ANALYSIS OF THE COMPLETENESS OF FILLING IN ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RESUMES FOR INPATIENTS AT DHARMA YADNYA GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract: People really need health services provided by hospitals, health homes and clinics. When registering for health services, each enrolling member will have his or her own medical history which must be seen at a medical clinic… nic or health office. Hospitals must have comprehensive patient data in order to provide health services effectively. Documents regarding patient identity, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services are included in the medical record. In a health facility, implementation takes the form of an administrative order. Characteristics of medical records (General Patients or BPJS). The aim of this research is to determine the completeness of electronic medical resumes seen from fourth aspects, namely, completeness of identification, important reports, authentication and correct documentation . The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are that in the Identification component the percentage of completeness is 100% complete, in the Important Report component the percentage of completeness is 99%, in the Authentication component the percentage of completeness is 100%, and in the Correct Documentation component the percentage of completeness is 90%. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding completeness When filling out electronic medical resumes for patients in the Inpatients at RSU Dharma Yadnya, it can be concluded that there are still incompleteness in filling out inpatient electronic medical resumes and that the electronic medical resume components are filled in completely.  

PREDIABETES RISK FACTOR CONTROL EDUCATION AT THE MUGI ELDERLY POSYANDU IS HEALTHY, DUKUHWALUH VILLAGE

Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a condition when the body is unable to produce or use insulin effectively, resulting in increased glucose levels in the blood. Before the onset of type 2 DM, it is important to pay attention to… the condition of prediabetes. As one of the global health problems, DM can be prevented through proper education and regular monitoring of fasting blood sugar levels. This service aims to identify fasting blood sugar and evaluate the effectiveness of education in increasing knowledge in the elderly. The method used is health education through lectures and interactive discussions at the Mugi Sehat Elderly Posyandu, Dukuhwaluh Village. The results of the activity showed that some of the results of the fasting blood sugar test were within the normal limit. The provision of education was proven to increase the level of understanding of respondents, which was shown by an increase in knowledge scores from the average pre-test of 70.31 to 86.93 in the post-test after the intervention. In conclusion, health education plays an important role in increasing the awareness of the elderly about controlling prediabetes risk factors to prevent the development of diabetes.

Abstract: In Indonesia, the prevalence of schizophrenia/psychosis is around 6.7 per 1000 households. Hallucinations are a condition that befalls individuals with mental disorders which results in changes in the patient's subjective… e perception, which is characterized by the patient experiencing sensations such as sound, sight, taste and touch without any clear stimulation. If not treated immediately, the symptoms will get worse and can cause harm. self. One effective method for controlling schizophrenia is to encourage people to interact or converse with other people. The benefit of the activity is that it prevents hallucinations from occurring. The aim of the research is to determine the description of nursing care for patients with schizophrenic auditory hallucinations with a focus on the act of conversing with other people. Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts.  The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. It was concluded that the technique of conversing with other people can prevent signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.

IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI MUROTTAL UNTUK MENGONTROL HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA

Abstract: Mental disorders are stressors that can cause changes in a person's thinking, perception, behavior, and feelings. Schizophrenia is a psychotic mental disorder that has positive, negative, and cognitive signs and symptoms.… . The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

Manajemen Pembelajaran pada Prodi PGMI dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Spiritual Mahasiswa di Institut Daarul Qur’an Jakarta

Abstract: This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews, observation, and documentation to obtain in-depth data related to the implementation of learning management and its influence on spiritual… itual intelligence. Using a descriptive analysis approach, the author identified findings in the field related to learning management in an effort to improve students' spiritual intelligence starting from curriculum planning, organising resources, controlling, supervising, and evaluating to run the learning process well. The results showed that the implementation of learning management in the PGMI study programme at Institut Daarul Qur'an Jakarta significantly contributed to improving students' spiritual intelligence. Programmes such as the Daqu Method and Tahsin & Tahfiz Intensive courses for students, as well as the integration of Islamic values in the curriculum are the main supporting factors. However, the biggest challenge faced is the different educational backgrounds of prospective students which affects their readiness in developing spiritual intelligence. To overcome this, the institute implemented an adjustment strategy through remedial programmes and more intensive personal guidance.

