The system development adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UML-based system design (Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams), implementation using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, as well as functional testing through the black-box method. The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. Overall, the system enables a more organized, accountable administrative process and supports the campus digitalization program.

h Petatal is committed to providing quality education but still faces limitations in applying technology to evaluate student learning. The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.

. This study aims to optimize bread product sales by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze daily sales performance at Toko Roti Amin. The data used includes sales volume and transaction frequency for bread products, consisting of 356 data points. The results show that the bread products can be grouped into three clusters: 129 data in the “Good Sales” cluster, 28 data in the “Moderate Sales” cluster, and 199 data in the “Low Sales” cluster. These findings assist bakery owners in managing stock, production planning, and more targeted marketing strategies. Although there are limitations in using K-Means Clustering, such as dependence on the initial centroid selection, this study proves that applying this technique can enhance inventory management and maximize profit in the bakery business.

BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS. The students implemented six main programs: establishing a reading corner; collaborating with the integrated health post (Posyandu) through elderly exercise, nutrition education, and supplementary feeding; renovating and organizing the village maternity post (Polindes); conducting greening and community clean-up activities at schools and the village; organizing the 17th August 2025 Independence Day celebration; and developing MSMEs based on egg-laying ducks into salted eggs and salted egg crackers. Methods employed included participatory observation, socialization, mentoring, hands-on practice, and active participation in socio-cultural activities. Evaluation was conducted through discussions with partners, field notes, and visual documentation. The results showed an improvement in literacy, the establishment of healthy habits among children and the elderly, a greener environment, successful organization of the Independence Day celebration, and increased economic value of local MSMEs. The program also enhanced students’ soft skills and strengthened synergy among students, villagers, and village officials, thus providing a positive impact on the community capacity of Buatan I Village.

Public speaking is a crucial skill in various aspects of life, ranging from education to the professional world. This ability not only helps in academic presentations but also impacts how a person communicates and influences others. At the high school level and equivalent, students begin preparing for the next stage in their education or entering the workforce. Many challenges arise for students when speaking in front of an audience in a formal setting and explaining their presentations. Students face difficulties due to a lack of self-confidence, nervousness, panic, and a lack of mastery over the material they will present. In addition to a lack of self-confidence, other challenges include limited vocabulary, low communication skills, fear of judgment from others, and insufficient preparation. Basic public speaking training at Al Ma'shum High School in Kisaran would be highly beneficial for students to boost their self-confidence, enhance their communication skills, sharpen their critical and logical thinking abilities, and equip them for entering the workforce. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.

The study analyzes organizational effectiveness based on four indicators: Human Relations (focusing on organizational involvement), Open System Model (adaptation and innovation), Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model (productivity and goal achievement). The results show that in Kampung Jaya Makmur, the head of the farmer group association has never conducted socialization or training for farmer groups on how to produce or provide natural fertilizers using locally available materials, despite the uncertainty of continuous fertilizer supply. The effectiveness of farmer group associations in empowering the community is highly needed to support farmers in becoming more independent. Farmer group associations can provide services such as access to technological information and capital, as well as establish partnerships with external parties. This study recommends that farmer group associations strengthen participation and member involvement through more regular deliberation forums and active engagement of all levels of farmers. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the use of technology and alternative agricultural methods, such as organic fertilizers, and to expand training and mentoring programs so that farmers can reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers.
