harapkan mayarakat kedepannya dapat memperhatikan pola hidup sehat, mengurangi kejadian penyakit Diabetes Melitus di masyarakat dan dapat memanfaatkan pengobatan herbal di sekitar rumah agar masyarakat tidak ketergantungan dengan pengobatan kimia atau sintetik yang mempunyai efek samping dalam tubuh.

Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing continue to develop the capacity of the community through various types of training that are scheduled each year. One of training forms conducted is financial management training for the Financial Management Unit located in 25 urban subdistricts of East Kisaran and West Kisaran District. This financial management training is considered very important because UPK capacity building is needed in performing its duties as a financial management unit. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the knowledge of UPK on Financial Management so that it can be applied to the community, to be able to do the recording of income and expenditure with good and detailed, to give reference to UPK in order to be able to educate financial management to community and introduce MYOB application for UPK. The result of this activity is the implementation of Community Service activity which attended by UPK as many as 48 people.

UPK ini juga bertugas menyalurkan serta mengembangkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk pengembangan usaha mikro di masing-masing kelurahan.Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terus melakukan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat melalui berbagai jenis pelatihan yang diagendakan setiap tahun. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi Unit Pengelola Keuangan yang berada di 25 kelurahan Kecamatan Kisaran Timur dan Kecamatan Kisaran Barat. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan ini dipandang sangat penting karena, pengembangan kapasitas UPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai unit pengelola keuangan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UPK terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan sehingga dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat, untuk dapat melakukan pencatatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan baik dan rinci, untuk memberikan acuan kepada UPK agar mampu melakukan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat dan mengenalkan aplikasi MYOB bagi UPK .Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri UPK sebanyak 48 orang.

t Siantar District is one of the sub-districts in Pematang Siantar City whose population continues to increase and this will lead to an increase in poverty and unemployment rates. To overcome the above problems, a method is needed to analyze the population growth of West Siantar, one of which is using the Backpropagation method. This research will use training data starting from 2017-2021 and test data from 2018-2022. The results carried out using MATLAB R2011a software show the best architecture 4-19-1 with an accuracy of 100 with an MSE number of 0.00010031375 and an epoch value of 124777. Based on the research carried out, the population of West Siantar in the next year is 86067 people. It is concluded that backpropagation can be used as a method that makes it easier to search for predictions and the level of accuracy obtained depends on the architecture used.

Abstrak: Indonesia termasuk dalam kategori negara berkembang dan merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk yang relatif besar. Menurut data Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pematang Siantar, Kecamatan Siantar Barat merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kota Pematang Siantar yang jumlah penduduknya terus meningkat dan hal ini akan berdampak pada peningkatan angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas diperlukan suatu metode untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan penduduk Siantar Barat, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan metode Backpropagation. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan data latih mulai tahun 2017-2021 dan data uji 2018-2022. Hasil yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan software MATLAB R2011a menunjukkan arsitektur terbaik 4-19-1 dengan akurasi 100 dengan angka MSE 0.00010031375 dan nilai epoch 124777. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, populasi Siantar Barat di tahun berikutnya sebanyak 86067 orang. Disimpulkan bahwa backpropagation dapat digunakan sebagai metode yang memudahkan pencarian prediksi dan tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh tergantung pada arsitektur yang digunakan.

Climate change that is happening has an impact on changes in rainfall patterns, to overcome the impacts of climate change Rokan Hulu Regency needs to take early steps before a flood disaster occurs. The method used in processing the data is the backpropagation method and data processing using the Matlab software. Data processing was carried out on rainfall data for the last 6 years, from 2015 to 2020, which was sourced from the Rokan Hulu Regency Statistics Agency. Rainfall data from 2015 to 2019 is used as input data, while 2020 is the target. The data processing stage begins with data normalization and determining network training parameters. Artificial neural network research was carried out on rainfall data with a 5-5-1 architecture. The results of testing the rainfall data show prediction results with high accuracy, where the average accuracy rate reaches 98.17% with the highest accuracy of 99.99% while the lowest accuracy is 91.53%. The prediction results show a fairly high level of accuracy so that they can be used as evaluation material.

