Low public awareness of animal protein consumption, limited knowledge of processing and value, and suboptimal utilization of local food resources in South Lampung mean that most fisheries and livestock products are still sold fresh. Lecturers in the Agricultural Technology Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, conducted outreach and training on the handling and processing of fisheries and livestock products to broaden the horizons of agricultural representatives in South Lampung Regency. The program included outreach and training on the importance of animal protein, selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients, and implementing hygiene principles in the production process. Participants also learned skills in meatball making, packaging, and proper storage. This program is expected to enhance the community's thinking skills, creativity, and skills, increase animal protein consumption, and boost community income by processing local food sources into superior products that are characteristic of South Lampung Regency.

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu kontributor utama bagi ekonomi lokal. Namun faktanya, melimpahnya sumber daya tersebut tidak menjadikan asupan protein hewani masyarakat sekitarnya tercukupi dengan baik. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi protein hewani, terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan nilai tambah, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal di Lampung Selatan menyebabkan sampai saat ini kebanyakan hasil perikanan dan peternakan masih dijual dalam bentuk segar. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai penanganan hingga pengolahan hasil perikanan dan peternakan dilakukan oleh Dosen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, untuk membuka wawasan bagi perwakilan usaha tani di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya protein hewani, pemilihan bahan baku yang baik dan segar, serta proses produksi yang menerapkan prinsip higienitas. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat bakso, proses pengemasan, dan penyimpanan yang baik. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan angka konsumsi protein hewani, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sumber pangan lokal menjadi produk unggulan dan ciri khas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Prior to the program, local MSME actors faced several challenges, including limited digital literacy, a lack of understanding of online marketing strategies, and minimal utilization of social media as a promotional tool, resulting in restricted market reach. The program adopts an educational and participatory approach, combining community-based learning, interactive discussions, and consultation sessions facilitated by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. The findings indicate strong enthusiasm among MSME participants and an improved understanding of how digitalization can expand market access. Participants have begun to utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote their products. Overall, this initiative contributes to advancing digital literacy and technology-based marketing skills among rural MSMEs, thereby fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic growth.

Abstrak: Inisiatif pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan digital Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Permata Baru, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, melalui penerapan sistem informasi dan strategi promosi digital. Sebelum program ini dilaksanakan, para pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti terbatasnya literasi digital, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran daring, serta minimnya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi sehingga jangkauan pasar mereka relatif sempit. Program ini mengadopsi pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, yang menggabungkan pembelajaran komunitas, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi konsultasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Sriwijaya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peserta UMKM menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan peningkatan pemahaman tentang bagaimana digitalisasi dapat memperluas akses pasar. Mereka telah mulai memanfaatkan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok untuk promosi produk. The proposed solutions included the digitalization of transaction and stock recording through a web-based system, the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production, and digital literacy training. The implementation method consisted of planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation, involving lecturers and students. The results showed that the program targets were achieved: 100% of transactions and stock were recorded digitally, production capacity increased by at least 50%, production cycle time was reduced by 30%, and there were indications of increased revenue and partner satisfaction. This program not only improved business efficiency and product quality consistency but also created a social impact by enhancing the digital literacy of the partner. Furthermore, the program contributes to the achievement of the SDGs (Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) and university performance indicators. In the future, the developed system is recommended to be integrated with e-commerce platforms to expand market access.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan UMKM parfum laundry Dazry Harapan di Kota Jambi. Mitra menghadapi dua permasalahan utama, yaitu manajemen usaha yang masih manual dan proses produksi yang belum terstruktur. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi pencatatan transaksi dan stok berbasis web, penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) produksi, serta pelatihan literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tercapainya target program, yakni 100% pencatatan transaksi dan stok dilakukan secara digital, peningkatan kapasitas produksi minimal 50%, penurunan waktu siklus produksi sebesar 30%, serta adanya indikasi peningkatan omzet dan kepuasan mitra. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi usaha dan konsistensi kualitas produk, tetapi juga memberikan dampak sosial berupa peningkatan literasi digital mitra. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs (Tujuan 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dan IKU perguruan tinggi. Ke depan, sistem digital ini direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui integrasi dengan e-commerce guna memperluas akses pasar.

ya, Central Kalimantan, also prepares its students to participate in this prestigious event. To this end, the school formed an English Debate Club (EDC). However, the enthusiasm of EDC members in practising tends to be inconsistent, which impacts the effectiveness of their preparation. In response to this problem, a team of lecturer and students from the English Education Study Program, Palangka Raya University, implemented a coaching program to increase the enthusiasm, confidence, and debating skills of EDC members. The coaching activities were conducted in four sessions, covering motion analysis training, case studies, and debate practice, with guidance from an outstanding student representing the university in the National University Debating Championship (NUDC) at the national level. Qualitative questionnaire results indicated increased enthusiasm and self-confidence among EDC members during training sessions and improved understanding of debate strategies. This initiative demonstrates that coaching based on the direct experience of a high-achieving debater can serve as an effective strategy for developing debate clubs in secondary schools.

