Ramadhanul Ikhsan, Cisia Padila, Erman, Radhiatul Hasnah
Abstract: The importance of Islamic education in the lives of all individuals cannot be ignored. Education is considered an important means to achieve life goals, both in happiness in this world and the hereafter. One of the basics… s of Islamic education that is used as a reference is the hadith. In this article, researchers present the important role of hadith in the context of Islamic education. The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

Abstract: The conclusion of this study indicates that the implementation of offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office has proceeded adequately. Evaluation of offensive strategy indicators, such as the approach… among colleagues, shows a significant improvement. Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Sri Anggraini Kusuma Dewi
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal responsibility of banks towards customers in cases of personal data leaks, examine the extent of legal protection provided to customers, and describe efforts that can be… made to minimize the risk of data leaks. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.

Erlina Widayanti Djatnicka, Dian Sulistyorini Wulandari, Mainatul Khasanah
Abstract: This study investigates the influence of Accounting Knowledge and Education on the quality of MSME financial reports, focusing on the moderating role of SAK EMKM Socialization (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for… or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Using survey data collected from MSME operators, the research reveals that accounting knowledge has a strong positive relationship with financial reporting quality. Education also plays a positive but weaker role, suggesting significant potential for improvement. The study finds that the socialization of SAK EMKM significantly improves the quality of MSME financial reports but does not moderate the relationship between either accounting knowledge or education and financial report quality. These findings suggest that education and accounting knowledge are fundamental in improving MSME financial reporting practices, while SAK EMKM socialization is more effective for MSMEs with limited financial literacy. This research highlights the need for tailored training programs and socialization efforts to address the specific needs of MSMEs, ensuring that all operators, regardless of educational background, can produce high-quality financial reports in line with established standards.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Canva Assisted Mission Based Learning Version on students' Physics learning outcomes on the Measurement material of class X Semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan in the… he 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15. Based on the pre-test homogeneity test, it was obtained Fcount = 1.162 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.162) < Ftable (2.48), then the pretest research fact turned out to be homogeneous, then the publish-check homogeneity test obtained Fcount = 1.213 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.213) < Ftable (2.48) then the post-test research data is homogeneous, then the statistical test (one-tailed t-test) obtained tcount = 2.67 and ttable = 1.70 at a significance level of α = 0.05, with dk as much as 28. Because tcount > ttable, being unique (2.67 > 1.70), this indicates that there may be a very large effect of the Canva Assisted learning-based task version on Physics students gaining knowledge about the results in the problem of interweaving of sophistication X Semester I personal strengths of the Parulian 2 Medan faculty in the 2023/2024 academic year.

ANALYSIS OF MARRIAGE LAW THROUGH MOBILE TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION DEVICES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC LAW

Tatang
Abstract: Marriage from an Islamic legal perspective through mobile phone communication is a new issue, as there is no standard fiqh book on this matter. The validity of marriage through telecommunications does not yet have its own… n legal status because the Marriage Law 1 of 1974 does not regulate the law of prenuptial agreements. Legal analysis of the Islamic legal concept of marriage through telecommunications requires a search for law ( rechtsvinding ) by judges as conservative parties. Even in lawless environments, there are attempts to violate or break well-enforced rules and regulations. Efforts to interpret existing law properly can be applied in all future cases, because the law is sometimes unclear, incomplete, or not up-to-date ( rechtsvinding ). In other words, judges must adapt the law to more serious cases, because existing law cannot cover all social phenomena.
