Abstract: This in-depth research on "The Influence of Transformational Leadership in Improving the Performance of Educational Organizations" uses a qualitative library research method. The main focus of this research is to understand… and how transformational leadership affects organizational culture, employee motivation, and academic performance in educational settings. The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

With the rapid growth of Sharia-based financial industries, the need for effective dispute resolution… in accordance with Sharia economic principles becomes increasingly pressing. Arbitration is considered a relevant alternative compatible with Islamic law in handling Sharia economic conflicts. This study will trace the Islamic legal principles applicable in arbitration and analyze the success and challenges of Sharia economic dispute resolution through the arbitration process. Additionally, the research will review the role of arbitration institutions and regulations supporting Sharia dispute resolution. Thus, this study provides in-depth insights into the potential of arbitration as an effective means of resolving Sharia economic disputes and its contribution to the global development of Sharia-based financial systems.

QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF PORKCINE CONTENT ON NUGGET AND MEATBALLS CIRCULATING IN THE CITY OF MAMUJU

Abstract: Halal food means food that is permitted under Islamic law and meets the requirements, namely that it does not contain any ingredients that are not permitted under Islamic law. The absence of information regarding the halal… al food contained in food sold in Mamuju City means that it is necessary to carry out research that can provide information regarding the halalness of food products sold by traders in Mamuju City, especially instant food or ready-to-eat food that does not have a halal brand, logo or permit. BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency). This research aims to detect pork contamination in unbranded nuggets and meatballs sold by producers and traders in Mamuju. The method used was to carry out tests using a Porkcine detection kit on unbranded nugget and meatball food samples. The positive control used was a sample of processed meat containing pork. The test results showed that all food samples of nuggets (3 types) and meatballs (3 types) did not contain pork protein (negative results). This way the food is safe for consumption. This way the food is safe for consumption. Even though in this study the food tested negative contained non-halal food ingredients, consumers should still be careful in choosing the food they want to consume, especially products that do not have the product name, list of ingredients used, net weight or net content, name and address of the party. Who produces or imports, halal for those required, production date and code, expiration information, distribution permit number, and the origin of certain food ingredients

Motivasi Orang Tua terhadap Pembentukan Moral Siswa

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low moral education of students. The moral formation of students depends on the people who shape them and their environmental situations. Madrasah is one of the Islamic educational institutions&#8230; tutions that can determine and shape students' personalities. In general, the aim of this research is to determine the reality of moral formation, the influence of parents' motivation for choosing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah on the moral formation of Class I MI MQ An-Nuur Sindangsari Kasomalang students, as well as the relationship between parents' motivation for choosing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the moral formation of Class I MI MQ An students. -Nuur Sindangsari Kasomalang. The method used in this research is a survey research method. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the reality value reached 4.11 in the effective category. From the t test calculation, the sig value is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence between parental motivation and the moral formation of Class I MI MQ An-Nuur Sindangsari Kasomalang students. From the results of correlation calculations, the value of sig.0.043 <0.05 is obtained, so it is concluded that there is a relationship between parental motivation and moral formation.

Website-Based Online Sales Information System at the Sarto Sapi Company

Abstract: The Sarto Sapi Company is one of the providers of cattle sales services which is located in Jebol Hamlet RT 001 RW 007, Donohudan, Regency Boyolali, with sales still done manually. Objective The research is the development&#8230; nt of a website-based online sales information system for the Sarto Sapi Company to facilitate access for customers who want to shop online without having to come directly to the Sarto Sapi Company. The website developed is a means of selling cattle as well as a means of conveying information to the public. The method used in developing a website-based online sales information system at the Sarto Sapi Company is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is used to determine system requirements, the next step is the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. Development of a Website-Based Online Sales Information System at the Sarto Sapi Company, researchers used notepad++ software, sublime text, the PHP programming language, and MySQLi database. Kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Thailand dalam Penanggulangan HIV AIDS

