So the flag raising can be carried out solemnly and well. This school has a large number of students. Paskibra extracurricular enthusiasts also have many enthusiasts. This school Paskibra is a favourite extracurricular and quite prestigious among students. The selection of Paskibra has been running so well, but the decisions taken are sometimes not by the standards procedures. Therefore, a system that will be a reference for objective decision-making need to created . The decision-making system using the data mining algorithm C4.5. This study aim to create a system that makes it easier for the selection committee to select eligible Paskibra members. The method used is a qualitative method in the form of the results of interviews with data from participants in the last three years of the Pakskibra selection. As a result, there are three main criteria and five rules of the selection system.

Abstrak: Seleksi paskibra merupakan agenda tahunan yang diadakan oleh sekolah, dispora kabupaten, dispora provinsi, dan kemenpora untuk memilih siswa-siswi terbaik yang akan bertugas sebagai pengibar bendera pada upacara peringatan kemerdekaan dan hari-hari besar lainnya. Peserta paskibra perlu diseleksi agar terpilih siswa-siswi yang handal, tangguh dan menarik sehingga pengiabaran bendera dapat dilaksanakan dengan khidmad dan baik. Sekolah ini adalah salah satu sekolah menengah atas yang menjadi favorit para lulusan SMP. Oleh karena itu sekolah ini mempunyai siswa yang sangat banyak. Dengan banyaknya siswa yang masuk, maka peminat ekskul paskibra juga memiliki peminat yang banyak, selain itu di sekolah ini paskibra merupakan ekskul favorit dan cukup bergengsi di kalangan siswa. Seleksi paskibra yang berjalan selama ini sudah dilakukan dengan baik, akan tetapi keputusan yang diambil terkadang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang akan menjadi acuan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Sistem pengambilan keputusan akan dibuat menggunakan data mining algoritma C4.5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem yang memudahkan panitia penyeleksi untuk memilih anggota paskibra yang layak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara data peserta seleksi pakskibra tiga tahun terakhir. Hasilnya berupa tiga kriteria utama dan lima aturan sistem seleksi.

ses are designed to manage contractual risk, they often conflict with the principles enshrined in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (UUPK), particularly those ensuring fairness, good faith, and legal accountability. This study investigates the legality and ethical implications of exoneration clauses within standard-form freight forwarding contracts used by companies such as JNE, TIKI, and SiCepat. Employing a doctrinal legal research methodology, the study integrates statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches to analyze primary legislation, judicial decisions, and relevant legal doctrines. It critically evaluates the use of these clauses in light of consumer rights, contract theory, and the economic impact on service quality. Findings reveal that exoneration clauses not only contravene the UUPK but also create systemic contractual imbalances due to the lack of negotiation opportunities and transparency. The study proposes a normative legal framework for reform, including clause classification, interactive consent mechanisms, and regulatory enforcement to ensure contractual fairness. This research contributes to both legal scholarship and policy development by highlighting the urgent need for doctrinal clarity and regulatory oversight in Indonesia's logistics sector.

The teacher is an educator after the parents so the teacher has an important role in shaping the character. To find out the efforts of teachers to teach qur'an literacy, difficulty learning to read and write the qur'an, factors of difficulty reading and writing the qur'an, obstacles to the difficulty of reading and writing the Qur'an and the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read and write the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng, to find out the problems that exist in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods by making observations, interviews, and documentation. sly made in traditional paper formats are now frequently conducted digitally, raising legal concerns regarding their legality, validity, evidence, and legal protection for the involved parties, particularly consumers. Although electronic agreements are normatively recognized in the Civil Code (KUHP) and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, practical implementation issues persist, leading to legal uncertainty. This research employs a normative legal methodology utilizing statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources related to electronic agreements and civil legal protection. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted to investigate the legal status of electronic agreements and the legal protection available for the parties within the Indonesian legal framework. The discussion results indicate that electronic agreements possess legal validity and binding force equivalent to traditional agreements, provided they meet the criteria for a valid agreement as outlined in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Information Technology Law. Legal protection in electronic agreements encompasses legal certainty, the recognition of electronic document and signature evidence, and consumer protection against detrimental standard clauses. Nevertheless, challenges remain in establishing party identification, ensuring the integrity of digital contracts, and addressing power imbalances between commercial entities and consumers. This study concludes that while electronic agreements are legally recognized under Indonesian civil law, enhancing legal protection requires strengthened regulations, consistent law enforcement, and improved legal and digital literacy among the public to ensure secure, fair, and equitable electronic transactions.

Studi ini menggunakan strategi penelitian deskriptif metode campuran, mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dari 15 responden yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan data kualitatif dari 5 informan kunci melalui wawancara mendalam yang dipilih menggunakan prosedur sampel bertujuan. Mayoritas masyarakat bereaksi positif terhadap perubahan digitalisasi wakaf, menurut studi deskriptif. Sembilan puluh tiga persen dari mereka yang disurvei mengatakan teknologi dapat membuat lebih banyak orang terlibat dengan wakaf, dan delapan puluh tujuh persen berpikir platform digital jauh lebih baik daripada cara lama. Kualitas iklan media sosial, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, atau literasi wakaf digital semuanya berperan dalam tingkat keterlibatan aktual yang rendah (53,3% telah melakukan transaksi). Namun, tantangan utama terhadap penetrasi wakaf digital secara komprehensif meliputi kepercayaan publik terhadap privasi dan keamanan data (60%) atau akuntabilitas dan keterbukaan dalam pelaporan dana (53,3%). Untuk mengubah kesan positif menjadi janji kontribusi berkelanjutan, penelitian ini menyarankan agar nazhir memperluas lingkungan digital terintegrasi mereka melalui kemajuan sistem siber, hubungan strategis dengan organisasi keagamaan lokal, dan pendidikan publik yang terorganisir.
