uage skills are most important for international business communication and examines the impact of language proficiency on professional success. The goal of the study is to identify these key competencies for successful global business interactions and to provide insight into which skills professionals should focus on developing. To achieve this, a systematic literature review is conducted, establishing a structured theoretical framework by drawing on findings from previous research. The study concludes that essential language competencies for global business success include verbal communication, writing skills, cross-cultural understanding, listening, and negotiation abilities. Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Effective verbal communication requires not only mastery of grammar but also the ability to use non-verbal cues, like intonation and body language, to reinforce and clarify messages. These competencies are emphasized as crucial for professionals who wish to excel in the global business landscape, where effective communication can significantly influence outcomes. The findings suggest that developing both language and cultural understanding equips professionals to engage more effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries, enhancing their ability to negotiate, collaborate, and succeed in diverse business environments.

. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

orrelation between students‘ interested in watching Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone by J.K Rowling movie (X) to listening comprehension (Y). It was carried out to the class XI Science students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu. In this research, a quantitative method is used with the Pearson product moment correlation study to answer the research problem. The population of this research is the students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu class XI IPA for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 30 students. The sample used is the total population. Tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. After getting the data, the researcher corrected and analyzed the test results. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study indicate that the level of significance between the variables X and Y based on the results of the correlation value above rcount = 0.481 rtable (5%) (df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28) rtable = 0.374. So it is clearly stated that rcount is higher than rtable or 0.05 <0.374. The result of the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.481. That result indicated that there was a medium correlation between students’ interested s in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension. This statement was proved based on the result rxy was higher than the rtable (0,481 ≥ 0,374 in significant level 5%) it showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) “There is no relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1), “There is a positive relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is accepted.

yzes a range of scholarly literature and recent research findings concerning the implementation of PjBL, particularly in the context of developing oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills within primary education settings. The findings indicate that PjBL fosters an active, collaborative, and contextual learning environment that significantly contributes to the improvement of students’ communication abilities. Through project completion that involves exploration, presentation, and group interaction, learners are encouraged to articulate ideas effectively, engage in active listening, and produce writing with logical and argumentative structure. Moreover, the model has been shown to enhance students' self-confidence, independence, and sense of responsibility toward their own learning process. Nonetheless, the implementation of PjBL continues to face several challenges, including limited instructional time, insufficient teacher understanding of meaningful project design, and inadequate supporting resources. Without systemic support and continuous professional development for educators, the application of this model risks becoming a mere formality with little substantive impact. Therefore, this study recommends further empirical research using a mixed-methods approach to investigate the effectiveness of PjBL across various subjects and educational levels. Such studies are expected to strengthen the theoretical foundation and promote the adoption of PjBL as a transformative learning strategy in shaping learners.

skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

The lecture method and discussion are used to convey information relating the theories and benefits of applying edmodo. With direct practice, teachers will be more understanding in applying edmodo. It is expected that after this training, teachers are able compile learning materials in e-learning online so that teachers are not only fixated on conventional learning models. After that, the teacher can implement e-learning in the class he is teaching. Starting from listening material, making assignments given through assignments and online quizzes for the subjects they teach.

Abstrak: Seiring perkembangan zaman proses kegiatan mengajar di kelas memiliki banyak tantangan dan tuntutan. Semakin banyaknya jalur informasi yang dapat diakses oleh siswa sehingga tidak jarang guru tertinggal jauh dari updatenya informasi yang sudah diterima oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu guru dipaksa harus mengimbanginya dengan mencari berbagai informasi tambahan. Salah satu strategi belajar yang belum banyak diterapkan saat ini adalah strategi belajar e-learning. Edmodo merupakan website e-learning tidak berbayar yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dalam menerapkan strategi belajar e-learning. Namun masih banyak guru yang belum mengetahui dan memanfaatkannya secara maksimal dalam membantu proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan praktek langsung. Metode ceramah dan diskusi digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan teori-teori dan manfaat menerapkan edmodo. Dengan praktek langsung, guru-guru akan lebih memahami dalam menerapkan edmodo. Diharapkan setelah diadakan pelatihan ini, guru-guru SMA IT Plus Bazma Brilliant mampu menyusun materi pembelajaran secara e-learning online sehingga guru tidak hanya terpaku pada model pembelajaran konvensional saja. Setelah itu, guru dapat mengimplementasikan pembelajaran e-learning di dalam kelas yang diampunya. Mulai dari menguploud materi, membuat tugas yang diberikan melalui fitur assignment dan kuis online untuk mata pelajaran yang diajarnya.