Abstract: Introduction:  WHO's global health sector strategy 2022–2030 on HIV goals to reduce HIV infections from 1.5 million by 2020 to 335,000 by 2030, and deaths from 680,000 in 2020 to below 240,000 by 2030. The Southeast Asia&#8230; sia Regional Action Plan (RAP) for HIV (2017–2021) provides a clear vision of "zero new infections, zero HIV-related deaths, and zero discrimination" and a goal to "End the AIDS epidemic as a health threat by 2030".  Methods: Qualitative research by understanding the phenomenon of what the research subjects experienced, In this study, the authors used a descriptive method, which aims to describe the facts of the Indonesian government's policy and the Thai government's policy in tackling HIV AIDS cases in each country. Results: People diagnosed with HIV should be offered and associated with antiretroviral treatment (ART) as soon as possible after diagnosis and monitored periodically using clinical and laboratory parameters, including tests to measure the virus in the blood (viral load). Indonesia's policies in dealing with HIV AIDS are: Government Policy, Treatment, treatment and support for PLHIV, Conducive Environment, Sustainability of Countermeasures. Meanwhile, Thailand's state policy is: Prevention, Treatment and treatment, Cooperation in countermeasures and creating a conducive environment for PLHIV. Conclusion: It is known that in principle, the prevention and treatment of HIV AIDS refers to the world health organization and is developed based on the needs of each local government by looking at several ethnicities, races and religions as strategies in accelerating their prevention

ACCURACY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF THE WELLERMAN’S FOLKSONG TRANSLATION

Abstract: An English folksong entitled The Wellerman became popular in Indonesia recently. Therefore, the accuracy and acceptability in folksong were important to be investigated. This paper reported the accuracy and acceptability&#8230; of English into Indonesian translation in a folksong entitled The Wellerman. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In addition, this research combined with purposive sampling technique. Nababan translation quality assessment framework was used to investigate the accuracy and acceptability of the folksong. The whole The Wellerman’s lyrics consist of 28 lines which was then assessed by the raters in terms of its accuracy and acceptability. The raters were 2 translators and 1 writer. The raters were purposely chosen to conduct reliable results of the accuracy and acceptability. This study found the average score of the accuracy was 2. 35 with 198 total scores and the average score of the acceptability was 2.48 with 209 total scores. The result indicates that the translation was relatively accurate and acceptable for the raters. However, it needs further improvement to maintain the context of the source text (ST) in the target text (TT) to reach an accuracy and acceptability in The Wellerman folksong. This study implied that it is crucial to maintain the imagery, narration, and the context of folksong translation. 

EXPLORING THE UNIQUENESS AND DISTINCTIVENESS OF TIMOR LESTE CULTURE THROUGH STORY AND NARRATIVE EXPLORATION: AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING TOURISM DESTINATION PROMOTION

Abstract: culture through the exploration of stories and narratives, as well as analyze the factors that influence the promotion of tourism destinations in this region. The research method used is qualitative with the main source&#8230; of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has had various impacts on regional and urban developments. This phenomenon affects the planning and development process, forcing a correction in development planning in Indonesia. Development planning&#8230; ing can be started within the scope of small area given that the concept of development in Indonesia refers to development from below and from above. RW I Kelurahan Kramas is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so it requires mitigation of development planning within the scope of an area oriented towards social disaster mitigation. This community development activity aims to produce planning documents that are oriented towards social disaster mitigation but still consider the sustainability aspects of an area and can serve as a guide for policy makers in formulating development programs in RW I Kelurahan Kramas. This planning document formulating uses a Rational Comprehensive Planning (RCP) analysis method by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of an area. The data collection method used in this service was through interviews and secondary data search. The results obtained in this analysis are 6 groups of development directions, namely improving the quality of infrastructure, improving health and safety, building layout, improving environmental quality, increasing the economy and improving the aesthetics of the area.

Multicultural Education Perspective Islamic Philosophy Of Education

Abstract: This article discusses the concept of multicultural education from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. The diversity that exists in this country can lead to conflict due to differences in ethnicity, culture,&#8230; e, religion, and so on, if not based on tolerance for each other. Multicultural education is an educational process that develops the full potential of humans who have different cultures, nationalities, and religions. The concept of multicultural education is expected to minimize conflicts that arise from differences in perspectives, attitudes, culture, and so on in society. In Islam, Islamic educational philosophy is a science that studies various issues related to education, such as humans as subjects and objects of education, curriculum, methods, environment, teachers, and so on based on Islamic teachings sourced from the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The Qur'an discusses the concept of multicultural education a lot, such as the concept of mutual recognition and respect for various cultures, races and religions, including Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 and Surah Ar Rum verse 22.
