l figures in the governance of educational institutions, school principals play a multidimensional role, encompassing strategic, managerial, pedagogical, and symbolic functions that simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the school organization. The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. This research uses a literature study research methodology or library research, which is the process of collecting materials related to research from books, journals, literature, and other publications that deserve to be used as sources for further research by the author. As a result, there are five points of Islamic education in the implementation of aqiqah, namely the value of faith education which shows that aqiqah as a form of obedience in religion, the value of worship education which shows that aqiqah as a form of self-sacrifice to Allah, the value of moral education which shows that aqiqah as an effort to form morality, the value of social education which shows that aqiqah can strengthen the bonds of friendship, and the value of health education which shows that aqiqah is carried out by slaughtering healthy animals and not defective, and halal for consumption. A frequent challenge encountered by educational institutions is the discrepancy between actual needs and the allocation of facilities and infrastructure, potentially leading to resource inefficiencies and degradation of educational service quality. Hence, an in-depth investigation into comprehensive strategic planning mechanisms is imperative to support precise, data-driven decision-making processes. This study employs a literature review methodology, integrating diverse scholarly sources, including indexed international journals, academic textbooks, national education policies, and other pertinent documents, to delineate an adaptive and sustainable conceptual framework for strategic planning. The findings affirm that the strategic planning process for educational facilities and infrastructure encompasses three principal stages: (1) empirical and prospective needs analysis, taking into account learner dynamics and curricular changes; (2) budget planning prioritizing fiscal efficiency and optimal resource utilization; and (3) procurement prioritization based on urgency, relevance, and impact on educational quality enhancement. The scope of facilities and infrastructure planned includes various categories ranging from physical infrastructure, consumables, immovable assets, to modern educational technology devices. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a holistic and participatory strategic planning model that accommodates the needs of all stakeholders and adapts to the evolving global educational landscape. Practical implications of this study are anticipated to reinforce governance in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, ensuring effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability, while simultaneously supporting national educational transformation toward superior quality and heightened competitiveness.

Students respond positively to teachers' loyalty as an inspirational model, forming strong faith values and having a long-term impact on their outlook on life. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership and teacher professionalism, with a contribution of 61.1%, indicating that the majority of improvements in teacher professionalism are shaped by the quality of leadership practiced. Supportive and participatory leadership, reinforced by continuous academic supervision, is proven to enhance teachers’ capacities, strengthen work motivation, and create a professional environment conducive to effective student guidance. These outcomes demonstrate that the effectiveness of guidance is not solely influenced by individual teacher competence but also by leadership structures that direct, facilitate, and optimize educator performance systematically. This study concludes that the madrasah principal holds a central role as a driver of improved guidance quality through the application of visionary, adaptive, and human-resource-oriented leadership, whose implications may serve as a basis for formulating strategies to enhance teacher competence and strengthen educational leadership models within madrasah institutions.

This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

The findings indicate that Essentialism makes a significant contribution to strengthening the foundations of faith, shaping Christian character, and internalizing core Christian values that are normative and sustainable. Conversely, Reconstructionism positions CRE as a means of social renewal that encourages learners to actively engage in justice, social responsibility, and societal transformation. The integration of these two philosophical approaches enables CRE to develop holistically by balancing spiritual, moral, and social dimensions within the educational process. The conclusion of this study affirms that Essentialism and Reconstructionism possess strategic relevance as a philosophical foundation for contextual and transformative Christian Religious Education.