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) penggunaan role playing atau bermain peran untuk meningkatan percakapan siswa XI-5 SMP Negeri 7 Tanjung Balai; (2) bentuk dari kegiatan pembelajaran untuk berkomunikasi dalam percakapan sehari – hari dengan menggunakan media interaktif; (3) sistem pembelajaran percakapan dalam dialog dengan menggunakan bermain peran; dan (4) peningkatan keterampilan siswa untuk berlatih bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan media interaktif seperti video, gambar dari CD untuk berkomunikasi dalam percakapan dan kemudian siswa mencoba untuk berlatih bahasa inggris dan menggunakan ekspresi di kelas dengan topik sederhana. Kemudian digunakan untuk memberikan latihan berbicara tetapi juga dapat mengembangkan dalam sesi mendengarkan. Kita dapat menggunakan percakapan untuk memperkenalkan dan fungsi mempraktikkan, struktur, atau kosa kata, dan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kesopanan , tingkat formalitas, dan nilai – nilai pencapaian sikap dan budaya. This PPM aims to increase reading interest of Bunda Hajar Dusun Sukanegla PAUD students, Desa Hegarmanah, Jatinangor, Sumedang. In order to be interesting, the delivery of counseling and educational activities is carried out using the storytelling method. Menurunnya minat membaca di kalangan generasi milenial disebabkan oleh antara lain teralihnya perhatian dan luang waktu anak muda pada kegiatan media sosial. Selain itu, untuk memperoleh informasi yang mereka butuhkan, mereka bisa mendapatkan secara instan hanya dengan melalui telepon genggam. Melihat keadaan yang memprihatikan ini, maka upaya menstimulasi edukasi literasi harus ditanamkan sejak usia dini. Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat baca dengan sasaran siswa PAUD Bunda Hajar Dusun Sukanegla Desa Hegarmanah Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang. Agar menarik, penyampaian penyuluhan dan kegiatan edukasi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode mendongeng. Hasil yang diperoleh, anak-anak lebih tertarik mendengarkan, mampu bertahan menyimak dan dapat menjawab pertanyaan seputar dongeng yang disampaikan.

development has been widely carried out by technology companies. The agile method has the main principle of communication between employees, requiring skills to face these principles. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method to know how the use of agile methods can develop interpersonal skills in karyawan. In the initial search conducted using the Publish or Perish application, 740 journals were found in the range of 2015 to 2022. Next, journal filtering and cluster search continued using Microsoft Excel, Zotero, Mendeley, and VOS Viewer applications, resulting in 53 journals selected based on Q1. In the final stage of screening, researchers re-screened 9 journals that were used as a reference regarding the use of agile methods to develop employee interpersonal skills. The results showed that the agile development method can affect the development of employee interpersonal skills. 11 skills develop because of the use of this agile development method including team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem-solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skills, listening, and relationship building. Of the 11 skills, the most mentioned is team working.

Abstrak: Interpersonal skill pada karyawan menjadi bagian penting bagi perusahaan teknologi dalam mencapai tujuannya melalui berbagai pengembangan keterampilan. Penerapan metode agile untuk pengembangan aplikasi sudah banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan teknologi. Metode agile memiliki prinsip utama berupa komunikasi antar karyawan sehingga membutuhkan keterampilan untuk menghadapi prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode systematic literature review (SLR) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan metode agile dapat mengembangkan interpersonal skill pada karyawan. Pada pencarian awal yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, ditemukan 740 jurnal pada rentang tahun 2015 sampai 2022. Selanjutnya, penyaringan jurnal menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan Mendeley Desktop yang menghasilkan 53 jurnal yang dipilih berdasarkan penilaian kualitas. Pada tahap akhir penyaringan, peneliti menyaring kembali menjadi 9 jurnal yang digunakan sebagai acuan mengenai pemanfaatan metode agile untuk mengembangkan interpersonal skills karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode agile development dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan interpersonal skill karyawan, faktanya terdapat 11 skill yang berkembang karena pemanfaatan metode agile development ini diantaranya adalah team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skill, listening, dan relationship building. Dari 11 skill tersebut yang paling banyak disebut yaitu team working.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.