Abstrak: National Schools Debating Championship (NSDC) merupakan salah satu kompetisi debat yang paling populer. Sekolah di Indonesia berusaha mempersiapkan potensi terbaiknya untuk mengikuti kompetisi bergengsi ini. Salah satu sekolah menengah atas di Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah, juga mempersiapkan para siswanya untuk mengikuti ajang bergengsi tersebut. Untuk itu, sekolah membentuk English Debate Club (EDC). Namun, antusiasme anggota EDC dalam berlatih cenderung tidak konsisten, yang berdampak pada efektivitas persiapan mereka. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Palangka Raya melaksanakan program pendampingan guna meningkatkan antusiasme, percaya diri dan kemampuan debat para anggota EDC. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan dalam empat sesi pertemuan, yang mencakup pelatihan analisis mosi, pembedahan kasus, serta praktik debat, dengan bimbingan dari mahasiswa berprestasi yang pernah mewakili universitas dalam ajang National University Debating Championship (NUDC) tingkat nasional. Hasil survei menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme dan kepercayaan diri anggota EDC dalam mengikuti latihan, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap strategi debat. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis pengalaman langsung dari mahasiswa debat berprestasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membina klub debat di sekolah menengah.

The school's web profile was designed and developed by lecturers at the Shanti Bhuana Institute. The design and development of the web profile has been socialized and simulated to the school. This web profile can be used by schools to provide interesting content in the form of news about school activities, videos of school activities, and photo galleries of school activities. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana adalah memgembangkan web profile untuk sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang menggunakan Wordpress. Web profile sekolah dirancang dan dikembangkan oleh pihak dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana. Perancangan dan pengembangan web profile tersebut telah disosialisasikan dan disimulasikan kepada pihak sekolah. Web profile ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak sekolah untuk memberikan konten yang menarik berupa berita kegiatan sekolah, video kegiatan sekolah, dan galeri foto kegiatan sekolah. This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.

Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

ticles published in uncredited journals. Apart from that, there are still many lecturers who do not understand the systematics of writing in accredited national journals. Therefore, the faculty of economics and business, Pekalongan University carries out scientific writing and publication training as well as utilizing the SINTA account to improve lecturer performance. The training was carried out in four stages, namely the initial survey stage, the training material socialization stage, the writing practice stage and utilizing the SINTA account, and the activity evaluation stage. The survey results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of participants who understood the systematics of writing in the SINTA journal from 57% before the training to 91% of the total. Meanwhile, the percentage of participants who were able to utilize the SINTA account also increased from 44% before the training was carried out to 82% after the training was carried out.

the singing method. This training took place over one day and was attended by 21 students. The method employed is the Eclectic method (Intiqoiyyah). The activity comprised several stages, including opening, educational games, core activities, evaluation, rewards presentation, and closing. The results obtained from this activity indicate an improvement in students' vocabulary mastery (Mufrodat) through the application of the singing method. This is evident from the students' enthusiasm during the learning process and their ability to respond to questions during the evaluation stage.

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen Bahasa dan sastra arab STAIN Mandailing Natal di sekolah TK Al Munawwar adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan kosa kata (Mufrodat) melalui metode bernyayi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam waktu 1 (satu) hari dan diikuti oleh 21 Siswa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam proses pelatihan yaitu metode Elektik (Intiqoiyyah). Beberapa tahapan kegiatan yaitu, pembukaan, Game edukatif, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup. Sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan penguasaan kosa kata (Mufrodat) siswa dengan penggunaan metode bernyanyi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan antusias para siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan kemampuan mereka dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan pada tahap Evaluasi.

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang mitra alami saat ini, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan digitalisasi dan literasi website, organisasi KOWAPI meminta agar pihak Dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana kembali melakukan pengabdian yang berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengelolaan web profile yang sudah ada saat ini. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pembuatan konten berita, pengelolaan dashboard website, dan update dashboard beranda dengan memasukkan konten video dan foto-foto kegiatan organisai KOWAPI.
