This study examines the influence of work-life balance and career development on the organizational commitment of operational employees at the Rimba Belian Palm Oil Mill Unit, Region 5, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV. A quantitative associative design was employed, involving all 114 operational employees through a census approach. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression after completing instrument and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that work-life balance and career development each have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Both variables also jointly contribute significantly to strengthening employees’ commitment to the organization. Work-life balance showed a relatively stronger contribution, suggesting that employees’ ability to manage work demands and personal responsibilities is particularly important in a shift-based operational environment. This study extends the discussion of organizational commitment to the palm oil agro-industry, which remains less frequently examined than service and public-sector organizations. The findings imply that management should improve shift arrangements, rest periods, access to training, and the transparency of promotion and career development processes to maintain employees’ long-term commitment

s and hypothesis testing with SEM-AMOS version 23. The population of this study consists of users of online food delivery applications across Indonesia, with the unit of analysis being individuals. Data for this study were obtained from 135 respondents who filled out an online questionnaire based on a purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate that discount framing has a positive effect on brand reputation and e-satisfaction. Brand reputation positively affects e-satisfaction. E-satisfaction positively impacts e-loyalty. This indicates that the higher the discount framing, the better the brand reputation and e-satisfaction for ordering food. Furthermore, the better the brand reputation, the higher the e-satisfaction, and the higher the e-satisfaction, the better the e-loyalty in ordering food through online food delivery applications. The implications of these results for application owners are to understand the influence of discount framing, brand reputation, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, so they can formulate strategies and policies related to these factors. Meanwhile, the implication for application users is that they can use applications that offer discount framing that suits their needs.

This community service activity was conducted in the form of material preparation for the Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) organized by the Student Association (HIMA) of Economic Education on August 9, 2026, at Villa Cantik, with the theme "The Urgency of Leadership." A total of 55 students participated as event participants. The material presented focuses on talent management within organizations, covering the identification of member potential, competency development strategies, and mapping the regeneration of management. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, and organizational case studies. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of talent management, marked by high enthusiasm in discussions and the participants' ability to formulate strategies for managing members' potential in organizational case simulations. This activity made a tangible contribution to strengthening students' leadership capacities and opened up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between academics and student organizations within the Economics Education Study Program

of patients attending the Maternal and Child Health (KIA) clinic at Andalas Public Health Center, Padang. The activity was conducted on April 6, 2026, involving 20 participants. Education was delivered through lectures, discussion, question-and-answer sessions, and demonstrations. Knowledge was assessed using a 20-item questionnaire before and after education. The mean score increased from 14.45 at pretest to 16.10 at posttest, with a mean increase of 1.65 points. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p=0.009). The activity indicates that structured health education can improve participants’ immediate knowledge of ARI prevention and home care. Continued education integrated with KIA services is recommended.

Metodologi yang diaplikasikan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi lapangan (field research). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 informan multi-sektoral (tokoh agama, adat, masyarakat, aparat TNI/Polri, dan pemuda), serta dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manifestasi kenakalan remaja yang dominan menjadi pemicu friksi dan integrasi destruktif antar-desa meliputi konsumsi minuman keras (sopi dan sageru), perkelahian kelompok, perjudian, dan disfungsi interaksi dalam pacaran inter-desa yang memicu polarisasi komunal serta kerugian material dan imaterial. Dalam tinjauan Pendidikan Islam, fenomena kemerosotan moralitas ini diakibatkan oleh minimalnya internalisasi nilai spritual dan kedangkalan rekonstruksi akhlak anak. Pendidikan Agama Islam memainkan peranan krusial tidak hanya sebatas fungsi kognitif (ta'lim), melainkan harus dioptimalkan dalam dimensi pembentukan karakter (ta'dib) dan pengasuhan spiritual secara holistik (tarbiyah) lintas lingkungan keluarga, lembaga formal, dan instrumen kemasyarakatan guna meminimalisir deviasi sosial remaja.

p between family characteristics and the incidence of stunting among children aged 24–59 months in Nagari Sinuruik, within the working area of Talu Public Health Center. This study used a quantitative descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted from February to August 2024, with data collection carried out from June 26 to 30, 2024. The study population consisted of 85 children aged 24–59 months, with a sample of 46 respondents selected using random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 26 toddlers (56.5%) experienced stunting, 28 respondents (60.9%) had poor nutritional knowledge, 28 respondents (60.9%) had a lower educational level, and 24 respondents (52.2%) had low family income. There were significant relationships between maternal knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p=0.007), maternal education and the incidence of stunting (p=0.012), and family income and the incidence of stunting (p=0.009). The study concluded that maternal knowledge, maternal education, and family income were associated with the incidence of stunting among children aged 24–59 months. Public health center staff are expected to continue monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers and improve nutrition education for mothers, adolescents, and prospective brides and grooms.

dge of early stimulation and developmental screening outcomes and compared developmental outcomes between stunted and non-stunted toddlers. A quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 125 mother–toddler pairs in the working area of Balaiselasa Public Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency, Indonesia. Maternal knowledge was assessed using a structured questionnaire, developmental status was screened using the Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP), and stunting was determined from length/height-for-age according to age and sex. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Chi-Square test. Moderate maternal knowledge was found in 59 mothers (47.2%). Developmental screening outcomes were appropriate in 68 toddlers (54.4%), questionable in 48 (38.4%), and deviant in 9 (7.2%). Maternal knowledge was associated with developmental screening outcomes (χ²=10.187; df=4; p=0.037; Cramer’s V=0.202). Stunting status was also associated with developmental category (χ²=6.279; df=2; p=0.043). Because some expected cell counts were below five, the chi-square findings should be confirmed using an exact or Monte Carlo test. The findings support integrated maternal education, developmental screening, growth monitoring, and nutritional follow-up in primary health services.

Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konversi agama merupakan proses transformasi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang mendalam dan berlangsung secara bertahap, meliputi fase kegelisahan batin, pencarian spiritual, perjumpaan dengan ajaran baru, pengambilan keputusan, hingga tahap komitmen. Proses ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti krisis identitas dan pencarian makna hidup, serta faktor eksternal yang mencakup keluarga, komunitas, relasi sosial, dan peran media digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konversi agama bukan sekadar perpindahan identitas formal, melainkan proses pendidikan jiwa yang membutuhkan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Pembinaan bagi pelaku konversi (muallaf) perlu mengintegrasikan konsep dasar psikologi pendidikan Islam secara holistic yakni fitrah, tarbiyah, ta’lim, ta’dib, dan tazkiyatun nafs dengan pendekatan yang humanis dan empatik agar terbentuk identitas keberagamaan yang sehat dan matang.
