his study is to develop an Indonesian system for detecting false news by utilizing news headlines. The methods used are linear kernel support vector ma- chine and n-gram. According to the findings of the performance test that was carried out, the linear kernel support vector machine model employing the term frequency inverse document frequency unigram feature performs better than utilizing bigram. The precision value generated from the model performance test is 1.00. This means that the degree of accuracy in matching the requested information regarding fake news detection with the answers provided by the system is very good. Then the recall value generated is 0.99. This means the linear kernel support vector machine model using unigram news features is very effective for detecting fake news according to the text classification approach.

Abstrak: Dengan adanya integrasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kehidupan mem- buat kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi. Walaupun demikian, terdapat kekhawatiran akan beberapa hal. Salah satu di antaranya adalah berita palsu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem deteksi berita palsu berbahasa Indonesia berdasarkan judul berita. Metode yang digunakan adalah Support Vector Machine kernel linier dan n-gram. Berdasarkan hasil uji performa, model Support Vector Machine kernel linier yang menggunakan fitur term frequency inverse document frequency unigram menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan bi- gram. Nilai precision yang dihasilkan dari uji performa model sebesar 1,00. Ini berarti derajat akurasi dalam mencocokkan informasi yang diminta mengenai deteksi berita palsu dengan ja- waban yang diberikan oleh sistem sangat baik. Kemudian nilai recall yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,99. Ini berarti model Support Vector Machine kernel linier dengan menggunakan fitur berita unigram sangat efektif untuk mendeteksi berita palsu menurut pendekatan teks klasifikasi.

In general, cluster and optimization findings are generated using software such as Matlab, RapidMiner, and programming languages like Python. Users, however, have not been satisfied with the results so far. The various outcomes are the primary motivations for continuing to create and develop applications. The goal of this research is to create an application that can evaluate cluster data using the K-Medoids method, which can then be further optimized using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Because the target application is students and lecturers who use it in learning and observers of the cluster field, the application can indeed be accessible through a browser to make it easier to use. For ease of using it, the program is available on both desktop and mobile platforms. Through separately created applications, it is intended that this research will give an alternative to clustering and optimization.

Abstrak: Clusterisasi data selalu menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dikembangkan dari berbagai sisi. Proses perhitungannya yang menggunakan berbagai algoritma menghasilkan knowledge yang beragam. Perbedaan pendapat terhasil hasil cluster menjadi dasar munculnya optimalisasi cluster. Umumnya hasil cluster dan optimalisasi diperoleh dari pengolahan menggunakan aplikasi yakni Matlab, RapidMiner, dan bahasa pemrograman seperti Pyhton. Namun demikian hasil yang muncul belum mampu memuaskan pengguna. Hasil yang berbeda menjadi alasan utama pembuatan maupun pengembangan aplikasi masih terus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memproses data cluster menggunakan algoritma K-Medoids untuk selanjutnya dioptimalisasi dengan Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Untuk memudahkan penggunaan, aplikasi dapat diakses pada browser karena target aplikasi adalah mahasiswa dan dosen yang menggunakan pada pembelajaran serta pemerhati bidang cluster. Aplikasi dirancang pada platform desktop dan mobile demi memudahkan pengaksesan. Diharapkan, penelitian ini memberikan alternatif dalam proses clusterisasi dan optimalisasi melalui aplikasi yang dirancang mandiri.

l of e-government services through a review of five main feasibility dimensions, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility, legal feasibility, operational feasibility and schedule feasibility. This study identifies opportunities for developing village information system projects. The data collection process involved 15 users of e-government services. The results of this study indicate that based on the number of feasibility factors generated by the information system, it is 7.20 and is within the feasible threshold for development. The value of the system development risk obtained is quite low. It is necessary to add interactive features so that it can increase community participation in community services in the future.

Abstrak: Berbagai adopsi teknologi terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk menjamin pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien di era normal baru. studi ini membahas tentang Penggunaan Metode TELOS dalam pengukuran tingkat Kelayakan layanan e-government melalui peninjauan lima dimensi kelayakan utama antara lain kelayakan teknis, kelayakan ekonomis, kelayakan hukum, kelayakan operasional dan kelayakan jadwal. Studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan proyek sistem informasi desa. Proses Pengumpulan data melibatkan 15 pengguna layanan e-government. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan jumlah factor kelayakan yang dihasilkan sistem informasi tersebut sebesar 7,20 dan berada dalam ambang batas layak untuk dikembangkan. Nilai resiko pengembangan sistem yang diperoleh cukup rendah sehingga perlu adanya penambahan fitur-fitur yang bersifat interaktif untuk dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap layanan kemasyarakatan dimasa mendatang.

Barbunya, Bombay, Cal, Dermas, Horoz, Seker, and Sira are just a few of the dry bean kinds available. The dataset was tested using SVM Linear kernel and SVM Radial Basis.According to the results, the combination of scale-center-BoxCox-SVM Radial extraction achieves the maximum accuracy of 93.16 percent and the shortest processing time of 6.10 minutes. 96.00 percent, 100 percent, 96.71 percent, 95.16 percent, 97.60 percent, 97.74 percent, and 91.95 percent, according to bean class.RFE-SVM Radial has a 91.18 percent accuracy and a processing time of 6.55 minutes. BoxCox outperforms conventional techniques in terms of prediction accuracy while requiring less training time.

Abstrak: Klasifikasi Multikelas menggunakan SVM telah banyak digunakan. Pada penelitian ini akan diuji fitur ekstraksi Principal Component Analysis, Box Cox Transformation dan fitur eliminisi Recursive Feature Elimination untuk mendapatkan optimasi SVM. Dataset berasal dari data multikelas kacang kering UCI repository dengan jumlah 13.611 baris dan 17 variabel. Kelas kacang kering yakni : Barbunya, Bombay, Cal, Dermas, Horoz, Seker dan Sira. Dataset diuji menggunakan kernel SVM Linier dan SVM Radial Basis. Didapatkan hasil, bahwa kombinasi fitur ekstraksi : scale-center-BoxCox-SVM Radial memiliki akurasi terbaik yakni 93,16% dan waktu proses 6,10 menit. Klasifikasi berdasarkan kelas kacang berturut-turut 96,00%,100%, 96,71%, 95,16%, 97,60%, 97,74% dan 91,95%. RFE- SVM Radial hanya memberikan akurasi sebesar 91,18 % dengan waktu proses sebesar 6.55 menit. Penggunaan BoxCox dibandingkan dengan lainnya, memberikan hasil prediksi lebih baik dan namun tidak mempercepat waktu pelatihan.

fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.

ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.
