with a case study approach on an educational institution that applies Islamic principles in human resource management, such as trust, justice, and excellence. The research results show that the integration of Islamic values in human resource management significantly improves the performance, loyalty, and satisfaction of educators. However, the challenges in digital literacy are still felt by most educators, even though institutions have provided regular technology training. The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. In conclusion, Human Resource management based on Islamic values, supported by digital technology, is capable of improving performance quality and creating a harmonious work environment that is relevant in addressing the challenges of the digital era.

The results of the analysis show that the CA-Markov model has high accuracy in predicting land use change, and is able to describe the spatial dynamics of built-up land growth. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating environmental aspects in land use planning to achieve sustainable development. The findings are expected to provide useful recommendations for policy makers in managing urban growth, as well as enrich the literature on the application of the CA-Markov model in different contexts.

The results indicate that HRD programs are most efficient when they are congruent with individuals' specific career objectives and professional requirements, and when they have sufficient organizational resources and management support. The identification of challenges such as program rigidity and lack of relevance emphasizes the need for HRD methods that are more flexible and responsive. The research highlights the need of customizing HRD programs to cater to the varied requirements of employees and adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment. The findings provide practical and effective guidance for firms to improve their HRD processes and give stronger support for employee development. Further investigation is recommended to examine the incorporation of emerging technologies in HRD and evaluate their influence on employee engagement and development.

of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.

This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and evaluate 20 relevant articles regarding strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.

In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The success of curriculum implementation is also determined by communication about the implementation plan and support from all resources in implementation.

This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Recommendations from the results of this research are (1) the Dompu Regency Youth and Sports Education Office must provide training related to P5 module design and P5 Assessment to teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu, (2) Principals must collaborate with campus or external parties to conduct training for teachers.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.

of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers
