This study aims to enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Department of Education website in Jember Regency by aligning it with stakeholders' evolving needs through comprehensive evaluation and targeted recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Furthermore, the MEA Capability Results highlight discrepancies between the current scores and expected standards, indicating the necessity for comprehensive alignment with COBIT 5 guidelines to optimize website functionality and better meet user expectations.Top of Form

Abstrak: Pada era transformasi digital, situs web pendidikan menjadi platform penting untuk menyebarkan informasi secara transparan kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. Selain itu, hasil Kemampuan MEA menyoroti perbedaan antara skor saat ini dan standar yang diharapkan, menandakan kebutuhan akan penyesuaian yang komprehensif dengan pedoman COBIT 5 untuk mengoptimalkan fungsionalitas situs web dan memenuhi harapan pengguna dengan lebih baik.

Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

esearch is to evaluate the performance of APM users to identify the components and effects to increase the effectiveness of APM. Qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The population in this study were all VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau-Pulau Batu, totaling 25 people, because the population was small, namely only 25 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 25 people. This study used a quantitative method with SMART PLS software data processing. The method of collecting data as a result of the study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 answer options. The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality. (X) with Spiritual Formation (Y) but not significant.

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a marketing medium for the courier service business @my_shopper.id. A service for depositing branded goods such as clothes, bags, perfumes and others. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type to clearly know the information from the jastip account owner regarding the use of Instagram social media as a marketing tool. Data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews with account owners, then collects documentation by capturing content layers used in Instagram accounts. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques for conducting interviews and collecting documents to informants. The results of the study indicate that the surrogate service account (jastip) @my_shopper.id does social media marketing through an Instagram account. Account owners use various available features such as comment fields, Instagram bio, Instagram traffic, feeds, reels. The content created also varies such as product photos, product review videos, uploading customer testimonials to uploads regarding the order packaging process. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium has the advantage of increasing traffic and making people know about this jastip. Weaknesses obtained include missing information, sometimes customers do not know branded products and entrusting services.