Abstrak: Kabupaten Rokan Hulu merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Riau dan memiliki 2 aliran sungai besar yaitu sungai rokan kanan dan sungai rokan kiri. Ketika tingkat curah hujan tinggi aliran sungai meluap dan menyebabkan banjir beberapa kecamatan. Perubahan iklim yang terjadi memberikan dampak pada perubahan pola curah hujan, untuk menanggulangi dampak perubahan iklim Kabupaten Rokan Hulu perlu melakukan langkah-langkah dini sebelum terjadi bencana banjir. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengolah data yaitu metode backpropagation dan pengolahan data menggunakan software Matlab. Pengolahan data dilakukan pada data curah hujan selama 6 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2020 yang bersumber dari Badan Statistik Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Data curah hujan tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019 sebagai data input sedangkan tahun 2020 sebagai target. Tahapan pengolahan data diawali dengan melakukan normalisasi data dan menentukan parameter pelatihan jaringan. Penelitian jaringan saraf tiruan dilakukan pada data curah hujan dengan arsitekur 5-5-1. Hasil pengujian terhadap data curah hujan menunjukkan hasil prediksi dengan akurasi yang tinggi, dimana tingkat akurasi rata-rata mencapai 98,17% dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 99,99% sedang akurasi terendah sebesar 91,53%. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi.

Therefore, mapping with Geographic Information Systems can be used to map areas that are prone to flooding specifically by combining spatial data on each predetermined parameter. Not only that, the integration of Geographic Information Systems and forecasting with multiple linear regression methods can predict the level of flood vulnerability based on the parameters determined in the following year. Based on the analysis that has been done, the areas in Pontianak City that are prone to flood disasters are spread over several sub-districts, namely East Pontianak District, Pontianak City District and parts of North Pontianak District.

Abstrak: Bencana banjir seringkali terjadi di wilayah dengan kondisi geografis tertentu sepertijaraknya yang dekat dengan sungai, curah hujan cukup tinggi khususnya pada musim hujan hingga mayoritas jenis tanah yang memiliki kandungan lempung sehingga tidak cukup baikdalam menyerap air. Kota Pontianak merupakan satu diantara kota di Indonesia yang sering dilanda bencana banjir. Oleh karena itu, pemetaan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan wilayah-wilayah yang rawan bencana banjir secara spesifik dengan menggabungkan data spasial pada setiap parameter yang sudah ditentukan. Tidak hanya itu, integrasi sistem informasi geografis dan peramalan dengan metoderegresi linier berganda dapatmemprediksi tingkat kerawanan banjir berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan pada tahun berikutnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, daerah di Kota Pontianak yang rawan bencanabanjir tersebar di beberapa kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Pontianak Timur, Kecamatan Pontianak Kota dan sebagianKecamatan Pontianak Utara.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

This is essential because in this global pandemic, every community has the opportunity to catch COVID 19. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of WASH educational collaboration on farmers as an attempt to COVID-19 prevention. The population in the study is all farmers who live in these mentioned districts. There were 37 farmers in total. The sampling method used total sampling, namely 37 farmers who live in the areas that are confirmed to have positive patients of COVID 19. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate (Dependent T-test) and Multivariate with using logistic regression. The result shows that there is a significant influence between the collaboration of WASH Education on farmers as an effort to prevent COVID-19 with a statistical test value of P-Value <0.05. Collaboration on WASH education for farmers is very influential in preventing COVID-19. It is hoped that cross-sectoral involvement and roles can be maintained so that COVID 19 prevention behavior through WASH can continue to be applied. Educative collaboration of WASH impacts on the behaviour alteration toward farmers who live in the area confirmed to be infected by COVID 19.
