Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch, with a sample consisting of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.

This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. Abstrak: Toko Vinta Manullang merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian untuk pria, wanita, dan anak-anak. Di era digital saat ini, penerapan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun dan meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, implementasi Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) semakin diperlukan untuk mengelola interaksi pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-CRM dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan E-CRM memungkinkan penyampaian informasi produk lebih cepat dan akurat, mempermudah transaksi online, serta meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan komunikasi langsung. tainable farming methods, so they still rely on traditional ways that are less efficient and potentially harmful to the environment. In addition, the lack of understanding of agricultural business management and digital marketing is also another problem in optimizing agricultural yields. This activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of the students through avocado cultivation as an environmentally friendly and sustainable economic potential. This program is implemented at Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Bojonegoro Regency, with a participatory and educational approach. The main focus of the mentoring includes the transfer of knowledge about avocado cultivation techniques, agribusiness management, and the strengthening of entrepreneurial spirit based on Islamic values. Through a series of training and field practice, the students not only gain technical skills in planting avocados, but are also able to design business models that support the go green principle. The steps of activity implementation are as follows: a) Activity location survey, b) Pre-Test, c) Avocado Cultivation and Digital Marketing Training, d) Post-Test. The results of the activities show an increase in students' understanding of sustainable farming concepts and the emergence of small business initiatives based on agricultural products. This program is expected to become the embryo for producing a generation of students who are economically independent and concerned about environmental sustainability.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah Padangan adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri dalam budidaya alpukat yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Banyak santri yang belum terbiasa dengan metode pertanian yang berkelanjutan, sehingga masih mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional yang kurang efisien dan berpotensi merusak lingkungan. Selain itu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen usaha pertanian dan pemasaran digital juga menjadi permasalahan lain dalam mengoptimalkan hasil pertanian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan santri melalui budidaya alpukat sebagai potensi ekonomi yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Fokus utama pendampingan mencakup transfer pengetahuan tentang teknik budidaya alpukat, pengelolaan agribisnis, serta penguatan semangat kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan praktek lapangan, santri tidak hanya mendapatkan keterampilan teknis dalam menanam alpukat, tetapi juga mampu merancang model usaha yang mendukung prinsip go green. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai berikut: a) Survey lokasi Kegiatan, b) Pre-Test, c) Pelatihan Budidaya Alpukat dan Pemasaran Digital, d) Post-Test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman santri terhadap konsep pertanian berkelanjutan dan munculnya inisiatif usaha kecil berbasis hasil pertanian. The objective of this community service (PKM) activity is to enhance teachers' digital competence through education and training on the utilization of belajar.id accounts, Canva for Education, Interactive PowerPoint, and Google Classroom, focusing on developing environment-oriented media (green education). The implementation method consists of four stages: preparation, execution (workshops and hands-on training), intensive mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate a significant increase in teachers' digital competence, with average understanding scores rising from 45% to 85%. The most dramatic improvement was observed in the optimization of belajar.id accounts, reaching 90%. Quantitatively, this mentoring produced 25 digital learning media products, including environmental education posters and interactive presentations. The conclusion of this activity is that strengthening teachers' digital capacity can transform the learning paradigm into one that is more innovative, effective, and environment-based, ultimately strengthening students' environmental literacy in the digital era.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui edukasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan akun belajar.id, Canva for Education, PowerPoint Interaktif, dan Google Classroom dengan fokus pada pengembangan media berwawasan lingkungan (green education). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan (workshop dan hands-on training), pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi digital guru yang signifikan, di mana rata-rata skor pemahaman meningkat dari 45% menjadi 85%. Peningkatan paling drastis terlihat pada optimalisasi akun belajar.id yang mencapai 90%. Secara kuantitatif, pendampingan ini menghasilkan 25 produk media pembelajaran digital, termasuk poster edukasi lingkungan dan presentasi interaktif. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penguatan kapasitas digital guru mampu mengubah paradigma pembelajaran menjadi lebih inovatif, efektif, dan berbasis nilai lingkungan, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat literasi lingkungan peserta didik di era digital.

e, attitudes, and skills in converting household food waste into liquid organic fertilizer. The activity was conducted on 11 October 2025 in Waru Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency, involving 50 participants from the Women Farmers Group, youth organizations, housewives, and local residents. The program included an initial survey, socialization, practical training, mentoring, and evaluation through observation, interviews, pre-tests, post-tests, and documentation. The results showed improvements in all evaluated aspects. The average knowledge score increased from 3.33 to 4.33, the attitude score from 3.70 to 4.57, and the skills score from 3.23 to 4.23. These findings indicate that socialization, interactive discussion, hands-on practice, and mentoring were effective in strengthening community capacity to process household organic waste into useful products and to support sustainable waste reduction.

Abstrak: Permasalahan sampah makanan rumah tangga menjadi tantangan penting dalam pengelolaan lingkungan karena volumenya tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan sampah makanan rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 11 Oktober 2025 di Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan melibatkan 50 peserta dari Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), Karang Taruna, ibu rumah tangga, dan warga sekitar. Metode kegiatan meliputi survei awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui observasi, wawancara, pre-test, post-test, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pada seluruh aspek evaluasi. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 3,33 menjadi 4,33, sikap dari 3,70 menjadi 4,57, dan keterampilan dari 3,23 menjadi 4,23. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan efektif meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi produk yang bermanfaat serta mendukung pengurangan sampah secara berkelanjutan.

This service aims to raise awareness of the dangers of bullying, equip school residents with social-emotional skills, and create a safe and inclusive school environment. The method used in the PkM-International Partnership uses a holistic approach that combines anti-bullying education and psychosocial reinforcement for four days for 219 students. The implementation strategy includes interactive workshops, case discussions, role-play simulations, and educational poster creation. The results of the service showed a significant increase in participants' understanding with an increase in the average score from 2.99 to 3.74 (25.10%). The real impact of this activity is the strengthening of anti-bullying literacy and the formation of a more responsive internal school mechanism to build a school cul-ture that is free of violence and compassion.

Abstrak: Perundungan di sekolah menengah Malaysia merupakan isu serius dengan prevalensi kasus yang terus meningkat dan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan mental remaja. Di SAM Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Selangor, Malaysia ditemukan bahwa lebih dari 30% siswa masih menganggap perundungan sebagai dinamika sosial yang wajar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan bahaya perundungan, membekali warga sekolah dengan keterampilan sosial-emosional, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM-Kemitraan Internasional ini menggunakan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan edukasi anti-bullying dan penguatan psikososial selama empat hari terhadap 219 peserta didik. Strategi pelaksanaan mencakup workshop interaktif, diskusi kasus, simulasi role-play, dan pembuatan poster edukasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 2,99 menjadi 3,74 (25,10%). Dampak nyata dari kegiatan ini adalah penguatan literasi anti-bullying serta terbentuknya mekanisme internal sekolah yang lebih responsif guna membangun budaya sekolah yang bebas kekerasan dan penuh kasih sayang.
