Abstract: The beauty service industry has experienced rapid growth in recent years, particularly in specialized services such as nail art. In a highly competitive market, service quality and consumer satisfaction are considered critical… itical factors influencing purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and consumer satisfaction on consumer purchase decisions at Glosse Nail Studio. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from customers of Glosse Nail Studio through structured questionnaires. Service quality is measured using dimensions adapted from SERVQUAL, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Consumer satisfaction is measured based on customers’ overall evaluation of service performance, while purchase decision is assessed through indicators reflecting consumer intention and actual buying behavior. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction also significantly influences purchase decisions. Simultaneously, service quality and consumer satisfaction significantly affect purchase decisions, indicating that higher perceived service performance leads to greater customer satisfaction and ultimately strengthens purchasing decisions.

THE IMPACT OF INSTAGRAM INSIGHT UTILIZATION ON CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISIONS AT RUMAH MADU IN BANDAR LAMPUNG

Ilham Maulana Ramadhan, Suci Asfarani
Abstract: The rapid development of digital marketing has significantly transformed business strategies, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Instagram has evolved beyond a social networking platform into… a strategic marketing tool equipped with analytical features such as Instagram Insight. This study aims to examine the effect of Instagram Insight utilization on consumer purchase decisions at Rumah Madu, an MSME operating in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 92 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The independent variable is the utilization of Instagram Insight, measured through three dimensions: follower demographic analysis, follower active time analysis, and content performance analysis. The dependent variable is consumer purchase decision. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), simple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results suggest that Instagram Insight functions primarily as an internal strategic evaluation tool rather than a direct determinant of consumer purchasing behavior. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature by highlighting the gap between analytic tool utilization and actual consumer conversion in MSMEs. Practical implications emphasize the need for better data interpretation skills and integrated marketing strategies beyond analytics usage alone.

THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE, PRICE, PROMOTION, AND DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS ON PURCHASE DECISIONS OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED INDUSTRIAL LED LIGHTING

Laksmi, Devi, Ahidin, Udin, Kasmad
Abstract: This study explores the role of brand image, price, promotion, and distribution channels in shaping consumer purchasing decisions for domestically produced industrial LED lighting products. A quantitative research approach… ch was employed using a survey method, with data analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the proposed model is statistically significant, demonstrating that all marketing mix elements jointly influence purchasing decisions. Each variable also shows a positive and significant individual effect, with distribution channels emerging as the most influential factor in driving consumer decisions. This suggests that ease of access, product availability, and effective distribution play a critical role in the adoption of industrial LED products. The novelty of this research lies in empirically integrating marketing mix factors within the context of domestically manufactured LED products, an area that has received limited scholarly attention. The study offers practical implications for manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of strengthening distribution strategies and aligning pricing and promotional efforts to enhance consumer purchasing decisions

HIERARCHICAL REGRESSION MODELING TO DETERMINE THE DOMINANT MICRO-MACRO ECONOMIC FACTORS IN THE SHARIA STOCK SECTOR

Akbar, Aldi
Abstract: The health pandemic several years ago had a significant impact on various sectors, especially companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was motivated by fluctuations in the price of sharia stocks or the… e Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) after the Indonesian government officially lifted the pandemic status. By combining macroeconomic and company fundamental factors with hierarchical regression analysis techniques, this study aims to identify which combination of factors influences the return on shares in this sector after the pandemic. The results show that the performance of returns on shares in the sharia sector is dominated by fundamental factors, namely Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Return on Assets (ROA). The main finding from this research is that post-pandemic, the performance of the Islamic stock sector is still dominated by corporate fundamental factors, which are efficiency and profitability. The limitation of this research lies in the data range, and it would be very interesting to continue with a longer time period. The technical contribution of this research is that it can provide an overview for investors when deciding to invest, so that they can focus more on corporate fundamental factors first.

Rita J D Atarwaman, Kezia S Souhoka, Nailah Atmaranti Salim Huath, Devin Wacanno
Abstract: This study examines the effect of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. Financial performance… rformance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). CSR is measured through a disclosure index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards using content analysis. This research employs a quantitative associative approach with secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of seven cement companies. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that efficient asset utilization enhances market perception. CSR disclosure also shows a positive and significant effect on firm value, supporting the legitimacy theory that socially responsible practices strengthen corporate reputation and investor confidence. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial performance and sustainability strategies to enhance firm value, particularly in capital-intensive and environmentally sensitive industries such as cement.