Penerapan Computer Vision Menggunakan Model Yolov8 Untuk Monitoring Kepadatan Pengunjung Ruang Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit

Abstract: Abstract: Hospitals, as healthcare facilities, have a high level of visitor mobility, particularly in inpatient wards. Therefore, visitor control is necessary to maintain patient comfort, safety, and service quality. Manual… ual visitor monitoring is considered ineffective and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement an artificial intelligence-based visitor monitoring system for hospital inpatient wards using computer vision technology. The developed system utilizes the YOLOv8 model as an object detection algorithm to automatically detect and count visitors through a camera. Visitor information is displayed through a desktop-based monitoring interface and is equipped with warning notifications via the Telegram application and an automatic alarm if the number of visitors exceeds the limit set by hospital policy. Test results show that the system is capable of performing well in detecting and counting visitors in real time, as well as sending information and warnings responsively. Thus, this system is considered effective as a technology-based hospital management support solution in controlling inpatient ward density and making decisions more quickly and accurately.        Keywords: hospital; inpatient ward; computer vision; yolov8; visitor monitoring Abstrak: Rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki tingkat mobilitas pengunjung yang tinggi, khususnya pada ruang rawat inap, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian jumlah pengunjung untuk menjaga kenyamanan, keselamatan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan. Pemantauan jumlah pengunjung secara manual dinilai kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan jumlah pengunjung ruang rawat inap rumah sakit berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan teknologi computer vision. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan model YOLOv8 sebagai algoritma object detection untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara otomatis melalui kamera. Informasi jumlah pengunjung ditampilkan melalui antarmuka pemantauan berbasis desktop dan dilengkapi dengan notifikasi peringatan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta alarm otomatis apabila jumlah pengunjung melebihi batas yang ditetapkan sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara real-time, serta mengirimkan informasi dan peringatan secara responsif. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai efektif sebagai solusi pendukung manajemen rumah sakit berbasis teknologi dalam pengendalian kepadatan ruang rawat inap dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. PENERAPAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA TOKO ARIF JAYA

It offers various necessities, such as office… ffice supplies, household items, toys, and other essential goods. The main issue faced by the store is that the inventory often falls short, leading to stockouts, which disappoints customers and decreases sales. This problem can be attributed to various factors, one of which is the efficiency of the supply chain. A smooth supply chain is crucial for a business that distributes goods. Toko Arif Jaya often faces stock shortages, which result in customer dissatisfaction and a decline in sales. To address this issue, it is proposed to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system is designed to facilitate real-time inventory control, ensuring better product availability and enhancing customer satisfaction. With this SCM, Toko Arif Jaya can respond to market demand more quickly and accurately, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize inventory management. Currently, if the store's inventory is low or out of stock, Toko Arif Jaya still uses the traditional method of contacting suppliers through WhatsApp to restock. Based on the above problems, a system will be developed to assist the store owner and suppliers in controlling inventory data by implementing Supply Chain Management using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of the Supply Chain Management method will facilitate real-time inventory monitoring for both suppliers and store owners, thereby ensuring efficient distribution of goods to end-users. Toko ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2016 oleh pemiliknya yaitu Bapak Muhammad Nur Arifin. Toko tersebut  menyediakan kebutuhan seperti alat tulis kantor, perlengkapan rumah tangga, mainan dan kebutuhan lainnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada toko tersebut adalah persediaan barang sering kali  tidak mencukupi yang menyebabkan kehabisan stok di toko sehingga  mengecewakan pelanggan dan mengurangi penjualan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya ialah kelancaran rantai pasokannya. Kelancaran rantai pasokan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang menyalurkan barang. Toko Arif Jaya menghadapi masalah kekurangan stok barang yang sering kali menyebabkan kekecewaan pelanggan dan penurunan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah kontrol persediaan barang secara real-time, sehingga memastikan ketersediaan produk yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan SCM ini, Toko Arif Jaya dapat merespons permintaan pasar lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris. Selama ini jika persediaan barang pada toko telah berkurang atau sampai kehabisan, Toko Arif Jaya masih menggunakan cara lama dalam menghubungi pihak supplier yang terkait melalui whatsapp untuk memasok barangnya lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu pemilik toko serta supplier dalam mengontrol data persediaan barang dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan metode Supply Chain Management akan memudahkan pihak supllier dan pemilik toko dalam mengetahui persediaan toko secara realtime sehingga kegiatan penyaluran barang kepada pemakai akhir. Implementasi Algoritma Apriori Pada Toko Mitashop

