Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan kemampuan model menjelaskan variasi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 60,1%. Variabel harga memiliki kontribusi yang sedikit lebih besar dibandingkan kualitas produk dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga yang sesuai dengan persepsi nilai pelanggan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan Generasi Z pada industri fashion lokal berbasis digital.

Faktor internal atau kerap kali disebut dengan faktor fundamental ialah faktor yang menyangkut kapasitas entitas usaha dalam mengelola sumber daya yang tersedia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio terhadap harga saham melalui ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari masing-masing laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dijadikan bahan analisis statistic guna mengetahui hubungan variabel secara terstruktur mengenai return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, ukuran perusahaan dan harga saham. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 30 perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI 2020-2024 dengan menggunakan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling sehingga didapati 18 perusahaan selama 5 tahun dengan total 90 observasi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS atau structured equation model partial linear square yang dijalankan menggunakan software statistika SMART-PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Pengujian moderasi menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mampu memperkuat pengaruh yang diberikan return on asset, debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan pengaruh current ratio terhadap harga saham tidak mampu dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan.

Similarly, the study underscores the pivotal role of Independent Commissioners in promoting conservative accounting practices. However, their impact is not amplified by Firm Size. The pressures faced by larger firms can lead to more aggressive financial reporting, thereby limiting the effectiveness of Independent Commissioners. Additionally, the Audit Committee is identified as a crucial governance mechanism in fostering Accounting Conservatism, but its effectiveness is also diminished in larger firms due to complex organizational structures. The population in this study were all VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau-Pulau Batu, totaling 25 people, because the population was small, namely only 25 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 25 people. This study used a quantitative method with SMART PLS software data processing. The method of collecting data as a result of the study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 answer options. The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality. (X) with Spiritual Formation (Y) but not significant.

The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.

The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.
