RW I Kelurahan Kramas is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so it requires mitigation of development planning within the scope of an area oriented towards social disaster mitigation. This community development activity aims to produce planning documents that are oriented towards social disaster mitigation but still consider the sustainability aspects of an area and can serve as a guide for policy makers in formulating development programs in RW I Kelurahan Kramas. This planning document formulating uses a Rational Comprehensive Planning (RCP) analysis method by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of an area. The data collection method used in this service was through interviews and secondary data search. The results obtained in this analysis are 6 groups of development directions, namely improving the quality of infrastructure, improving health and safety, building layout, improving environmental quality, increasing the economy and improving the aesthetics of the area.

The results emphasize the importance of a comprehensive understanding of the SKPD accounting cycle to produce accurate financial statements that adhere to established standards. Furthermore, this study reviews existing literature on transparency and accountability in local governments, identifies challenges and opportunities, and offers recommendations to enhance these aspects. By understanding the accrual-based accounting process and advancing transparency and accountability efforts, it is expected that local government financial statements will become more meaningful, reliable, and supportive of better decision-making processes for stakeholders.

trengths and weaknesses of Controlled Speaking Practices and it was also to find whether Controlled Speaking Practices is effective in improving the speaking skill of senior students or not. The study took place at SMA TA’MIRIYAH Surabaya. The school carried out Controlled Speaking Practices in conversation class in the first grade of senior high school students. Qualitative descriptive approach and observation were applied in this study. The writer used recording and field notes as the techniques in conducting observation. The writer analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of controlled speaking practice which were according to three aspects: the result of practicing the task, how the teacher conducted the task, and the way students’ talk in the class. From the data analysis, Controlled Speaking Practices also can indicate that this is the right technique to improve the students’ speaking skill. The researcher concluded that Controlled Speaking Practices might be a tool of practice speaking English which can assist the students to achieve good speaking English.

This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the failure of digital forensic evidence in legal proceedings and to formulate recommendations for improving its validity. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various academic sources that discuss issues of digital evidence validity, forensic standards, and emerging legal challenges. The results of the study indicate that the failure of digital evidence generally stems from non-compliance in the processes of data collection and preservation with chain of custody standards, insufficient competence of law enforcement officers in digital technical aspects, and conflicts between legal requirements and data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. The case study of online gambling 2020, at the South Jakarta District Court confirms that the absence of forensic verification and chain of custody documentation caused the digital evidence to lose its probative value. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized forensic procedures, provide training and certification for law enforcement officials and forensic experts, and develop national guidelines for managing digital evidence aligned with international standards. This research is expected to contribute to strengthening the integrity and validity of digital evidence, thereby enhancing the enforcement of justice in the digital era.

The realisation of the utilisation of profits from productive endowment income at the Raudaturrasyidin DDI Cambalagi Islamic Boarding School. Meanwhile, the management of productive endowments at the Nurul Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School through the boarding school canteen is categorised as productive with a significant increase in income. Meanwhile, the management of productive endowments at the Nahdlatul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School through the mini market Aminah demonstrates productive management of productive endowments on endowed assets, namely the Mini Market Aminah, which is categorised as moderately productive with significant income growth from May to December 2023 and May to December 2024. Each portion of the income from productive endowments at the three boarding schools has a designated allocation for utilisation. On the other hand, development aspects are not being implemented at the pond managed by the al-Irsyad Foundation.

The findings demonstrate that the character Mother in I Am Mother embodies aspects of motherhood through the characteristic of nurturing behavior by providing food, education, protection, and guidance for Daughter’s development additionally, Mother’s strict control and manipulation of Daughter add complexity to the definition of ideal caregiving. This research concludes that I Am Mother reconstructs the concept of motherhood by integrating human and technological elements. The film suggests that nurturing is not limited to biological mother but can also be fulfilled by artificial intellegence.

to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.

whose are essential grammatical elements in complex sentence construction and play a vital role in producing cohesive writing. Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.