Abstract: Abstract: MitaShop shop is a shop that sells various kinds of cosmetic products. Currently, the MitaShop Store records sales transactions with a notebook, the fulfillment of cosmetic supplies is still in the estimate, so… there is often a buildup of products that rarely sell and there is no daily report data so that store owners cannot quickly refill products. From these problems, a Data Mining system was created which aims to minimize and maximize the supply of cosmetic products. By using the Apriori Algorithm method, which is to calculate the highest frequency value to be able to find out the results of selling cosmetic products. So the results of this study can provide an overview to store owners in managing and controlling the pattern of inventory of cosmetic products at MitaShop Stores better.   Keywords: Apriori Algorithm; Data Mining; Inventory     Abstrak: Toko MitaShop adalah toko yang menjual berbagai macam produk kosmetik. Saat ini Toko MitaShop melakukan pencatatan transaksi penjualan dengan buku catatan, pemenuhan persediaan kosmetik masih dalam perkiraan sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan produk yang jarang laku dan belum adanya data laporan harian sehingga pemilik Toko tidak bisa dengan cepat melakukan pengisian produk kembali. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah sistem Data Mining yang bertujuan untuk meminimal dan maksimalkan persediaan produk kosmetik. Dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Apriori yaitu menghitung nilai frekuensi tertinggi untuk dapat mengetahui hasil penjualan produk kosmetik. Maka hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran kepada pemilik toko dalam mengatur dan mengontrol pola persediaan produk kosmetik di Toko MitaShop dengan lebih baik lagi. Penerapan Model Scrum dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat

Abstract: Abstract:Application of the Scrum model in the design of research and community service information systems (Case study at STMIK Lombok), the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) is an activity unit that functions… unctions to manage all research and community service activities carried out by lecturers in connection with the lecturer improving the quality of the lecturer. The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Presentation of information in this system includes lecturer data input, input of research proposal, dedication proposal input, print decision letter and report data input.             Keywords:Information Systems Research and Community Service, SCRUM Method     Abstrak:Penerapan model Scrum dalam perancangan sistem informasi penelititan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (Studi kasus di STMIK Lombok), Lembaga Penelititan dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPPM) adalah sebuah unit kegiatan yang berfungsi mengelola semua kegiatan penelititan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakasanakan oleh dosen dalam kaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas dosen tersebut. Adapun perumusan masalahnya bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sehingga mempermudah dalam proses pengajuan proposal, penerimaan, seleksi, review, persetujuan, pengontrolan pelaksanaan dan mempermudah pelaporan. metode pengembangan sistemnnya menggunakan metode Scrum, uraian dari tahap-tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Scrum yaitu : Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint dan Working Increment Of The Software. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk melakukan kemudahan dalam pengajuan usulan proposal penelitian maupun pengabdian dan pelaporan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang sedang dilakukan oleh dosen. Pendampingan Penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Pada UMKM Pengolahan Abon Lele

Abstract: Suole MSME is a catfish floss producer committed to enhancing product quality through the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.  Implementation is carried out by development and… d verification of the production process flow diagram, hazard identification, determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs), and establishment of critical limits. This community service activity aimed to provide knowledge and assistance in HACCP implementation to enhance food safety, product quality, and competitiveness. The activity was conducted from October to December 2024 at UMKM Suole, and included interviews, field observations, and HACCP assistance and analysis. The results show that the catfish floss production process involves several critical stages that require monitoring, such as raw material reception, meat separation, frying, and packaging. Hazard identification and determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs) have been carried out to prevent biological, chemical, and physical contamination. The importance of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining sanitation, and controlling processing time and temperature was emphasized. Improving the understanding of HACCP among MSME actors is a key factor in effective hazard control and achieving food safety. Keywords: catfish floss; food safety; HACCP; hazard   Abstrak: UMKM Suole merupakan salah satu produsen abon lele yang berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Penerapan dilakukan dengan penyusunan dan verifikasi diagram alir proses produksi abon lele, identifikasi bahaya, serta penetapan CCP dan batas kritis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan pendampingan penerapan HACCP guna meningkatkan keamanan pangan, mutu, dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober hingga Desember 2024 di UMKM Suole, meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta pendampingan dan analisis HACCP. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi abon lele mencakup beberapa tahap penting yang memerlukan pengawasan, seperti penerimaan bahan baku, pemisahan daging, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Telah dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penetapan titik kendali kritis (CCP) untuk mencegah kontaminasi biologis, kimia, dan fisik. Selain itu, ditekankan pentingnya penyusunan SOP, sanitasi, serta pengendalian suhu dan waktu proses. Peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap HACCP menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengendalian bahaya dan pencapaian keamanan pangan produk. Kata kunci: abon lele; bahaya; HACCP; keamanan pangan
