This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.

The study is motivated by the importance of organizational communication strategies in enhancing public participation and program legitimacy within rural communities characterized by limited access to information, geographical constraints, and community-oriented social structures. Adopting a constructivist paradigm, this research employs a qualitative approach using an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis involving seven informants, including foundation representatives, community leaders, and program beneficiaries. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the foundation’s communication strategy involves identifying community characteristics, developing simple and contextually relevant messages, utilizing a combination of digital and traditional communication channels, and engaging local leaders as communication intermediaries. Program information is disseminated through village heads, neighborhood leaders, women’s community groups (PKK), social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook, and mosque loudspeaker announcements. The study further demonstrates that the communication pattern reflects the Two-Step Flow of Communication model, in which community leaders function as opinion leaders who mediate organizational messages before they reach the wider community. Community trust is cultivated through the social legitimacy of local leaders, interpersonal communication, direct experiences with program benefits, and the consistency of services provided by the foundation. The study concludes that the effectiveness of community-based organizational communication strategies in rural settings is determined not only by message content and media utilization but also by the organization’s ability to establish interpersonal relationships, adapt communication practices to local cultural contexts, and actively involve community leaders within the communication network. examines the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Sales Growth (SG), and Firm Size (SIZE) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), as well as the impact of DPR on stock returns. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of dividend-paying companies listed on the IDX. The sample consists of 822 firm-year observations selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with multiple regression models, supported by classical assumption tests including normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests. The results indicate that during the overall period of 2019–2024, ROA, DER, and SG significantly and negatively affect DPR, while CR and SIZE do not have significant effects. Furthermore, CR negatively affects stock returns, whereas SG and DPR have positive and significant effects on stock returns. The findings also reveal that the relationships among financial performance, dividend policy, and stock returns vary across pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis periods. Overall, dividend policy plays an important mediating role in influencing stock returns, particularly during and after periods of financial uncertainty. These findings provide valuable insights for investors, corporate managers, and policymakers in formulating dividend and investment decisions under different economic conditions.

Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and involves 376 active donors as respondents. The results indicate that service quality and customer intimacy have significant positive effects on donor satisfaction and donor loyalty. Customer intimacy shows a stronger direct influence on donor loyalty compared to service quality. Furthermore, donor satisfaction significantly affects donor loyalty and serves as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and customer intimacy with donor loyalty. The findings highlight that donor loyalty in Islamic philanthropic institutions is not only driven by service performance but also by relational engagement and satisfaction. Therefore, integrating service excellence with relationship-based strategies is essential to enhance donor loyalty and ensure long-term sustainability. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on donor behavior within the context of Islamic philanthropy and offers practical insights for improving donor relationship management.

of this research is based on the hospital’s unmet performance targets, high nursing workloads, the dominance of female employees, and the emergence of conflicts between work demands and family responsibilities that potentially increase stress and reduce job satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all female employees (nurses) at Permata Pamulang Hospital, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress on performance. These findings suggest that improving nurses’ performance can be achieved through proportional workload management, reducing multiple role conflicts, and controlling work stress to enhance job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide managerial insights for hospital management in formulating human resource policies that emphasize work-life balance and employee well- being.
