sailing, the KM. Dharma Rucitra VII ran aground, causing the heavy steering leaf to be moved and resulting in overload, so the ability of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) is needed as an electric motor safety from overload. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

This ability is crucial for the safety of the ship, especially when operating in restricted waters or near ports. The blackout occurs as a result of generator overload or the inability of an electrical voltage and current to flow too high or too large. The load is too high because the bow thruster consumes too much electrical voltage. In fact, on KM. Dharma Kartika IX, the generator has already supplied a significant amount of electricity to various parts of the ship, including the lighting system throughout the ship, from the mast to deck 3, the cooling system, and several navigation systems. The aim of this research is to understand and explain the causes of blackouts in the electrical system of KM Dharma Kartika IX during maneuvering and to find solutions that should be implemented in case of problems with the generator unit. The method I used to gather this data is through direct observation during seagoing service on the subjects under examination.

Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and themes in understanding the concept of "holy." The results of this research reveal the complexity of the meaning of the word "holy" in the context of 1 Peter 1:15-16. There are various understandings of this concept, including an understanding of holiness as a call to a different life and an understanding of holiness as a reflection of God's holy nature. The conclusions of this research provide deep insight into how the concept of "holy" can be translated and applied in contemporary Christian life. The implications of this research have strong relevance in the development of Christian spirituality and a deeper understanding of the call to be "holy," as stated in Scripture.

Structuralism is a perspective that underlines analysis of structures in English language, especially through English literary works. It is also known that structure in English language is meant to be universal rather than particular. Through an exploratory approach within qualitative research, this manuscript underscores structuralism as a way to identify aspects of literature regarding training of writing couplets. Couplet is a work that pays attention to pouring imaginations from the authors’ mind towards a structured sense of lyrical poem. Though the ideas come from various authors’ imaginations, this kind of literature and its writing process may still open to various possibilities in advance. In conclusion, the training of writing couplets is essential not only to give knowledge about patterns of poems in English literature, but also to get it in line with students’ everyday experience and imaginations.

To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. ased on the PROMETHEE method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) to assist prospective students in objectively and systematically selecting the best university in Asahan Regency. The main issue addressed is the lack of integrated information regarding the strengths of each educational institution, as well as the absence of a recommendation system that considers various important criteria such as accreditation, facilities, tuition fees, achievements, and study programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The implementation results of the PROMETHEE method show that Royal University achieved the highest ranking, followed by Asahan University and STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. This method has proven effective in producing rational and transparent campus rankings based on multi-criteria preferences. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for prospective students and educational institutions in improving the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the Asahan region.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) guna membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus terbaik di Kabupaten Asahan secara objektif dan terstruktur. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kurangnya informasi terintegrasi mengenai keunggulan masing-masing institusi pendidikan serta belum tersedianya sistem rekomendasi yang mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penting seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, prestasi, dan program studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil implementasi metode PROMETHEE menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Royal memperoleh peringkat tertinggi diikuti oleh Universitas Asahan dan STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. Metode ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan peringkat kampus secara rasional dan transparan berdasarkan preferensi multikriteria. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi calon mahasiswa dan pihak institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing perguruan tinggi di wilayah Asahan.

Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. hese relics is still scattered and difficult to access in an integrated manner. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents an interactive map containing the locations, descriptions, and photos of the heritage sites, along with a regional filter feature to facilitate navigation. The development process began with data collection from the Tourism Office and field observations, followed by map processing in ArcMap, publication to ArcGIS Online, and the creation of an Android application using ArcGIS Maps SDK and Jetpack Compose. Integration with a MySQL database allows the automatic display of location points on the map. The implementation results show that the application can display 33 heritage site points in three districts of Padang City, complete with descriptions, photos, district filters, and Web Map integration. Testing demonstrated that the application runs smoothly, is informative and interactive, and can support cultural preservation efforts while encouraging interest in historical tourism in Padang City.

Abstrak: Kota Padang menyimpan berbagai peninggalan bersejarah dari masa kolonial Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan deskripsi peninggalan tersebut masih tersebar dan sulit diakses secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang menyajikan peta interaktif berisi lokasi, deskripsi, foto peninggalan, serta dilengkapi fitur filter wilayah untuk memudahkan penelusuran. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan observasi lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan peta di ArcMap, publikasi ke ArcGIS Online, serta pembuatan aplikasi Android menggunakan ArcGIS Maps SDK dan Jetpack Compose. Integrasi dengan basis data MySQL memungkinkan penampilan titik lokasi secara otomatis pada peta. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan 33 titik peninggalan di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang, lengkap dengan deskripsi, foto, filter kecamatan, dan integrasi Web Map. Hasil pengujian membuktikan aplikasi berjalan lancar, informatif, dan interaktif sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pelestarian budaya, dan mendorong peningkatan minat wisata sejarah di Kota Padang.

This study aims to design an E-CRM system that can support more effective customer relationship management. E-CRM is a technology-based tool that collects and stores customer data, enhances communication, personalizes services, and analyzes data for better decision-making. Additionally, this system integrates a digital loyalty program expected to increase customer engagement. Several questions arise from the issues faced, including: how to effectively implement an online purchasing system, steps to improve product information, and how to develop new flavor variations that align with customer preferences. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens long-term relationships between the business and customers, supporting success in a business environment increasingly influenced by technology.

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah terkait adopsi teknologi, termasuk kurangnya sistem pembelian daring, minimnya informasi produk, dan keterbatasan varian rasa. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-CRM yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan secara lebih efektif. E-CRM adalah alat berbasis teknologi yang mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi, mempersonalisasi layanan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan program loyalitas berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Beberapa pertanyaan yang muncul dari masalah yang dihadapi termasuk: bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan sistem pembelian daring yang efektif, langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan informasi produk, serta cara mengembangkan varian rasa baru yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan E-CRM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara usaha dan pelanggan, mendukung keberhasilan dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh teknologi.
